Lovely Condo in the heart of Gatlinburg.

We had a terrific stay!

Loved the location. We could walk to the Gatlinburg strip in 5 minutes. The room was clean. Loved having a kitchen. Wifi was plenty fast for streaming as we brought our own streaming sticks. Highly recommend this for people who need multiple rooms.

Great Condo

The condo is in great shape. Love how close it was to downtown. The shared pool and hot tub was clean and great after a hard day of hiking. The sleeper sofa was nice so the kids didn't have to share a bed. Overall, a great place, and I highly recommend it.

Nice condo but information of listing not totally accurate

Our family visited Gatlinburg for a short trip for spring break. Condo was nice and spacious. The kitchen worked well for fixing breakfast. The location was within walking distance of the Parkway but the listing stated that the trolley stopped in front of the condo, which is why I booked the unit. However, we found out that this was inaccurate after waiting for the trolley for quite a while. My husband and I had to walk down to the Parkway where we waited another 45 minutes for a trolley bus. Therefore, we had to drive everywhere we went since my son is post-op and on crutches. Also, there was no mention of construction occurring just behind the condo. Overall very disappointing- I depend on the listing information to be correct in making my vacation reservations. My last complaint was the leaking shower door in the master bath. I think the door did not seal well. Every time anyone took a shower, the floor outside of it flooded. Glad we had lots of towels!

Location Location Location

We love this place! I have stayed at Baskins Creek Condos for about 8 years now and it is our favorite. It's hard to find a condo with 3 real beds and a sofa bed and this one has it all. It is also a very easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg which saves you the parking expense and time finding parking. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Give them a try!

Needs lots of updates

We stayed in Condo 402 August 1-4, I was not impressed with the unit at all. The only good thing I can say about it was that the Beds were comfortable and I enjoyed the Jacuzzi /tub. Other then that I wasn't impressed with it, We could only use one side of the master bathroom sinks, as the other one had a terrible leak in it. The Maintenance man came to look at it but couldn't get it fixed until the next day. He was the most Helpful Person I spoke to Our entire stay. The carpets were dirty/stained, there nails/tacks sticking up between the carpet and the floor in the master bath, as I ripped my toe open on one. The shower floor was cracked, the shower door in the master bath was messed up at the bottom. In the other bathroom, the tub was messed up, like it looked dirty but nothing came off when we scrubbed it, We Cleaned both tubs before using, never used the master shower. We had to clean our bathroom sink areas as they were not very clean, the master bathroom sink area had hair on the countertops. Under the kitchen sink was a mess, it looked like it had a leak and someone tried to fix it but left it a mess and it was still a little damp. The walls could be repainted, the blind going out to the Patio had stuff all over it. It looked like someone spelled something down it and it never got cleaned up. It just really could have used some TLC. The Office wasn't Helpful in addressing Our Issues either. Honestly, after this stay I would be skeptical about which Condo I would stay in there. The actual Condos are in a Very nice area, they have a very nice pool and are located close to everything. But the Office staff wasn't helpful and wasn't good about getting back with You. Now with all this being said, We stayed at Baskin Creek Condos the last week of March thru the first week of April in Condo 107. It was Absolutely Gorgeous, We didn't have any issues with that unit, I would definitely stay in that unit again and recommend it. I would definitely do my research about a Condo before staying there again. Which kind of bothers me because We enjoyed Our first stay so much which was why we chose to stay there again. I couldn't believe the difference in the upkeep of the units. When you pay that price to stay somewhere, you just assume there going to be pretty comparable in upkeep. Sorry, I was just a little Disappointed to say the least.

Close to attractions

It was a nice place for my family of 5. Close walk to lots of attractions. Clean, nice pool. Had an odd smell coming from utility closet and they sent someone quickly to fix it! Would rent again.
