Vår helt luftkonditionerade villa har 6 sovrum / 4 badrumsmästare, 5. 5 badrum, sover upp till 13 personer på sängar bekvämt. Det har en privat pool och spa med extra stor täckt veranda och poolmöbler.

Vårt hem är beläget i Terra Verde Resort, en Premier Award Winning gated community, bara 10 minuter öster om Disney och 20 minuter från Orlando International Airport. Our stay was great and Mei was really easy to get a hold of when we had a question. Everything was as described. Sure, there could be areas that need a bit more attention but the pool, the size of the house, the amenities, and being so close to disney was amazing.

Great stay. The only thing was wi-fi was not the best and the outside furniture could be updated.But overall great place and as advertised.

Disney World Family Trip 2024

My husband and I, our two adult daughters, one son-in-law and our four grandsons ranging in age from 9-22 all planned a week long trip to Orlando, with three days spent at Disney World. We also went to Kennedy Space Center, Coco Beach and three of them went on an airboat to check out the gators. We found the location of the property to be very convenient to the parks and grocery shopping. There was so much space in the home that only two brothers shared a room. Four on suite bathrooms and one other full bath that the younger boys shared. We paid to have the pool heated but we were never able to get it to heat up. They did come and check on it twice. The owner refunded our money for that. We spent one free day at the resort pool. It was very nice and we were the only ones there. They have all types of refreshments for all ages and many choices of food that you can order. We really had a great relaxing day. I would highly recommend this home. With a washer and dryer and all the cooking utensils you need, it saved us from eating every meal out. The owner was very responsive. The one thing I would suggest is more coffee cups (only had 5) and maybe more than one dish washer tablet, toilet paper and paper towel. We had to buy additional once we got there. For what you pay there should be a few more supplies in my opinion.

Family holiday

When we first entered the big tree that we had to bend down every time we went in the house,one of the wardrobe door was hanging of,there were ants in a few of the bedrooms the pool only got cleaned once when we were there for 3 weeks,the barbecue that you charge for using was absolutely disgusting and you wouldn’t have been able to use it was really dirty I kept the house as clean as I could as there was no hover just a brush that needs replacing as it’s done,there were light bulbs missing and lights that didn’t work,I think the whole house need updating,we stay in Florida every year for the past 20years and this is the worry’s villa we have had the towels were all done need replacing,too many things to say but thank good we only slept in the villa and did not spoil our family holiday

April's vacation

No problem with the home, it could use some updates with furniture, needs large kitchen bowls, pool was great for the kids. Great location to store and gas and to Disneyland . Our only problem was with the neighbors next door that had no concern for 2200 quiet time. We had to call the front gate several times but they were no help. We even resorted to calling the sherifs office for help without relief. On our last night they were at it till after 0230. Aggregating since we had travel plans for early that day on little sleep. Only house problem was with the clothes dryer that did not dry very well even after cleaning out the vent. Had to cycle the clothes multiple times to get them dried.

Great villa

Overall great stay. Had some issues with A/C and hot tub but were able to get those worked out. The fence in backyard around pool should be replaced and could use some more chairs around outside table. It also would be appreciated to have dishwasher soap and laundry soap available especially if you ask to have all the towels and dishes washed upon departure. Very nice floor plan plenty of room for large family or even 2-3 small family’s. Great neiborhood!

Nice house but needs maintenance

The house was clean but the garage(activity room) was dirty. The pool is nice and the heat worked well. There are some maintenance items that should be corrected.Three electrical outlets did not work. The control rods for the lavertory drains in the main floor master suite did not work. Two other bathrooms also had this problem. In one bathroom the hot water was shut off to one faucet. Probably because the cold water would not shut off unless the handle was placed in the hot position. The carpet was loose on one tread on the stairs. This caused our 8 yr old grand child to fall down several steps .

Good location for parks

We visited Legoland, Sea World and Busch Gardens and Gatorland. Easy access to all, with the rest of the time spent enjoying the house pool/hot tub and the Clubhouse pool. The set up in the kitchen is sparse, but manageable with some forethought. WalMart very close if you forgot anything. Had some trouble keeping the pool heated but managed after speaking with May. We had a mobile massage therapist come for the ladies and it was a super treat. We were there for New Years Eve, but not for celebrating. The fireworks went on for over 4 hours from surrounding parks and neighborhoods, with some rowdy neighbors. Some in our party never heard them! The only frustrating thing that never got fixed was gett8ng th tv to stream. Internet was fine. Ended up using Fire stick and it worked perfectly. Wasn’t going to stick around to see if Spectrum service guy could come fix it.

Just ok, unfortunately

*party of 14 *took until Friday night to figure out the pool heater needed reset but owner graciously refunded our missed pool days *many, if not all, bedrooms were missing lightbulbs or had dead bulbs *the broom handle is broken so clean up is difficult and the handle is metal and sharp *most of the mini blinds are broken *the pool furniture doesn’t fit the lanai table so eating outside is impossible *the electric frequently was tripped upstairs *floodlights at the driveway weren’t working properly *the stoppers in most bedroom bathrooms were broken requiring you to take it out to drain *the front bedrooms were hot at night; back bedrooms were freezing Overall the home was large enough with plenty of space but it does require some updates and a walk through to fix little things. Definitely an older home. The gated community was easy to utilize. About an hour and half from Daytona and 20-30 minutes to WDW. A lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Would rent in the community again just maybe choosing another home.

Disney Vacation

The house was spacious and equipped with the essentials. We spent most of our time at the parks, but the kids enjoyed the pool in the evening and on our rest day. The house could use some minor maintenance which I contacted the host about on departure. Nothing that needed to be done that effected our stay so I choose to let her know after we departed.

Nice House

We had a really nice stay at this property. You will need to provide your own basics including toilet paper after the initial roll runs out. We had asked to use the crib, but ended up not feeling comfortable with it as it is an older style and the mattress is smaller than the frame. The pool and hot tub was fantastic and the space was great!

Great for family vacation

Great house for the price. We had all the kids and grandkids. House was family friendly and had all the extras we needed (playpen, crib, high chairs) we needed. Pool was nice with good size porch.

Family Disney Trip

My family enjoyed our stay in your house. The pictures and details were accurately described. There was more than enough room for our group of 14 which included adults and children. Location was close to Disney, Walmart and restaurants. Any questions I had were answered quickly. I would definitely recommend this property!

Enjoyed our stay-April 2023

The house was as advertised. Upon our arrival the house was staged beautifully and smelled fresh and was inviting. The house easily accommodates a large family gathering. The location was excellent and only 20 minutes from Disney and Universal. We would rent this house again.
