Välkommen hem till vår vackra spanska modern lyx Retreat. Vårt hem ligger i det mest eftertraktade samhället i staden Indio, inbäddat mot den fantastiska Santa Rosa Mountains. Montage på Santa Rosa är ett nytt samhälle med en europeisk charm, du kommer bara att älska. Det är bekvämt beläget i hjärtat av Coachelladalen med de bästa rekreations- och speciella händelserna i öknen, bara 20 minuter från Palm Springs internationella flygplats. Vårt hem ligger på en ½ hektar stor mängd som ger maximal integritet och gott om utrymme. Den har ett öppet stort rum med gas spis och 10 meter högt i taket (hela) med en öppen möbel layout för maximal livsstil och underhållande. Vårt gourmetkök är fullt utrustat för alla dina matbehov, inklusive alla rostfria vitvaror och platta granitplattor. Alla rum är fullt möblerade med fina sängkläder och utrustade med madrasser med madrasser för din komfort och en god natts sömn. Detta lyxiga spanska moderna hem har sin egen stora, privata uppvärmda saltvattenpool och spa med ett lugnt vattenfall. Poolen har en stor garvning / strand inträdesområde, perfekt för barn eller lounging. Du kommer också att njuta av de två vattenstrålarna som spraya vattnet i mitten av garvningsområdet, bra underhållning för barn. Poolen är utrustad med en inbyggd flyttbar volleybollsinstallation redo för din spik. Pool- och spaområdet skyddas med avtagbar barnsäker genomskinlig fäktning för maximal säkerhet och minimal synstörning. Njut av den fantastiska utsikten och ljuden av den unikt utformade vattenfunktionen samtidigt som du värmer upp med fabulously inbyggd linjär gasbrunnspit. What more can I say

Once again my family and I spent our time in Indio at this marvelous property. There have been a few changes since we were here last year (2024l . One change, and perhaps the most important, is the change/addition of beds in a few rooms. Fortunately Julio offers to change the configuration to suit your needs. This place is still my #1 consideration when it comes time to start planning our vacation in the Coachella Valley. If you read the other reviews you'll see why I can't say much more. Other visitors and myself have pretty much raved about how great this property is and how prompt Julio is to respond if any issue arises. I'm already looking forward to being back here next year, if not sooner.

Amazing Weekend

The property was just as described and remarkably clean. The pool with the Baja shelf was great and the backyard was very relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Did guys golf trip and we really like the house. WE were not there much, but the pool and hot tub were perfect and it was spacious for about 8-10. Very happy with our choice.

Beautiful home

My family of 9 had a wonderful time at this property. The backyard pool and jacuzzi were fabulous! The interior was pretty spotless and well appointed. The only complaint would be some of the pool loungers are falling apart. The manager was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely love to return to this property.

Weekend Trip

We enjoyed our stay at Montage Santa Rosa. The property was well maintained and very updated. We had a little bit of trouble with the lock box when we arrived, but Julio was very responsive and we were able to get in very quickly. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the property.

Spacious and great location

This property was very spacious, inside and out. Host was very attentive and responded promptly to text and/or email. Plenty of pool towels ready for use upon check in. Rooms were nicely decorated. The kitchen I thought was fully equipped, although I brought my own knife and a cast iron pan. The grounds overall was very relaxing. Definitely in my top 3 rentals.

Family Fellowship Vacation

Once again my family and I gathered at this wonderful and spacious home. The property is well taken care of and should any issue arise, the owner is readily available to address it or send someone to handle it. There are enough spaces around the property so that you can pretty much find a peaceful and quiet space of your own or you can gather together to enjoy one another.

Fantastic Home

This is our second year staying in this home. We are a group of 8 adults. The house is very comfortable in a great neighborhood and location. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. There is a pool, hot tub and plenty of outdoor seating in the beautiful backyard, we even picked fresh grapefruit every morning for breakfast! Checking in and checking out was easy and convenient.

Excellent Vacation Home

Ten of us, ages 9 to 70, had an amazing 4-day stay in this beautiful home. The pictures of the property are accurate. The outdoor space is spacious. There are so many spaces outside to enjoy. Shade is plentiful along with lots of sunny areas. We paid extra to heat the pool and it was well worth it. Inside is well-stocked. Julio, our property manager, was easy to reach and welcoming.

Relaxing Oasis!

Perfect setup for families meeting up and enjoying some quality time together. The outdoor space is inviting with the pool, jacuzzi multiple seating areas, not to mention the landscaping. The teens loved the ping pong table and Corn Hole. Most nights we grilled and had dinners there. Kitchen is sufficiently stocked. We really enjoyed everything about this house. We really didn’t need to communicate with the owner because everything was straight forward. Left feeling relaxed 😁

Relaxing Getaway

Once again I ans my family members stayed at this amazing property. The interior of the home is spacious enough for everyone to have their own personal quiet space, yet the open concept will allow everyone to congregate and fellowship. The exterior of the home also provides multiple locations to be alone with your thoughts or cozy up with a good book, and also has areas to get together to enjoy each other's company. The spa cascades into the adjoining pool, providing a relaxing sound effect and there is a water feature attached to the outdoor BBQ grill that is reminiscent of a waterfall. There is an outdoor firepit available to congregate around on a chilly desert night. Going back to the inside, the kitchen area is well stocked to allow a simple meal to be prepared, however if you want something more gourmet you'll need to bring any special spices or cookware. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in the Indio, CA (Coachella Valley) area.

Location was great. Backyard was beautiful

Some general maintenance has been deferred. Kitchen pots/pans utensils were lacking. Pans had broken handles. Knives were not sharp enough to cut green onions. We had to buy our own chopping knife. Showers took a long time to heat up. Shower near garage was missing tiles. Majority of dishes had chips. Kitchen faucet leaked at base. Ice maker jammed.

Same Development - Much Better Experience

This is the 3rd year we rented a house in the same development. This house was the best, probably one of the best we've rented in the Palm Springs area in the 14 years we've been coming for a golf trip. The only reason is wasn't the best is because it was a 20 minute drive to one of the courses we play the most. Otherwise, the listing was spot on, the house was very comfortable, well appointed (especially in the kitchen) and had a very nice and well appointed back yard. The documentation needed for the check-in process was a bit excessive but understandable given the times. The company and their representative was outstanding. He was easy to contact and came right away when we had an issue with the dishwasher. One suggestion, read the spa instructions thoroughly which we didn't and had to call him. Once he walked us through it, everything worked as instructed. Great experience!

Amazing Getaway

We had an amazing extended weekend at this property! It was perfect for a group of 10 with kids. The house had everything we needed to entertain all age groups and the backyard was perfect. We will be looking to stay here again in the future!

This was the absolutely perfect house to host a very special friend's 40th birthday party. bedrooms are nice sized and kitchen fit for a gourmet chef. the outside patio and pool and everything were absolutely breathtaking. Highly recodmend staying!

Great house BUT

The property was as listed. It was great and we spent most of our time outside by the pool, or in the backyard playing games and enjoying the best weather! The house accommodated our party of 9- 4 adults 5 kids ages 9-12. My only negative and it is more of a renter warning- this is a gated community, however, our very first night, we had items stolen from our car. We take responsibility for the fact that after a very long travel day and arriving late, we did not lock the car. We rushed in with food and groceries. However, we feel these neighborhoods that are mostly rentals are targeted. Very convenient that after less than probably 5-7 hours of being there someone was in the neighborhood checking cars. We are only writing this as a be vigilant with door locking if you choose to rent here. The property was great and overall we enjoyed our time here.

Love the private entry courtyard and the 1/2 acre private lot which allows for a great private outdoor experience that is ready for entertaining to capture a long lasting memorable experience.
