Bra hus nära San Marco och centrum av Jacksonville. Öppen planlösning. 1948-hem renoverades 2019. Joanna Gaines skulle älska det (Chip skulle också). Stor inhägnad bakgård. Utomhusdäck är bra för att underhålla eller koppla av. Tyst cul-de-sac läge. Granitbänkskivor i köket med rostfria apparater. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare ingår.

Great!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Shady, scenic and quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Jacksonville. Inside, the home was super-clean and comfortable. Neatly renovated older home with all new bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, etc. Host was great to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house in a great location and neighborhood

We wanted to stay close to Baptist hospital for a few days after my husband’s surgery before traveling back home. I had originally booked a hotel, but so glad I found this house just 10 minutes away. Lower price than the hotel and so much space: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, large dining room, sunroom, full kitchen, laundry room, large deck out back. There’s even a desk so I could get a little work done too. The neighborhood is quiet and safe so I could get in my daily walk. Grocery stores nearby.

Absolutely perfect!

It was perfect for our family of 5. We have 3 kids 5 and under and couldn’t have imagined a better place for our home away from home. Definitely recommend and will be booking again in the future.

The property was well situated to the host venue of the event we attended. The beds were clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Backyard was very spacious and quiet.

Great stay and location

This home is in a great location in Jacksonville. Very convenient to everything in the area. Also it is on a quiet cul de sac which is even better. Home is very clean with a great backyard. No complaints at all. Would stay again anytime we are in the area.

Quick stay

This house is absolutely adorable. The area is very nice and quiet. The backyard is beautiful with all the trees and plants. The layout of the house allowed 5 of us to be spread out and also enjoy our time together. We thoroughly enjoyed our quick weekend here visiting our son at college and look forward to weekends in the future!

Clean, attractive and comfortable

The house was perfectly clean. Decor was very nice and the furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen was light, bright and very up to date. The gas stove was a definite plus. All of the appliances were very nice and super clean. The family room was a great place for the family to stretch out, relax and the large flat screen TV was a great convenience for the children. It was a very comfortable room. I will definitely rebook this house.

Fit us all comfortably!

Loved the decor, very homey. Great location, close to everything . Even when there was a problem with AC, Jeanette had it taken care of quickly. Would definitely stay again if and when we are In Jacksonville.

Family Vacation

Property was overall nice and a close distance to where we planned to go. Kids enjoyed playing with toys and outside on the play set. Property manager was also excellent when we had to call for unlocking the door when arrived.

Surgery stay

We rented the house to help our granddaughter while her middle child had open heart surgery at Wolfsons children’s hospital. The house was perfect for a family. We are grateful to say surgery was a success and the house accommodated our need well

Clean, cozy, quiet neighborhood

We traveled here with a family of 6. We lived and slept very comfortably. It was very clean; bathrooms, floors, linens, surfaces, everything right down to the dusting. Kitchen had great supplies for cooking. We had plenty of towels and felt very comfortable. Space to play in the fenced backyard was a bonus, as well as the little play room.

Another Awesome Stay at Peachtree (aka Lakewood)

Second time visitors and we loved it even more than the first time (if that is possible). Stayed here for the 2022 and 2023 River Run. Great location close to all things Jacksonville (downtown, TIAA Stadium, Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena, San Marco, NAS Jax, etc). Kitchen is well appointed with everything needed to cook for 6-8. Plenty of space to get away from others if needed. Spacious quiet backyard that is very kids friendly with swings and slide Plenty of hot water and everything is very, very clean. Will stay here again foe the 2024 River Run. Thanks Jeanette. You Rock!!
