This unit was very comfortable to stay in. Lots of updates everywhere. Beautiful view from back patio (overlooks a stream). Central location in the city of Winter Park. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Excellent Communication and Location

Excellent communication with owner prior to stay. Condo was very clean and the deck overlooking the river could not have been better. Overall, was very pleased with our stay and would not hesitate to book again.

Close to all that Winter Park has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay at this well maintained property conveniently located close to skiing, restaurants and grocery shopping. The kitchen is well stocked, and the necessary kitchen and bathroom products provided. The fireplace lights easily and burns well. There is a lovely view out back. We would definitely stay here again.

No complaints about this rental. Plenty of space, full kitchen, comfortable furnishings, Quiet, 2nd floor, off the main road, yet close to everything Winter Park. Recommend highly.

Excellent Stay!

Everything was clean and the unit was awesome. It was right off the bus line, so we just woke up and walked to the bus when we were ready to ski. The kitchen was updated and spacious and there was plenty of seating in the dining room and living room.

Comfy place to stay, awesome river view from the deck!

This place is dated but otherwise a comfy place to stay with all the amenities you need. Convenient location -you can jump right to the walking path by the river. The view of the river is fantastic and a very relaxing place to read a book. Kitchen is well-stocked and has everything you need. This was a great location for a summer trip to Fraser and to visit the surrounding areas.
