Nearly perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful, secure, small apartment w/modern amenities. We enjoyed our stay, but complained about neighbor's flashing porch light that kept us up at night was left unresolved.

Great stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. It had everything we needed and parking was very secure. Steps away from the beach. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Stay

Clean, convenient and customer service made my stay perfect. The rental was spotless. The location, just a block from the beach, made it easy to get out and enjoy the amazing Avila area. And the hosts went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I had a question with the heat, and they were on site in minutes to help and fix. Like I said, just perfect.

Avila Beach getaway...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful beachside apartment with charming dining and shopping options within a short walk. Property was very clean and management office is nearby w/free beach towel loaners! Living room furniture (chair) was worn/in need of replacement, but overall we loved our stay and would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.
