Oceanside Beach Cottage in downtown Yachats is the perfect little cottage for a small family or a couple to get away. With amazing ocean views, this one bedroom cottage with a queen bed and a full bathroom. There are just two steps up into this cute little vacation home. The great room of the cottage has a convenient kitchen with everything you will need to prepare and serve a meal along with a dining table for everyone to sit at comfortably. The living room has a Smart TV and a DVD player. There is no TV service. This rental also offers guests binoculars, board games, a washer and dryer and Wi-Fi. Cute cottage for a great visit to Yachuts

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage was just right for us. Immaculately clean, simply but nicely decorated, all the essentials, good bed, and views of the ocean from bedroom, living room and kitchen table. Short walk one direction to downtown. Short walk the other direction to my favorite galleries. We walked the coastal trail nearby, crabbed, and drove the north Oregon coast. Delightful visit. Wish we could have stayed longer, We loved it.

Great Location

The location is just perfect, you can see the ocean from the bedroom. I spend most of my day reading and looking at the sea. Lovely place.

Christmas in Yachats

Easy access to trail which we really enjoyed every day. Great view of the wild surf crashing in with huge sprays. Perfect place to walk my dog in both sunshine and rain. Close proximity to market and favorite restaurant.

Amazing ocean view property

My wife and I loved our stay in Yachats. This property is so close to all the great restaurants and our dogs were so comfortable. It was also such a clean property, we’ll definitely be coming back soon.

Yachats Summer Getaway

Nice location. Short walk to beach access. Very comforatable stay. Enjoyed sunny afternoons sitting on the porch hearing ocean waves. Quiet neighborhood.

Cosy getaway

Great location, very comfortable and clean. Stocked with the basic necessities. The kitchen faucet is loose and the two front steps can be improved upon otherwise a lovely stay.

Relaxing weekend

It's a well appointed vacation home in a quiet, rural neighborhood. A stone's throw to breaking waves. I'd stay here again, and i recommend you do too.

Very nice house for a couple that is one property off the beach, with good views and super access to an incredible beachside trail. The house was just as advertised and all systems were in good order and the beds and furniture are comfortable. No dishwasher would be an issue for us for longer stays, but not for the two nights we stayed. We would definitely stay again.

Great spot

Clean, well appointed house in a perfect spot. Great views from both rooms. Perfect spot for those who like to walk. Only complaint is the refrigerator. It needs to be replaced; so noisy we needed to use earplugs to sleep.

Cottage Feel / Great location

Overall, the property was what we expected. Perfect for two people, right on the trail to the beach. So that was convenient. Staff was available when we had questions. New washer and dryer!

Nice little bungalow

The cleanliness was top notch. The weather a bit stormy but did not deter our stay. It was overall a relaxing and memorable experience. The refrigerator was loud and shut off with a shuttering sound that made us laugh. No mention on listing that there was no dishwasher.

Better than imagined

It was a short walk to the beach, very conveniently located to the town of Yahchats. Very pet friendly with a front yard that allowed my dog to get some exercise while on a leash. We will definitely stay there again next year.

Get away relaxation

I spent 3 nights in this clean and nicely decorated home within steps of the ocean. Everything I needed was here. I cooked my meals , showered with good pressure and warm water, and slept in a comfortable bed with wave sounds nearby. The refrigerator makes a loud sound occasionally but works just fine. You have a small ocean view but can walk along the 804 trail to see the crashing waves and rocks and birds. Very pleasant

The ocean views are quite nice from both the front room and bedroom. As a reader I would appreciate a taller bedside lamp for those late night reads. The base board heaters heat both areas efficiently although they can be quite loud in the wee hours.

Comfortable Rental Could Be Better

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is in a great location. The furniture and bed were very comfortable. Some things could be updated. The refrigerator makes a loud thunk when it stops running and the kitchen faucet looked as if it would fall off. Much of the cookwear should be thrown out. Our biggest issue is that when we arrived at the check in time and the house had not been cleaned. It was resolved but we had to find somewhere else to hang out for 3 hours before we could get into the rental. The property manager stated that he would make it up to us but we never heard from him again.

Quant beach home

This is such a cute little house in an adorable small ocean side town. The town has restaurants and cafes as well as probably the best rock shop I’ve ever been to before. The house was very clean when we arrived and check in was super easy. You could see the ocean from pretty much every room in the house. We really enjoyed staying here.
