Njut av havets sevärdheter och ljud från två däcknivåer i detta vackert ombyggda strandhus. Vår fastighet har en öppen planlösning med rymliga sovrum samt inomhus- och utomhusbostadsområden. Professionellt designade och inredda, detta är det perfekta hemmet för en stor grupp vänner eller familj som vill tillbringa kvalitetstid tillsammans i Terramar Beach!

Din familj kommer att njuta av både det stora vardagsrummet och det separata spelrummet / mediarummet som fungerar som ett femte sovrum när drottningens bäddsoffa dras ut. Vi är precis tvärs över gatan från stranden så att du kan gå eller ta en golfvagn!

Hemmet är utrustat med höghastighets WIFI och två platt-Roku-TV-apparater med tillgång till Sling och Netflix. Gästerna kan också logga in på sina egna Amazon Prime, Hulu och andra appkonton för att se andra program och filmer.

Our Weekend Stay

The home is nice but needs a little attention. The floor is missing pieces and needs to be replaced. The balcony upstairs is sinking and has bad boards than need replacing. The beds are comfortable but the couch needs replacing. It was a nice visit.

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful one-night stay with our family! The property was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for the kids to hang out while the adults enjoyed visiting and playing cards. The short walk to the beach was perfect, and we were able to experience a lovely sunset together. The only small suggestion we have is to add a Keurig to the kitchen in place of the regular coffee pot for added convenience. Overall, the stay was awesome, and we’d love the opportunity to stay here again!

Suggestions

The house was great! But you can tell it is a rental. It needs painted inside and a few things repaired and updated. It seemed like it needs some love. The window ledge in one of the primaries looked like someone sat on it and broke it. The garage was unlocked and a mess. There was a used bar of soap in the outdoor shower. Some of the flooring felt a little spongy and the tub downstairs. I’d stay there again. Loved the house itself

Great Communication, but Property Needs Significant Improvements

The property managers were a highlight of this stay—they communicated well and were easy to work with. Unfortunately, the property itself fell short of expectations in several ways: • Unsafe Flooring: Buckling and cracked vinyl floors posed a safety hazard. • Non-Functional WiFi: The provided WiFi did not work, making it highly inconvenient. • Dirty Kitchen: Cabinets were grimy, the stove was unusable due to uneven burners, and basic condiments like salt and pepper were missing. • Laundry Room Issues: Non-functional lights made the laundry room hard to use at night. • Shower Problems: Poor water pressure, a malfunctioning tub faucet valve, and visible mold detracted from the bathroom experience. • Uncomfortable Mattresses: Worn, uneven mattresses made sleeping difficult. • Unusable Grill: The outdoor grill was dirty and uninviting. • Structural Concerns: The house swayed slightly, which was unsettling. Despite the excellent communication, the state of the property made the stay less enjoyable than we had hoped. While we made the best of our family time, I hope the host uses this feedback to improve for future guests.

Overall Good

We enjoyed our stay here. Location was awesome, being able to see the ocean waves from the porch! The house was clean and ready for us. The host was great with all communications and available to answer every question that we had! We really appreciated that SO much! There were 2 downsides to the property for us. One is that we couldn't get the AC below 71 degrees, which made it warm and uncomfortable at night. During the day 71 is just fine. The other downside is that the property itself needs a lot updating/maintenance (I'm talking floors, door jams, paint, etc). The couches were stained and had some weird covers on them (not like the pictures where they look nice and new, but at least they were clean covers). I did, however, really appreciate the nice, newer appliances (microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker). We enjoyed the firepit and the easy walk to the beach! Overall, a pretty good place to stay.

Good and not so good

First, working with Russell at the property management company was great. He was very responsive and checked in via email during our stay. The property itself was just okay. It does need alot of maintenance. As stated in the other reviews, the floors are worn and the fan in the living room wouldn't turn on. A lot of the lights wouldn't turn on either. The ice maker didnt work, the drawers in the kitchen didnt slide open easily and every burner on the stove was tilted so everything you cooked slid out of the pan. Outside on the porch there was a broken chair with screws sticking out of it ( not good with kids around) and none of the porch lights worked. We had 8 adults and five children but there were only 8 bath towels in the whole house. More were supposed to be dropped off but they never showed up. Given there are so many other short term rentals available in the area, I wouldn't choose this property for my next stay.

Clean and plenty of room

Positives: Plenty of room/ Kitchen really well stocked with plenty of glasses/plates & utensils etc and /comfortable beds/Walking distance to the beach. Negatives: large ceiling fan in family room didn’t work but the A/C made up for it and kept it cool. The porch lights didn’t work, the front stove eye was so slanted we had to hold on to the pan to keep it from sliding off. The shower door in the upstairs bath wouldn’t stay closed and the floor would get wet with every shower. The grill was old and nasty. There was a window broken upstairs (probably from the recent hurricane.BUT- all in all we enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time!

Great house for family

This house was great for family! Size was perfect! Location was great! We had such a great time ! Just a few suggestions. Downstairs shower needs to be fixed. Water pressure great but didn’t come out of shower head properly. Laundry room doors need to be fixed so they can close. Mattress on pullout couch was so thin we couldn’t sleep on it without using other mattress as a pad. Those are very small things compared to the rest of this house. So great!! Would definitely come back!!!
