Nedervåningen har ett kök i full storlek med frukostbar, liten matplats och fullt vardagsrum, tillsammans med 3 sovrum och ett badrum med badkar. Tvätt på första våningen också! På övervåningen är en total makeover och kommer att ha 2 fulla sovrum - ett med en queen size-säng och en sjöutsikt, och den andra med våningssängar. Det kommer att vara ett helt nytt badrum på övervåningen också, ett stort vardagsrum med soffa och sittplats för 8 och en torr bar. Taket är 9 'så det är så ljust och öppet- och det finns en skjutdörr till balkongen - med utsikt över sjön - denna plats är verkligen en pärla på sjön.
Observera: Detta var en fullt möblerad 3-bädd, 1 badläger, det kommer att vara 5 sovrum och 2 fulla bad. Alla bilder för närvarande på webbplatsen (bortsett från balkong) är för första våningen, vi renoverar den oavslutade övre våningen - vi kommer att uppdatera bilder när vi slutför dessa områden i vår

Family time at the beach

This house was a wonderful location for our family, age 4 -71. There was something for everyone. The house was so close to lake it was easy to go back and forth as needed. The owners were very responsive and wonderful to deal with. We certainly will look to book another vacation here soon!

Week near the beach

This property is very close to the beach and within walking distance from restaurants. We had 5 adults and a teen and found some of the beds were not comfortable. We were able to easily communicate with the property owner after we arrived. Good rental option for easy access of the beach

Lovely views; very walkable.

The cabin was lovely - great to have a washer and dryer on site. Easy walk to the beach. Sadly, you can't control who is renting next to you.

A dream property

This is a little piece of heaven which showcases the very best of sylvan beach! The location is perfection; the beach is a stone’s throw away as are all the restaurants, amusement park, and main street’s events...the owners could not be nicer or more helpful and there wasn’t anything they didn’t provide! It was a beautiful stay!

Responsive owners. Great location. Many new updates, appliances very nice. Parking is terrible. No outside area besides very small deck to accommodate the number of people the house can sleep. Terrible double beds (owner brought over one new mattress but box spring was broken and was on its second repair.) Only 1 window air conditioner for house. Not enough seating in living room for all guests. 1 couch 1 chair. Upstairs tv located in weird location for viewing from sitting area. Can't park in front of open lot next door, you get yelled at. Close to great beach, bar right behind house with live music, restaurants, shopping.

Sylvan Beach for 5 days of relaxation.....?

Vacations are always hard work ... But we had a great Stay and were able to do all that we wanted. Now we are home and need a vacation !!! Great property we enjoyed it all to much !!!!

Beautiful Sunsets

The sunsets over Oneida Lake were absolutely gorgeous. This is an awesome property with 5 bedrooms, a great little patio and beautiful view of the lake. The owners are wonderful to work with. The upstairs has a balcony and a little bar area. check out all the photos on the site. The only thing that disappointed us was that the floors were very dirty upon our arrival. Everything else was super clean.

Great location to park your car and walk to the beach and entertainment

If you are looking for a house that has easy access to the beach, restaurants, amusements, gas, and some stores this is your house. There was plenty of room to spread out and plenty of room to get together for games and family fun. We cooked almost every day so the kitchen and grill got lots of use. The kids were on the beach every single day in the water and back again walking on the beach every night. The sunsets were outstanding. From fitness walking in the morning to stolls for coffee, to walks for ice cream after dinner we spent most of our time on our feet instead of in the car. Such a good location. The hosts were just a text away if needed (and one of their Dads actually stopped by and put out the trash the night before trash collection). We loved our vacation here. You'll love it too.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation and stay at this comfy cottage on the beach! The house offered all the necessary amenities for the week. The property location was perfect as the beach access was across the street. We had 4 adults/6 six children and the house was the perfect size for our families. Thank you for adding to our Sylvan Beach memories!

Great beach house

We had a very good stay, even though the weather didn't cooperate for us. It was a great home base as we went around town and to the beach. It was very comfortable inside and our 2 and a half year old had a great time checking out all the rooms. It is a unique house with a lot of charm. The owners were very responsive and made us feel extremely welcome. We will definitely be going back.

Great Family spot

We really enjoyed our Family Vacation. The house is clean and has all the amenities. The location can't be beat, right across from the beach and close to everything else. The owner made a point to check in with us as well.

Salmon Fishing

We booked the house since we couldn't find lodging in the Pulaski area. Short drive to the Upper Fly Zone area. Nice house in nice neighborhood. House has everything you could need for a weeks stay. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and the Erie Canal. Sylvan Beach would be great for family summer vacation,

What an experience!

This home is everything we expected and more! So much room, so close to the beach, gas station, Dollar Store, and convenience to everything. I was sad to go home. It was all the comforts of home. I haven't relaxed like this in a long time. Will be back next year!

Excellent!

Beautiful kitchen! The fridge offers plenty of space and water and ice from the freezer door. Good quality knives and cutlery. Terrific 5 burner gas stove. Comfy couches in the living room. Both bathrooms were just fine with plenty of hot water and good showers. Beds were very comfortable. The owners were really great. We left our fishing poles in the garage and they offered to get them to us when they are in our area next week. Talk about generous!! Really lovely home, easy walking distance to the midway and local restaurants, etc. Highly recommended!
