Vacker utsikt över viken och Perdido-passet. Sitt på balkongen och titta på båtarna som kommer i Perdido-passet eller ta en kort promenad längs strandpromenaden och promenera sockervittsanden på Orange Beach. Detta är ett litet komplex med bara 21 enheter som minskar mycket buller och trafik. Tvärs över gatan ligger San Roc Cay marina som har butiker, restauranger, charterfiske och båtlipor.

Great Stay

The condo was very clean and just the right size for the 4 of us. The bedroom and bunks were comfortable. The pull out couch should definitely be used as a last resort as it isnt comfortable but none of them are and had little inpact on our stay. The condo is in a perfectly quiet section of the beach and made for a great trip.

Vacation

Overall our stay was great. I had to rewash the tub but, that was ok. The walk way to the beach needs to be fixed and there needs to be a railing put in. I will book this place again.

Clean and on the beach

We loved our stay here. It was a very short walk to the beach and the condo was well stocked for all needs. It was a great stay and we’re hopeful to stay again.

Great location, great view, great beach access, great price

The small condo building is safe and secure with dedicated beach access. The unit was clean and updated. It had a great view for sunrises and of the gulf. The balcony was peaceful. The small pool was nice. It is nestled in between large resorts to either side, but still a relaxing and peaceful location. The unit is accurately described in the ad and pictures.

Great location, but not impressed with property

The property is in a great location for easy access to everything we wanted to do. We had no problem checking in. However, the description said it could accommodate 6 people and that's just a stretch. We had 2 adults and 4 children and we were stepping all over each other. The living room and kitchen areas were an ok size but the secondary "bedroom" was essentially a closet with a set of bunkbeds built in and a little floor space for a suitcase. The ladder for the top bunk was not secured and to the bunk. The bathroom set up was very awkward as well. We understood there would be only one shower so we were prepared for that. However, you could only access the bathrooms by going through a bedroom which made for no privacy for those in the bedrooms. You had to close two pocket doors between the two bathroom vanity areas just to use the secondary toilet. The half bath vanity draw was broken, the tub/shower unit was chipped and outdated, and there was a hole in the wall where the shower head came out. We also had trouble getting the faucet pull down to stay in shower position. Overall, the unit just needs tlc and is not functional for more than two adults and maybe two small children. The pool on the property needed to be cleaned/shocked. I did voice my concerns to the owner but got no response back. We wouldn't stay here again.

The photos make this condo look really pretty - when you actually arrive and start to unpack you see all the DIY projects that didn’t go well. The paint is very poorly done. The cabinets have seen much better days and the backsplash is made up on plastic stick ons not glass tiles at all. The bunk room is VERY VERY small. The tv in the bunk room and master did not work unless you had a Netflix account. There are NO HANGERS in any of the closets. The kitchen supplies were limited and new pots and pans would be nice - the one skillet burned everything. There is no K Cup coffee pot. The washer and dryer combo is located in the Living Room and it is LOUD but they wash and dry well. Location is good and the beach was quiet and not overly crowded. There is quite a walk to the beach but there was a wagon on the back patio that helped. The bathroom shower was falling apart and the vanities were just dated and needed to be replaced. The air works great and the water gets hot quickly. The threshold was very loose and eventually just came up and the outlet in the hallway was poorly done and had gaps to allow a child to put their finger between the exposed space and the wall. One of the dresser drawer handles in the master is hanging on by one side. There is no storage in the bunk room at all - just enough space to sleep and nothing else. The decorations were on point and really well done but at the end of the day there needs to be attention given to several items I listed.

Quick stay

We were pleasantly surprised by this unit. It is small but has everything you could want. The listing is accurate. Check in was a breeze since we got all the codes days in advance. Having a half bath and bunks was great. I brought our own folding chairs because previous reviews said there were only high top stools on the balcony, which isn’t comfortable for a long sitting. I was glad I did so we could have comfortable seating outside. The unit had great beach chairs and a beach wagon provided. My only suggestion to the owners is to add a full length mirror, but obviously that’s a small thing. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Summer Breeze 27 is super

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo looked exactly as advertised and we liked the smaller building. Our view was great! All our gate and door codes worked properly and the building is located on a wonderful part of the beach. The cleaning staff did miss debris and food someone previously left under a chair and in the sleeper sofa, but the space was otherwise spotless and fresh. Our first morning there we were woken at 6 am by what sounded like a basketball game above our bedroom, and then we heard vacuuming for quite a while. Evidently someone cleans too early for us vacationers! We never found the beach umbrella listed as being stored on the balcony and ended up renting on the beach. Just a couple of minor things. We will definitely try to stay there again.
