REC CENTER UNFORTUNATELY STÄNGT DEC 6 JANANDE FÖR APX 3 VECKOR!

Denna lägenhet med 2 badrum / 2 badrum ligger i High Country Haus condominium-komplexet i staden Winter Park och är mycket bekvämt beläget för allt som Winter Park har att erbjuda. Dessa lägenheter ligger nära filmteatern. / Bowlinghall, flera restauranger, den lokala marknaden, Winter Park Rec Center och knappt 4 miles till basen på Winter Park resort. Du kommer att njuta av alla bekvämligheter i hemmet i denna lägenhet med 2 sängar / 2 badrum. Dessa lägenheter har en stor öppen planlösning och ligger på första våningen för enkel åtkomst. Det stora köket har allt du behöver för att göra en delikat måltid för vänner och familj. Det finns ett kylskåp i full storlek, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, full storlek och en frukostbar med plats för 4 förutom ett matbord med plats för 6. Great condo in Winter Park

We had a great stay! The condo was in a great location - we loved being right across from the rec center to swim and enjoy the hot tubs. Restaurants, grocery store and skiing are close. We would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway

This is a great place to get away! The location is great, the rec center pool and playground are a hit with the kids, and there's a few different short walks/easy hikes right from the neighborhood. Definitely recommend and would stay again!!

Great location and nice place

This place was right in town, making it super easy to grab a drink or a bite to eat. It was also so close to the ski resort taking out all of the stress of driving out there. The place itself was nice and the hot tub was great

Great location and roomy

We enjoyed our stay! The description was accurate and close to everything. Shuttle bus dropped off and picked up right by our condo. Very clean and easy to check-in and check out. We will be back!!

Great stay!

Nice, compact but great for our family of 4. Location is awesome!! We could walk up to the rec center - literally right across from the unit - to swim in the pool/hot tub. Kids loved it! Great trails nearby and you could walk to Hernando's!

Fall Break Getaway

Wonderful location within walking distance of local places. We had one hiccup that management quickly responded to which was appreciated with a solution due to it being unexpected. Well maintained condo with the perfect in building amenities to be able to cook and enjoy a relaxing time. Comfy beds and a great time had by our family. Would definitely choose them again for a stay in Winter Park.

Fantastic condo and location!

Absolutely loved our stay, well stocked kutchen. Very large for a 2 bedroom in the mountains and so close to the pool, etc. only problem was the neighbors above were very loud starting at 5 am. Found fans in the closets and used those for white noise and didn’t hear them after that. Overall, great condo and would absolutely stay again!

Very cozy and loved access to the rec center

It was a great little condo. Only two small inconveniences: - coffee machine was broken - would have been nice to know that you needed to bring your own shampoo, soap and towels when using the rec center. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!

Favorite Hi Country Haus Property

We have stayed in several Hi Country condos and this is our favorite! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and more. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets as well as kitchen supplies. The layout was perfect and we had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable and we loved being across the street from the rec center. We hope to rebook this property for our next trip to Winter Park.

Perfect place for a week skiing

I really appreciated the amount of cooking supplies. Has new carpet, dual fireplaces. Beds are comfy. Water stays hot for a very long time. So convenient to the pool and hot tubs. 9 minutes from Winter Park and convenient to everything. Charlotte was very helpful when we had a snafu with checkin. Answered at 9pm which was so nice! Will stay again.

Weekend Getaway

It was an easy walk to several places to get food etc. There were trails, a playground, and the rec center all right across from the front door which was perfect to keep us busy! Our only "issue" was we found the bed in the master bedroom to be quite uncomfortable, but overall a great place! Charlotte was easy to reach and helped answer my questions during check in as well.

Perfectly Located Winter Park Condo

Condo was very clean and kitchen was well appointed. Perfect for being able to make some meals on site. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Wood burning fireplace was both nice and needed. Directly across from beautiful rec center with indoor pool and multiple hot tubs. We did not give a great review overall because the heat was not functional the entire 3 night stay. Missed communication resulted in no contact with management on the first night, when the temperature only reached 59 degrees. Saturday did result in contact with the management company and they were prompt to attempt a correction. Ultimately the fix was unsuccessful and the temp was 55 degrees for night 2. On Sunday the thermostat was replaced but that also proved unsuccessful. The team did leave numerous space heaters as well as multiple bundles of firewood for our last day. Management also offered to move us to another unit which we respectfully declined as we were a party of 5 and it was our last night. The space heaters did help and with the fireplace we saw temps in the mid 60's for night 3. Overall, the condo was wonderful and the management team certainly made great efforts to fix the situation which we appreciated. Would stay again, the heat issue simply needs to be addressed.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location, walking distance to town & nicely furnished/maintained. The one negative was the lack of heat - it kept turning off so on two different mornings, we woke up and the bedroom temperature was between 55-58 degrees. Management was responsive when we called the first time and fixed it. But a day later it broke again-the day of our departure. Really frustrating to be freezing inside the unit! And there was no wood in the unit with which to start a fire to at least warm it up.
