Very cute place! The master bed was a bit too hard for us, but we prefer a softer bed. Neighbors were friendly- they are musicians but stopped rocking out when we came home in the evening.

Cute and quaint stay

We rented this place for the Eras tour and it gave us great pics, videos and was a very convenient and comfortable place to stay. Loved it and highly recommend!

Perfect accommodations!

Super clean and spacious condo. Really neat space with everything we needed for our stay. Great location, not too far from downtown! Had the best weekend in Nashville.

Our stay was good overall, but the property needs attention, especially regarding cleanliness and listing accuracy.We found hair in the beds, on towels, and in showers, a blue candy-like substance on one duvet, what appeared to be blood on another set of bedding, and food left in the microwave for an unknown length of time. A deep cleaning is definitely needed.Maintenance concerns included wood rot at the front door, a dripping upstairs sink, a back deck covered in leaves with a rug hanging over the railing, and a hair dryer that doesn't work upstairs. The electrical plug downstairs by table is also not working. The listing advertises four twin beds but doesn't disclose that one is a floor-level daybed pullout. It also fails to mention the home is an attached townhome. A garage and covered patio/deck were advertised but weren't present, and the advertised fenced backyard isn't fully enclosed.The older neighborhood was quiet, despite some interstate noise outside. The home is near the airport but farther from attractions than expected.On the positive side, the host communicated well and kindly allowed early check-in to drop off groceries. Plenty of K-Cups were provided, which we replenished. We also enjoyed visiting with the friendly neighbor.We chose to make the best of our stay rather than raise concerns during our visit. Overall, the home served its purpose, but better cleaning, maintenance, and listing accuracy would greatly improve the guest experience.

Lovely Loft

This was the perfect home base for our visit to Nashville. It was an easy 20 minute commute to downtown. Check in was a breeze. We had everything we need plus some thoughtful addition s such as q-tips and hair ties. There was also a well stocked coffee/tea basket. We would stay here again!

Property was what the pictures had shown. The property owner was traveling abroad so worked with Ron who was very nice. Unfortunately there was a leak in the bathroom, the refrigerator didn’t work so we couldn’t store food in the there and the grass was extremely high.

Bachelorette

We easily fit 7 adults and could have fit more for our bachelorette party. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate in cleanliness and had everything we needed. The only downside was we had trouble getting an uber but that is no fault of the owners. Sally was so quick to respond and such a pleasure to work with. Thank you for making our experience wonderful!

SUPER CUTE DUPLEX

This place us ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE. The hosts are EXTREMELY sweet and responsive. 2 of us got there and couldn't figure out that a remote worked some lights. I messaged and they responded immediately. One of the host came by and showed us how to work somethings and was the nicest ever. They have updated this place beautifully. We would 100% stay here again. The location was perfect for us also as we were visiting Broadway but other places as well. The planes near the airport also not an issue. Also, one of the people who stayed has cleaned homes for her entire working career for high end clients and had no complaints on the cleanliness of this place, none of us did actually. All in all a beautiful and clean place, quiet neighbors, and very accommodating hosts.

Birthday Trip

Inside the house is beautiful and had a nice smell that was noticable but not overbearing. The description of the rental house stated that it had 4 bedrooms but it only had 3 bedrooms with a sleeper sofa. So keep that in mind when you book. The cleanliness of the house was good only a few spider webs here and there. We never saw any pest or rodents. There was some delay in response but she did let me know that she was also on vacation too. The location of the house from downtown Nashville was good. Oh! I almost forgot I mentioned to the owner that it was my friend's birthday and she left balloons for her on the kitchen counter!

Thank you for leaving a review. On our listing it shows that bedroom #4 is the living room with pull out sofa/ futon which is why the home sleeps 7. VRBO classifies it that way when you have a sleeping option in a space. I am sorry for any confusion. The home is both cleaned professionally and treated for any pest regularly to ensure a clean environment for each guest. I am happy your friend enjoyed the balloons.

Not the most clean.

The description says 4 bedroom, but in reality it is two bedroom, and a loft style so technically 3. Which we were disappointed. We were told we had to wait to check in because the cleaning crew was cleaning, however, when we went in it was not the cleanest. There were a lot of spider webs, we killed two huge cockroaches, the bathrooms were still unclean (hair and dirt in the showers). The host was extremely nice, she did leave me birthday balloons since we were traveling for my birthday. She communicated quickly and I did inform her of how unclean it was and she said she would talk to the cleaning crew. I asked her for her number to send her video and picture. Upon our check out I did leave the cockroach on the floor and we made sure we did not take anything in our luggage with us. Cute place overall, just not the cleanest and also it is not a 4 bedroom!

The home is sprayed monthly but because of the change is weather back and forth everyone is seeing bugs here and there right now. The home is cleaned to COVID standards and everything is cleaned thoroughly. I know in this case you were anxious to get in and we’re waiting outside to check in early so they were working as fast as they could. Everyone please please read bedding types were it breaks down type of beds and their location. It is not fair to get reviews because a bedroom is a loft when it is listed out in details and shows in pics. The 4th bed as shown is a fold out futon which is listed 3 times on description. These kind of reviews affect my business greatly so please be fair and be thorough on your booking search as not to leave a review based on info that was provided on listing.

Cozy but needed to be cleaned and sprayed for insects.

I will say that the communication with the property owner was outstanding. The problems that I had was not things that could be addressed at the moment but at least she was receptive of the info and promised to make it right. It really needs a deep clean and maintenance, but with understanding if you don't live or visit the property occasionally you don't know this. Location was great but the surrounding neighbors was not clean. Again, I am sure these problems will be addressed and the next person will enjoy it!

Location is cute and very close to the airport

Great location, adorable property. It is a duplex so shared driveway. The spiral stairs to the second floor are tight. These are not designed for everyone. The only complaint is the door lock. It was way too hard to manage.

Dirtiest Rental I’ve Ever Seen

The residence overall worked out great for our group. The only issue was the cleanliness of the home. Upon check-in we found: Dried up urine on the toilet seat; hair and old shampoo crusted to the wall of the shower; a cockroach found in the upstairs loft; and the floor overall was so dirty that the bottom of our white socks would be black by the end of the day. Luckily, we found a few cleaning supplies in the laundry area, so we could tidy up a bit and make the place clean enough for us to want to stay. I saw quite a few other reviews stating the same issues with cleanliness, and the owner would retaliate with, “the property is being cleaned according to Covid guidelines” or something along those lines. I’m here to warn anyone else thinking about renting here that regardless of what is said, the cleaning is certainly not happening. The residence was convenient for us and we liked how there was enough space for my family and two toddlers to all fit comfortably; but we would never stay here again.
