Beautiful Welcoming Home!

My 50th birthday celebration, Christmas and New Year's were so amazing at this well kept, clean, spacious home. We had plenty of room to spread out from the teenagers as well as comforts of home to enjoy family meals together. The property was gorgeous and the family loved the tiki bar.

Perfect home away from home

My sister and I and our 3 daughters stayed over Thanksgiving. The house was clean and comfortable. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was so nice with 3 teenage girls. The owners were very easy to work with and responded quickly to any messages. We would stay here again for our next trip to Orlando.

Wonderful villa

The villa was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It was also close to everything and from there it was good to make trips to various attractions. The pool area was our favorite and we spent a lot of time there swimming and watching the sunsets. We also spent time in the evenings in the games room playing different games. Everything was like listing promised and our family spent a wonderful vacation there. We can recommend the villa to anyone and we would love to come again ourselves.

Great House, Good Times!

This house was beautiful, just as described in the listing. Had a great time with my family of 13 people for thanksgiving. Owners were very responsive throughout our stay, and I had no complaints! Bonus for beautiful sunset views every single night!

Excellent location and superb property

We had an absolutely fabulous holiday with the villa offering a perfect home from home. Without doubt we will be back to enjoy the Florida sun at Terre Verde. Roger and Lucy are so easy to book through and go that extra mile to make your holiday a relaxing time in a beautiful villa. Our party ranged from 6 to 74 years old and everyone has said it was the best holiday ever with a perfect location for the main attractions combined with the tranquility of your own space and wonderful views.

Great property

The stay was awesome, the people were nice to work with. Fit 10 people very comfortably. House is stocked with anything you would need. The pictures are true to the house that are listed on the site. We all had an amazing time, spent most of the time at the game room.

My Stay

I loved my stay here i would definitely rent again.The only thing would have made it perfect if the t v. have been bigger in the tooms. And the back door to the pool wouldn't lock. But i would recommend this property to friends and family.

Fun vacation

This property is great for large families who want to enjoy the Orlando area. The home is spacious and comfortable. You can spend days relaxing in the private pool and hot tub. The kitchen is well-stocked. The game room is great for family fun. The back yard has a lake with good bass fishing. The community pool and facilities are great as well. We went to theme parks and the beach on a few days. Communication with the host and property manager was easy and efficient. We would return here for future Orlando vacations.

The house was absolutely perfect!

We were a party of 8 adults and 2 children. The 4 master suites allowed the 4 married couples their own private space after a long day at the parks. The house was clean and supplied with the essentials for your stay. The pool area was awesome and I would highly recommend paying for the heated pool. The kitchen island was a great area for all to gather at anytime during our stay. I would absolutely stay here again when we return!!!!

Perfect!!!

Everything was perfect! The home was clean and had everything we needed. It was great that 4 of the bedrooms have private baths so that all of the adults in our group had their own bathroom. The kids really enjoyed the game room! I would definitely stay here again! The resort itself was also a fun place to stay. My family enjoyed playing some basketball and volleyball as well as relaxing on the hammocks by the water.

We own two homes in Kissimmee. For the other property refer to 424767. The Villa at Terra Verde always attracted us because the home is spacious and has no rear neighbours. The outlook over the water is excellent and it is about 5 minutes to the clubhouse facilities and pool and bar.
