Our small family of 3 wanted an end of summer getaway in Avila that was close to the beach, clean and quiet. This place was perfect for us. The hosts are super responsive, too. We definitely hope to return!

Such a wonderful stay! It looks like an adorable little beach cottage on the outside but it’s so spacious on the inside. The views are even better in person. It was very quiet other than the peaceful sounds of the ocean waves. The house is well equipped and we can’t wait to come back.

This house in Avila Beach was perfect for our family! It has a wonderful deck with a view of the beach where we spent most of our days and ate many of our meals. The kitchen is well appointed and beds were comfortable. One of the biggest advantages, since our stay was over the 4th of July weekend , was the available parking at the house; and the fact that we were able to walk to the beach and to town. It is a bit of a hike up and down the hill, so we definitely got our exercise!

Great Stay

My wife and I, along with two friends, had a great stay in Avila. The house was all the photos showed except, as has been noted in other reviews, the two stuffed chairs in the living room really do need to be replaced.
