Located on the second floor, it faces the stunning marina, making it ideal for enjoying morning coffee while watching the ships sail in and out. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need for meal preparation, and the spacious dining table accommodates six adults. The breakfast bar is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or socializing while preparing meals.
The patio features a four-person dining table, ideal for dining al fresco at sunset. The large and comfortable living room furniture is perfect for watching your favorite movies or TV shows on a 65-inch smart TV. This condo comes with one assigned parking covered space for small or Medium-sized cars. Large vehicles (such as Suburbans) will not fit. Paid guest parking is available in the public parking lot. Two community laundry facilities are available for guest use.
Please NOTE: This unit does not have Air Conditioning. Many units located at the beach do not have this amenity due to the continued airflow from the ocean and cooler overnight temperatures. Ceiling fans and stand-up fans provide ample airflow for guests to enjoy their stay.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom includes a spacious king-sized bed, a 55-inch TV for your favorite shows, and a large closet. It also offers a unique feature: a portable air conditioner that can cool the entire unit. The living room sofa sleeper comfortably accommodates two additional guests.

This condo complex is the only one situated between Oceanside's harbor and beachfront, making it a truly unique destination in Southern California. Harbor Beach is just steps away! Located right on the beach within the exclusive gated community of Oceanside Harbor, the complex features a heated community pool and spa. The pool area includes two large BBQ grills and plenty of seating for al fresco dining. This unit offers two beach chairs and a beach umbrella for guest use.
