The property was conveniently located. Lots of room - master bedroom/closet/bathroom was oversized and very comfortable. Property was very clean. We would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable property with great location!

We enjoyed our recent stay at this property. It is well located, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a lovely view from the backyard. The house is well appointed - guests can tell an effort was made to anticipate every need! We would definitely stay at this property again (hopefully soon)! Property management provided prompt responses to a couple of pre-check in questions; the reservation and check in / out processes were easy and straightforward.

Unforgettable

This property made this trip unforgettable.The sunsets off the patio, the hot tub for sore muscles after hiking, and the large, well equipped kitchen that made it easy to made breakfast just to name of the few things that were great . We were traveling with a wheel chair. This property had first floor living and no stairs. The patio had fantastic amenities most of all the view. Great deal for a great price!

Beautiful house with amazing view!

Beautiful home in the perfect location for our family of 5 adults. The property was beautiful and spacious. We loved the view from the master bedroom and the private hot tub was the perfect way to relax and the end of a full day of hiking. Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Spacious and cozy

We really enjoyed this home! From the hot tub to the cozy, warm fireplaces to the large fully stocked kitchen and upstairs master bedroom it was everything we had hoped for! Great location to the trails and local shops/restaurants! Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views!

Great Family House

This house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. 3 couples enjoyed plenty of space. The hot tub was great, neighborhood was quiet (hopefully we weren't too loud for the very close neighbors!) and even though the house is in town, the view is still amazing.

Excellent!

We got the check in instructions and they were easy to follow and everything worked as it should. Even down to the appliances and the fireplaces, stuff just worked and we had no issues! The location is actually wonderful especially for people who like to escape from traffic and take walks. We would love to stay there again sometime!

The pictures are a true depiction of the home. All the bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable. Upstairs bedroom is amazing. The living area has very nice furniture. Backyard space is so well planned out with a sturdy fence around the entire area.

Fabulous property perfectly situated

This house was beautifully appointed. The location was perfect. We could walk two great nearby restaurants and multiple grocery stores and tourist attractions were minutes away by car. The stay was seamless from start to finish. I accidentally left behind a very special necklace on a bedside table and did not realize it had been left behind until the day after we left. Property management already had the necklace ready and waiting for us to collect. We would definitely rent this property again!

Beautiful home in quiet location

Beautiful home and very nice view. Very well stocked kitchen.Problems with hot tub, but part had been ordered and directions on cover that told you what to do to get it running. King bed in master suite has a very hard mattress. Queen beds in other bedrooms were comfortable. They need a different table in dining area. Question how they can clean it, made out of old boards. Overall very pleased with this home and location.

Beautiful Sedona neighborhood get away.

We escaped the Phoenix heat with our 2 kids and did the online school work up in Sedona for a few days. The house is gorgeous! The house is super spacious and comfortable. The back yard was big enough to hang out in, the house was super clean and had any thing and everything you could imagine!! We would absolutely go back. I would recommend the owners check the AC. The downstairs really struggled to cool while the upstairs was freezing, I don’t want your bills to be too high. The only other thing was the trash was full when we got there so unfortunately we left it quite overloaded so the ants were in heaven. 5 out of 5 stars!!!!
