Kom och koppla av med oss i vårt helrenoverade bondgård.

Detta historiska hem byggdes år 1900 och har totalrenoverats. Hemmet är ett restaurerat bondgård med en intressant historia bakom sig. Hemmet tillhörde Dolly Partons moster och farbror. Det finns rum på andra våningen som hennes farbror gjorde ljudisolerade för henne att spela in musik. När vi ombyggde hemmet lämnade vi de ljudisolerade väggarna och beslutade att ägna rummet till Dolly. Hemmet är bekvämt beläget, eftersom det är en fyra minuters bilresa till Sevierville Convention Center, den kommande Soaky Moutain Waterpark och Wilderness Waterpark. Samt en kort bilresa till Pigeon Forge och Gatlinburg och The Great Smoky Mountains.

Fabulous Stay

There were 15 of us, all ages, staying for five nights. We had a fantastic time. The property was beautiful and so clean. The owners were prompt in replying to questions. It was a great distance to all the attractions. I can't recommend this place enough!

Perfect Farmhouse

Everyone fell in love with the house, it was beautiful. It was 14 total who stayed in the house, still was comfortable and had enough space. House had everything we needed. We had our wedding in the yard it was perfect. Neighbors were very nice.

A PERFECT STAY

Wow! This place is stunning! We stayed October 5-7, 2024 and held our wedding reception there. We could not have asked for a better place! It was very roomy and so so clean. I cannot say enough about how perfect the Whaley Farmhouse is. The communication with Amy was spectacular. The Whaleys are true super hosts! Thank you for allowing us to celebrate our love there!

Wonderful family home!

This house is the perfect place to stay with your family, it is clean, comfortable and decorated so well! It feels so homey. The host is amazing and super attentive as well! This is our 2nd time staying here for our annual Christmas trip and we will be back again! We love how close it is to all the attractions yet still tucked away and quiet. Highly recommend this property!

Farmhouse perfection

We had such a great stay at the Whaley property. We had room for our whole family with plenty of privacy. Our kids really enjoyed interacting with the neighboring donkeys and horses. The property is plenty close enough to town while still being secluded from all the hustle and bustle of the tourist-y areas. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

Our family loved this property. The kids loved the horses at the next property and loved the big yard. It was in the middle of Gatlinburg and downtown Knoxville. The hosts were very responsive! Would stay here again!

Picturesque setting

We had a wonderful family trip and enjoyed the property so much. It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable, and convenient. We loved seeing the donkeys over the fence and having s’mores in the fire pit. Amy was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had.

I was born and raised in Sevier County and one of the things I love most about our area is the tourism! I have always wanted to remodel a farmhouse. When I finally got the opportunity, I knew It would be the perfect place for friends and family from all over to gather and appreciate my sweet hometown. I am a mama to two girls and one boy who I am constantly running around to practices and games, but I love every minute of it. I love traveling, french bulldogs, Dolly Parton, coffee, and being a good host. Hope you come visit soon!
