Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness, incredible view, and that the property was just as described. We truly appreciate your feedback about the elevator wait times and hope to welcome you back for another fantastic stay!

We’re sorry for the communication mix-up regarding your early check-in request. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been after driving for 12 hours through the night and then waiting in a hotel lobby for several hours. We did send an email with an early check-in option for a reasonable fee, but unfortunately, it sounds like you didn’t see it until later that evening. We sincerely apologize that we weren’t able to connect with you sooner and make your arrival more comfortable. We truly appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our communication with guests.

Thank you so much! 😊 We’re very happy to hear you enjoyed your stay—it truly means a lot to us. We’d love to welcome you back anytime! 🌴🌊
