We enjoyed this property a lot. The bedroom is very bright in the morning but some people love that. It was very clean and loved having a grill right on the deck.

Spring Skiing

Breckenridge is wonderful and the bus shuttles and gondola make getting around a breeze. This unit is small and nice. It could benefit from a deep cleaning and upgrading towels, linens and minor household goods.

Good location with a pup.

The location was great. the parking was a little tight and the directions to the parking and how to enter the suite could be clearer. The space was good, clean, and a little worn. I would want to be there with more than a couple and a dog.

Good stay

It was a great stay. This is an awesome location with a great view and privacy. My only comment is it was a little hard to figure out the directions into the building late at night. A picture of the front with the door requiring the first door code would be helpful! Thank you again.

Stay somewhere else

Location is great but that’s about it. Terrible check in instructions, outdated parking information, took us 1.5 hours of trying to get help from Vacasa (no help), figuring out where to park with the wrong instructions they provided, and trying to figure out how to get into the apartment. The apartment itself was fine, just old. Really uncomfortable bed though.

Location is great , convenient walk to stores, restaurants and rentals. Downside the place is worn. Plus poor communication about parking.

This apartment is a real gem. Just one block from the best part of Main Street, you feel like you are in the mountains when you walk in. The trees in the courtyard are so beautiful, as you can see through the living room window. This apartment has been re-decorated recently. It is very cozy and comfortable. The bedroom/bathroom has a comfortable mattress and plenty of space. All the directions given were straightforward to follow. It is nice being so close to so many shops, even though you never see them once you are in the apartment. We never had to drive our car anywhere. We highly recommend it and will be back next fall.

Awesome location

The location of the property can not be beat. Super walkable. Actually finding the parking lot and the unit was difficult, especially after a day of traveling and driving into Breckenridge. One of the blinds is still broken in the slider. I accidentally dropped something under the bathroom sink and it hasn’t been swept under there in months. But
the price and location was worth it.

Weekend getaway

This condo was conveniently located and rather affordable for a weekend getaway. While the property is clean, it is showing its age which is to be expected. it had everything we needed for our three nights stay. I would stay here again. Something to note for all future guest
 you will need three different access codes for the property. One for the parking lot one for the front door to the building and one for the front door. We were only provided with the first and third and had to phone Vrbo to obtain the front door code. Also, finding your way to the parking lot is simple after you have walked the neighborhood and have the lay of the streets. Upon first arrival, not so simple to find parking. Lastly, you will need to put the parking pass in your window. It took us a couple of days to find it inside the condo.

Perfect location!

This was the cutest space. Located within a block of Main Street, we were so close to coffee shops, cute boutiques, and hikes. The space was cozy and equipped with just about everything you’d need. The only negatives I noticed were the windows not having screens and the cords for the main blinds in the living room being broken. There’s no AC which is totally fine because it cools off nicely at night, but with no screens we had a few bees and moths get in. The blinds were also a bummer just because you couldn’t enjoy the beautiful very. Pretty minor issues, all things considered. Overall, a really enjoyable space to come back to and rest! We’d love to stay again!

Don’t stay here until upgrades are made

The location of this property was perfect. However, there were so many flaws. The kitchen in this unit was dirty as were the carpets. Both sets of closet doors were broken and unusable. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The sliding door was hard to open and missing a screen. The same goes for the windows. After the first night there I insisted that we leave the property and stay somewhere else.

Early December Ski Vacation

The condo has an excellent location. I have the following criticism. 1). No parking permit was provided at the condo. It took two days to locate a parking permit. This is a terrible inconvenience when your days are full trying to enjoy a relatively expensive vacation. 2) The bar stools do not fit the kitchen counter. Not useable for eating. The only table to eat at can only accommodate three people. This was not an inconvenience for me but a would be for a larger party. 3) The location is excellent. Very convenient. The view is also excellent.

A few issues

We had bees inside the unit, dishes and cookware had to be washed before use due to dried on food and oil on put away dishes, bath mats looked like never washed, could barely use deck sliding door and then screen fell off, inside cabinets and closets are filthy, can opener and other items need replaced. Unit needs to be gone through. No trash key card provided. We left a day early. Only good point is location.

Awful Customer Service

We were driving to Colorado when VRBO cancelled our stay-they said it was double booked. We had to scramble and find somewhere else that took our dog since she was already in the car with us. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been on the phone with VRBO and the property management company saying they didn’t have a reservation for us. Yet it says it was booked and now I just got an email inquiring about our stay! What a joke!! I will never go through vrbo again! Not helpful at all!! Added a lot of stress to a quick vacation!

Not as described

The description states that the condo is on the second floor. This may be technically accurate, but it includes 3 flights of stairs. We are ages 71 and 67, so this was a no-go. The condo doesn't look anything like the pictures, and wasn't especially clean. We were so disappointed in the property that we didn't even unload. We didn't stay there at all. And we wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Not well kept

This is a beautiful condo in a great location, it just seemed to not be very well cared for. The screen door was off its track and ajar when we arrived. The sliding glass door had smears of some kind like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There were brown smears on the bedroom door frame. The blanket on the bed was very dirty and had pieces of wood/large splinters stuck to it in several places. There’s decent water damage to the ceiling in the kitchen, which leads to concerns about mold. The carpets were very dirty and had stains everywhere. And there was dog hair on the pillows and sheets. This truly would be an amazing place to stay if it wasn’t so dirty/unkempt.

Average Stay

The location of this condo is great. It’s one street behind Main St, so easy access to the shops. The condo was pretty clean, but it definitely needs some work. The sliding glass door to the patio is a massive pain to open and close, as is the screen door. Neither stay on their tracks very well, and the screen does not fully close. The blinds covering window didn’t fully open or close on one side. The bathroom has a constant off smell that we couldn’t quite place. While the customer service team tried to support us in the best ways possible, there was confusion with conflicting information given, especially regarding parking. The directions about where to park are not the same across the board and different depending where you looked, also, one agent told us we needed a permit and another said we do not. Turns out, the parking is located behind the building down an ally and all you need a gate code. Overall, we had a good time and it was a decent stay. Just nothing spectacular or to rave about.

Please book anywhere but this condo

We arrived late Tuesday night at a very confusing building, we didn't know where to go in as the entrance was also an entrance to offices. We finally figured it out and found the place to be up 3 flights of narrow stairs, if I would've known it was upstairs, I wouldn't have booked in the first place. We open the door into a brisk 64-degree room. We immediately turn the thermostat on heat, while placing it back on the wall as it literally comes off, and we go to the very hard bed with only 2 small pillows and barely a blanket (there is only 1 decor pillow and a white blanket in the closet with black stains and streaks on it so that is all you get). We pull the sheets back and find strands of hair on them, great start. Wake up to a brisk 65 degrees meaning the heat never turned on. We found dog food in corners and only 3 towels, for 5 nights. The condo overall is older, musty, the loft we can’t use upstairs had an air mattress with blankets draped over like someone just left and just looked messy from below. Broken blinds, unclean carpet, we had no heat on night 1 or when we came back later that day. We called Vacasa twice about it and no one came to fix the emergency heat request, so we made the decision to leave and check in to a hotel on night 2. No one reached out until the next day at 11:57am. Adam said he cannot "recreate the issue", implying we were lying and says he won't give me refund. I wish I listened to the reviews I read as this turned into a nightmare.
