Great Getaway

The property itself is beautiful. Everything we needed was there and everything was in working order. Comfortable living spaces, great kitchen, comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. The pool was just right for a cool dip! Views are unmatched! Would definitely return!

Hawksbill St John, USVI

Literally amazing. Heaven on earth. Picture perfect. Easy drive to Cruz Bay and the beaches. All the amenities you need in a villa (nice pool, grill, coolers, beach chairs, towels). The sunsets were INCREDIBLE! We will be coming back.

Favorite Villa in St. John

This was our third trip to St. John and Hawksbill Villa is our favorite. The host was very flexible when we arrived and pleasant. We were greeted with a welcome food basket from Sam and Jacks, which was thoughtful and yummy. The location is extremely convenient to most everything. The villa is located in a neighborhood setting, has beautiful views and is fairly private. The L-shaped deck with pool is spacious and surrounded by beautiful flowering bushes. We loved the openness of the interior with floor to ceiling windows providing views of the outside. The decor and furnishings had a beach cottage feel. We have plans to return in 2025. Hawksbill ST John Vacation

This was a great location with amazing views on the wrap around balcony. The pool was a nice touch but pretty small to do much with it. Interior was updated and very appealing. A/C in the bedrooms was a plus. We had to request a new cooler for the beach and four new beach chairs. Those supplied with house where all broken and/or rusting. The local contact did a awesome job replacing these items before we even needed them. Thank you staff for your service. They helped us check in a little early which was appreciated. Suggest you check out the grill before feature renters. Could not get it lite to use one night. Forced us to change dining plans and go out in Cruz Bay. Dinner was great. Highly recommend this property. Convenient to town.

Charming, roomy, and modern

We were simply delighted with our villa rental. This was our third stay on St John and the first on the southwest part of the island. The views from our spacious balcony were wonderful. Our balcony pool was such a relaxing spot when we weren't at one of the beaches or hiking. There seem to be 4 similar villas in a group but spaced up and down the steep hill so that privacy is assured. This was the best kitchen we ever stayed at, and we loved cooking most of our meals here as the semi-open location gave us views to the other lovely rooms and to the outside. There are 2 distinct "living" spaces--one looking west and the other one with a large tv. Bathrooms really nice.Although there were only 2 of us, the villa would also be perfect for 4. We weren't sure if the window slats in the second bedroom could open which made the room dark at all times. A shout out to Bernard who personally checked us in. And to the owner who provided us a basket of several salads and a baguette--a treat after a long travel day. Rent a Jeep! The hills are super steep and twisty.

St J - never gets old!

Great location near town but up high enough for views. Nicely decorated, very clean and comfy. Everything you need for a great vacation!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!

I can’t express how wonderful this property is! The view was breathtaking. The house was extremely clean and it was perfect for 3. The sunsets were gorgeous from the deck. Pool was amazing! I can’t say one bad thing about this place. It was amazing and i highly recommended you and your family stay here!!

Exquisite Villa with phenomenal views

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful Villa. The property has everything you need for your stay including fully stocked kitchen amenities, Beach chairs, beach towels, gas grill, pool toys, beach bag and even coolers. The villa was very clean. Everything was new. The beds were so comfy and the pillows were so nice I’m looking to buy them for home. We were even welcomed with some snacks in the fridge. They picked us up at the ferry and even stopped at the grocery store on the way. The views were breathtaking where we had our morning coffee on the wraparound deck and at night we had the perfect view of the sunset. The saltwater pool was fun to swim. The location was excellent only a few minutes from the Westin and Cruz Bay. I can’t say enough positive things about this villa we would stay there again in a heartbeat.
