Siesta Key-stranden har blivit känd över hela världen för sina otroliga mil med mjuka vita sandstränder och den lilla bytypens atmosfär. Den här egenskapen är belägen i ett samh��lle beläget på just dessa stränder. Samhället erbjuder tillgång till stranden till en mindre trångt semi-privat strand, pool, shuffle board och grillar för lägerstil. Med ett sådant centralt läge är Siesta Key Village och South Village bara några minuters resa bort med hjälp av den kostnadsfria önbussen eller gratis rittjänster (bara tips) tillgängliga på ön.

Gå in genom ytterdörren och anländer till vardagsrummet inredda med bekväma sittplatser, TV och matsal. När du går mot baksidan av enheten har du ett 1/2 bad, perfekt för att komma in från stranden eller poolen och duscha bort. På baksidan av enheten hittar du köket med mat i stil. Köket är utrustat med ett 4-deligt apparatpaket bland andra små apparater och grundläggande till måttlig matlagning. Tillgång till den bakre tilldelade parkeringsplatsen är också genom den bakre köksdörren. Tillbaka till enhetens framsida, med trapporna upp till andra våningen hittar du två sovrum och badrum. Ett sovrum är möblerat med en queen-size sovrum och utrustad med TV. Det andra sovrummet är möblerat med två dubbelsängar och utrustat med TV. De två sovrummen delar ett komplett badrum med badkar / dusch.

Krav på lägsta vistelse: 1 veckas minsta bokning krävs i mitten av december till mitten av augusti och minst 5 natt accepteras högst 30 dagar i förväg under återstående månader.

Fun Family Vacation

We had a great vacation at this location! The walk to the beach was quick & there were always beach chairs available! The pool was nice. The townhome is outdated but it was very clean. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location!

We stayed in Siesta for my sister's wedding on the beach. The walk to the beach was perfect and the distance from eateries, shops and fishing was out of this world. We were in the middle of everything!

Excellent location

The condo was clean and a perfect size for our short stay with all the amenities. We loved the short walking distance to the private beach and access to lounge chairs. Highly recommend this location in Siesta and rental property. Transportation in to the main village is easy and quick, either by trolley or calling the Frog Hop.

Best vacation ever

This property was amazing! It was absolutely perfect for us. It was actually better than it looked in the listing. Location was perfect. It was quiet at night and everyone that was staying at the condos around us were absolutely super friendly. The outdoor patio area was a huge hit with us. We even ate some of our dinners out there. I couldn't have asked for a better stay than what we had. Best vacation ever! I will definitely be back!!!

Great trip, nice property

A last minute rental in siesta key. Nice property. Older, but well maintained and walking distance to private beach entrance. Check in/out was super easy. Place was nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable for 4 adults. Located in a family friendly neighborhood...quiet. Located 1 mile from shops/ restaurants to the south, or 2 miles to the north on the key. Easily walkable but also great for bikes, which we rented on the key. Pool was nice as well.

Loved it, loved it!!!

I have used vrbo for many years. I'm now in love with Siesta Key and this beach house condo. Condo was spotless and beautifully furnished. Super fast response even when we messed up the TV. Enjoyed sitting outside. Never seen a beach like this. Softest sand in the world! Great visit all around. Definitely will be back.

Excellent location, beautiful beach. One of the best beaches is Siesta Key Beach.

We enjoyed our 9 day stay at this Siesta Beach house gated community. Beach access was a literally one min walk from our unit. There are plenty of chairs and lounges. And you can rent umbrela if you need one. There are trolleys gojng from beach to beach if you do not want to drive. Short drive to beautiful Sarasota downtown, Marina Jack Plaza, where you can have waterfront dining, ot take sunset cruise. Shelby Botanical garden right there too. Our unit have everything as it was advertised. Communication with management was easy and satisfied our needs. Would recommend this community for your gateway and will return back fir my next trip to Florida

Mixed Feelings

The beach is great and great location. But... · The construction on the main road in front of the unit was horrible, had we known we would have stayed somewhere else. · Security guard allowed non guests access to the private beach. · The back door was not secure when we arrived. Also the battery on the lock was dead so we had to use the front door even though our parking spot was in the back of the condo. · Backdoor screen door hardware on backwards. Not sure how someone would even do that? · The main laundry room was out of order, just to find out the back up was 1 washer and 1 dryer. · During July 4th celebration on the beach the young kid in charge of the chairs had most of them chained up. He seemed lazy and just didn’t want to pick all of them up afterwards. · Unit instructions are not personable, we would not spend $ 2500.00 and then steal a used fork.

Great until BUGS

We were having a great stay at this basic unit. It was a short walk to the beach and had what we needed. The laundry app wouldn’t work and we didn’t have quarters-be sure to take if you need to wash anything! Then the infestation of bugs came. The guy moved me and 4 kids at 11pm after coming to look at them all. He moved us to place across the street from the beach and only offered to comp that night. I’ve had to had our luggage treated since we still found live termites in our stuff when we got home. The rental car had to be treated too-now they won’t even call me back as they promised. They took a problem that could’ve been solved and hid from it. My pest guy said the type of termite we have pictures and video of is and indication of an active colony in the unit.

Pros: Excellent location to the beach, easy parking, designated spot in back and can park extra vehicle in front. Beach towels provided. Hot water in showers. Cons: Need new mattresses. They are old and super uncomfortable. They only provide 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms and 1 paper towel for kitchen. Stayed 7 nights and it'd be hospitable if they provide extra. I had to purchase garbage bags, toilet paper, dish cloth, bath soap and dish soap. Floors were swept but not mopped. Small kitchen is overly cluttered with unneccesary items. The weird fabric thingys on fridge handles were gross and dirty, pot holders had crusted food on them. They should be switching these out with clean ones for new guests. The plastic table cover was clean on top but placed over a dirty table so I had to clean kitchen thoroughly in order to have a clean stay. There is a closet downstairs that holds all of the beach and cleaning supplies and it is a big disorganized mess. Items just thrown in haphhazardly. Across the street has several construction projects so expect loud construction noises super early in the morning with lots of traffic from several trucks and large vehicles throughout the day. Had to call to get access code because they never provided it at check-in time. They require you to use their own online portal to check in and out but it is a hassle to use and was never updated to provide door key code to get in. Had to call after-hours phone number to get code to get inside.
