Beautiful views say it all. Was hoping to see a couple black bears while we were there but we weren't lucky enough.

The room was just like the description online and the view was so amazing! It was even better than the pictures! The bed and other furniture were clean and the room was clean. The only thing I noticed was the balcony was a little dirty and covered in spider webs and the bathroom counter and shower curtain liner was a little dirty , but other than that it was great.

Extended weekend getaway

Beautiful area to stay. I will agree that there is no place to put your luggage “no closet” but for a short getaway who cares. We had a great time and very relaxing balcony with amazing viewJust to be a little picky the room smelt like someone cooked with cooking oil and the sent never left the room. Also one of the bricks on the bottom fire place keeps falling down needs reattached.

The property has awesome location with mountain view and Gatlinburg downtown view partially. The parking are free and property is safe and looks like condominiums.

Short Trip for Family of Four

We booked for a couple of nights while at a sports tournament for one of our children. Amenities were as stated & the area was generally very quiet.

Great little place with an amazing view.

Great little place to stay, the views were absolutely breathtaking. The condo was clean for the most part. The wall color showed some spots and if you have people above you that walk heavily you will hear it, but other then that it was great. We will definitely stay here again! (4 bears seen from balcony!)

Property was not at all I expected. As I walked into condo it smelled of mildew. Notice of seemed like black mold combined with black dust around all trim of condo. Bathroom curtain had black mold on bottom of curtain. Air fryer/oven thing had what looked like pizza crust or old food stuck to it from previous renters. Greasy hand print on wall right beside the bed. It is not a clean and healthy space I would rent again to take my children on vacation

Cozy, comfortable, and intimate with fantastic views!

Had a great stay at this property with its remarkable view and overall charming accommodations. There's a lot packed into this intimate setting. It provides very comfortable seating and sleeping, just like a temporary home away from home should be. The downsides are few and very manageable. There's not a lot of space on either side of the bed, only a small counter area for eating in, and not a lot of space for putting your clothes somewhere. The view, comfort and charm more than make up for what it is lacking in size. We appreciated having the active bear alert in the area. The first bear ran by behind us as we were about to enter the property! We saw a total of 8 during our stay! Access to the top is as expected for its location and not an issue during this time of year. You can't beat the view and this location would definitely be high on the list for a return visit.

Cozy and comfortable

The room was very clean and cozy. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen has a 4 burner stove, refrigerator and a microwave. It does not have an oven which was a small dissapointment. The rangehood/ oven does not work. The frying pan was missing. The Lady at the office was very nice and gave us one to use for the week. The broom was missing. Other than that it was a great place to stay with amazing Views. We will look into booking again the next time we visit.

Good view that is it

Electricity went out when we were there and could hear through the walls enoigh to hear other people say it happens all the time. So many things have layers of dust on them. Drip marks down the walls. Shower and sink have a gap like they arent even connected to the walls. The pull out sofa was a joke. Thin and stained. The recliner was so overused it was disgusting.

Great Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I stayed 3-nights for our 10th anniversary and this place was perfect for us. The view was absolutely stunning! We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning from the balcony. We even saw a bear wandering below one morning! Only things I’d note as negative are the walls were super thin and we could hear the people above us. We only had noisy neighbors one day, so it wasn’t a huge deal. There were also cobwebs on the balcony, but I never saw a spider inside. Also, keep in mind when considering this condo that there is no elevator. You must take 2 flights of stairs down to the condo and then 2 up to the unit. It wasn’t an issue for us, but could be for someone with a disability. Overall this place was perfect for an anniversary getaway and we would stay here again.

Great views but...

Pros - great views and short drive to downtown Gatlinburg Cons - we were on the second floor and noise from walking/moving things around above us was fairly loud. The bathroom sink was not mounted to the vanity and moved around. Could not get in contact with a local representative when the fire alarm was going off for hours. A sprinkler line froze and broke in a bottom floor unit. 800 number told me they had no emergency contact number. There is no oven just a convection microwave. Can't bake if you plan on cooking.

Review

The first night we were without WiFi and the television did not pick up any channels, because the Cable was not working, but these issues were fixed the very next day..The Convection Oven did not work properly but was able to somewhat use it, did not have excess to the Sauna because it was closed off the entire time we were there, but other than those issues our stay was pleasant.

Perfect place

We loved our stay here. The space was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 girls. Cleaning people did a great job other than they could check the pull out coach when cleaning. The neighbors can be a little rude. Highly recommended!

Nice view/great place to spot black bear

Our stay was nice. Room was great. Couldn't hear a lot going on with neighbors. Only downfalls would be the indoor pool wasn't open so the outdoor pool was over crowded. There was also a lot of trash around the dumpsters and it attracted bear. We seen bear multiple times a day which is an experience within itself but patrons weren't very cautious when approaching the bear. Nothing tragic happened. Just a mention if you have younger kids make sure to educate them on wildlife and precautions they should take. The basketball court is in the parking lot so you can't truly play a game without being worried about your ball hitting a car. Overall a wonderful trip and a wonderful place to stay if you don't plan on staying on the property for extended periods of time.
