NY LISTERING - exp. Ägare - Harpers landning vid sjön Nebagamon - inkluderar ponton

Två fastigheter på samma stora sjö. Harper's Landing är en del av "The Landing at Lake Nebagamon." Två fastigheter, tre dörrar från varandra, båda i en 2. 5 tunnland privat miljö, en kvarts mil till närmaste allmänna väg. Harper's Landing är en ny notering, men hanterade samma sak som Brooks 'Landing, också på VRBO. Se recensioner för den egenskapen för att förstå hur vi behandlar våra gäster.

Gästerna kan njuta av obegränsad användning av pontongbåt (fyrtaktsmotor), badflotte, kajaker, paddling och mycket mer. Gäster på vintern har tillgång till ett mycket omfattande nätverk av snöskoterleder i Douglas- och Bayfield-länen direkt utanför dörren!

Lake home har spektakulär utsikt och är ett "öppet" koncept. Tre stora sovrum med king size-sängar och alla med ytterligare två enkelsängar i form av rullar. Ytterligare den har en utdragbar soffa som vi erbjuder en extra tjock madrassdyna. Huset är 2700 kvadratmeter. Sist men inte minst är de ytterligare 600 kvadratmeterna i "ladan", en helt färdig separat byggnad nära huset. Ladan har en bostadsyta på nedre våningen och en sovplats för 6+ på övervåningen. Ladan kommer att vara klar på spektakulärt sätt vintern 2019 och vara öppen för användning i maj 2020.

Extremt privat miljö, tillräckligt nära staden med fordon eller båt, men på andra sidan sjön för integritet. En kvarts mil privat uppfart. HDTV och WiFi ingår. Det finns INGEN YTTERLIGARE Rengörings- eller underhållsavgifter vid bokning av fastigheten.

Sjön är en pärla. 914 tunnland totalt. Vår sjöfront är 100 fot fast sand, nästan ogräsfri. Vattnet är extremt rent. Konsekvent har vi gäster som kommenterar att de normalt sett inte gillar att gå och simma i sjöar, men att detta är en helt annan upplevelse!

A great place to get away

The cabin was clean, spacious and really inviting for our annual gaming group getaway. The host was friendly and everything was as described online. Great setup for board games and several gathering areas made for a great time.

Memorable Family Christmas

Beautiful property, rustic location. We were at Lake Nebagamon for a long holiday weekend with our extended family(8 adults, 3 kids). Plenty of space for everyone with extra beds left over as well as baby furniture.

Best Vacation Rental in Northern WI

This was our second time visiting. We absolutely love this place. This property is huge with a ton of awesome features. Erik was incredible to work with. We will be back again. You will not find a better listing that includes all the amenities that this property has to offer.

Great Family Location

Loved having the lake beach access and boat. The property owners were fantastic to work with. We had a power outage, no fault of the owners, it was on several properties on the lake ( branches on lines, i believe) and the property owner took a late night call from me to get ahold of electric company. The issue was resolved in a couple hours. Everything we needed was there and easily accessible. The barn was a great place for playing games.

This was our second stay and it was just as wonderful as our first! The house was clean and welcoming and fully equipped with everything we needed for our long weekend! We very much enjoy the sauna and the beautiful lake. We also had a couple of nice fires in the fire pit to relax around! We also appreciate the ample kitchen space as we like to prepare all of our meals while traveling. The large dining table is wonderful as well so that we can all eat together and play games and do a puzzle after dinner. We also explored the local area a bit more this time and found some really wonderful state parks and forests to explore! Erik, the host, was incredibly kind and responsive when I had a couple of questions. We will absolutely be staying again!

The Landing is a beautiful property and as is Lake Nabagamon! Our family of 15 had a fantastic time and we all hated to leave :( We had great family time with lots of fun with the pontoon, fishing, paddle boarding and swimming. Lake Nebagamon is a beautiful peaceful lake. The property owner, Eric, is a wonderful guy to communicate with. He is responsive to your questions and is very kind. We are hoping to return to The Landing for another family adventure.

Excellent property, excellent stay

We had a great time staying at The Landing for a long snowmobiling weekend . Everything was just as described in the listing. Erik checked in with us shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was all right and to see if we needed anything. Would highly recommend staying at this vacation home.

Beautiful lake house

We stayed at the landing for our daughter's wedding in nearby Poplar. The lake house was perfect for our group with multiple families. The two kitchens and refrigerators made it easy to prepare food for our group and the wedding party. We enjoyed a dip in the chilly October lake and then warming in the sauna. Host was very responsive and flexible on checkout and checking times. Would definition stay againagain!refrigergreat for preparing lunch for weekend

Nice and quiet getaway on the lake

Stayed here for a few nights as we were getting married. The property is very spacious and the area overall has a very peaceful vibe to it especially with the color changes in the fall.

Family Thanksgiving Vacay

We enjoyed our short family vacation here so much! The house was plenty large for the eleven of us. The season was too cold for lake activities and too early for snow activities but we knew that would be true and planned to spend our time just hanging out together. The sauna and polar plunges were great hits!! Our host kept in touch with us to be sure everything went well. There are lake toys for summer stays so we will try to go back there sometime soon. Great place! Highly recommend!!

Bachelor/Bachelorette Party Weekend

We had a group of 13 adults here for 4 days and 3 nights and it was amazing! The views, the house, the amenities, it was all amazing! We had a great time and would definitely stay again! Erik was a great host, super responsive and so easy to work with. The lake was beautiful and being able to use the pontoon was a huge plus.

1st class rental

This was our girls week that we do every year. This rental topped all the rentals we have been on in the past 20 years. Very very clean. Eric was wonderful to communicate with. Plenty of chairs for the fire and we had a wonderful ride on the pontoon. Will definitely keep this at the top of the list for another trip.

Perfect place for a family getaway

We had 6 adults, 4 children under 5, and a spattering of dogs and this was the perfect getaway for us. The kids were never bored with the beach, the hundreds of water toys, going out on the cozy pontoon, playing in the barn, relaxing watching tv, swaying in the hammocks, or simply having a meal together at the large dining room table. The house was very well stocked, and the owner answered every question quickly and kindly. Would absolutely recommend.

Amazing

Amazing location, beautiful house. Host checks in to make sure everything is going well. Stocked with games and puzzles for all ages, beach and water toys. The host has thought of everything you would need to stay there. Barn provides privacy is needed. Absolutely perfect vacation.

Amazing cabin

We had an amazing stay at this cabin. This cabin exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well supplied cabin. The lake and sandy beach area was perfect to jump in for a swim and our kids loved playing in the sand. The pontoon that was included just topped off our perfect vacation. The owner was very responsive and checked in with us the first day. Loved every minute of staying at this place.

Family gathering

We stayed for five nights during a time when four families were coming together from the west coast and southern WI for two family funerals. The accommodations were just wonderful allowing us to all be together to grieve and celebrate. The house is extremely spacious, comfortable and well stocked. I would only note that the second bathroom on the main level is just a half bath and does not have a shower as indicated. But highly recommend.

Everything we hoped and more

Loved our stay at this property. The home is spacious and the setting is beautiful. Kitchens were well equipped for cooking and amenities were great. They had a variety of games for the kids, the Sauna was great, fire pit is large enough for a big group and use of the boat was a nice bonus. Certainly a place we would consider going back to. Memories for a lifetime!

Wonderful Weekend

The property was better than advertised. There were 13 of us. There was plenty of room for everyone in multiple areas and enough space to spread out. The cabin was very well equipped. The pontoon, other boats, lawn games were all a plus.

Husband and wife team, with two kids and two retriever dogs. Been visiting Lake Nebagamon since 1981, owning property on the lake since 2005. Began renting our previous Lake Nebagamon home in 2010. Presented with the opportunity to upgrade into a neighboring home in 2019, which we now rent as well.

A truly unique property - on one of the best lakes in Wisconsin. Tons of space (2.5 acres), great privacy, and gentle slope to the sandy beach.
