Grand Contemporary med pool - Great Space inomhus och ute

Hi Torri, We also love the location of this house. So many opportunities for wonderful walks. The neighborhood is peaceful and provides for a beautiful walk to view the Jamestown bridge. The backyard provides access to a nature preserve that you can walk through to find yourself on the doorstep of the quaintest chapel with a nearby old graveyard to explore. Or wonder down the adjacent street and end up at a fabulous little neighborhood beach. I am thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the home! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review and we look forward to your family returning in the future! All the best, Robin

Hi Samantha, I'm thrilled that you enjoyed the house and your weekend so much that you wished you had stayed longer! The Narragansett area does have so much to offer that it's easy to fill up a weekend and run out of time. The good news is we would love to host you again, if you decide to return. Thank you so much for leaving a review! All the best & happy travels, Robin

Hi Melissa, This home does lend itself to large families... big kitchen, large gathering areas, and yet plenty of spaces to find a quiet refuge for a personal recharge. I'm thrilled that the house worked so well for your family and hope you consider returning one day! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review, Robin

Hi James, Our family uses this home also, so we know how nice it is to have the house really work for a family. A kitchen stocked with culinary accessories to make a meal and enough plates to eat it on, a family room where everyone can lounge together, an outdoor space and neighborhood where everyone can enjoy the outdoors, it all creates an experience that we personally enjoy and we're thrilled that you all did as well! The pool is the newest exciting renovation. Unfortunately, your stay was a little late in the season for you to enjoy, but there's always next year! We truly hope you will consider returning and thank you so much for taking the time to write such a wonderful review. All the best, Robin

Hi Chris, So glad you enjoyed the house and its location. Tucked into a beautiful, quiet little neighborhood, but still so close to major surrounding locales, like downtown Narragansett, Jamestown, Newport, and lots of small charming coastal areas to explore. And the pool is perfect for when the family regroups back at the house. Thank you so much for choosing our home and for taking the time to write a review! We look forward to your return! Robin

Hi Nancy, The game room is always very appreciated space. It's the perfect spot for everyone to gather, especially the kids, with the big tv, plenty of space on the couch, and lots of games. The game room is also a bit removed so if adults need a bit of down time, the kids are happily occupied in the game room and the adults can unwind in other areas of the house. We are thrilled that your family enjoyed the house and the neighborhood. Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review and we hope you will visit again! Robin

Hi Marcie, The house is in a great location. Situated in a beautiful neighborhood between downtown Narragansett and Newport, there are so many amazing options to fill up a day. And it has the added benefit, of also being close enough for family to visit their student attending URI. Thank you for taking the time to write a review and for choosing our home for your family weekend! Robin

Hi Susan! We really make an effort to make the house family friendly with gathering spaces for both adults and kids - a little breathing room for everyone! As you know, sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate, but we are so glad the house made even your rainy days fun and memorable. Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review and we hope you will consider returning some day in the future! Robin

Hi Christina, When a family stays all together, we know how important it is to have activities when spending time at the house. Billiards, foosball, huge tv, lots of board games make for memorable family fun evenings. We are thrilled that you made some treasured memories of your own and I am so grateful that you took time to write a review. Looking forward to your return! Regards, Robin

Hi Karthik, Thanks for your feedback! So glad your family felt they had the space to spread out and that everyone appreciated the Rec Room with the pool table, games, and big screen TV. Sometimes the family just needs to hang out at home and having the space to do that comfortably is important. Thank you for taking the time to write a review and we hope you will stay again sometime in the future! Robin

We love that this house allows our guests the opportunity to host family! With comfortable family gathering spaces, four bedrooms, big kitchen, etc., it has all the elements to make for a very special family getaway. So glad you enjoyed the house and we are very thankful for the wonderful review! Robin

Hi Nina! Having space is a wonderful benefit when renting a home for family vacations. I’m so glad that your family found the space both inside and out to spread out and just enjoy. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! Robin

Hi Sylvia, The house does lend itself to bringing together family, especially ones that like to cook! So glad you enjoyed your stay. Happy Holidays and I hope you will consider returning one day! Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Robin

Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for taking the time to write a review! I'm so happy you mentioned the neighborhood! It is a great home and property, but an important element to its appeal is the neighborhood. We are thankful to share both and thrilled that your family found such enjoyment during your stay. We look forward to hosting you again in the future. Warmest regards, Robin

Hi Susan! You are so right, Narragansett is packed with options... beaches, water sports, boat charters and the added bonus of Newport so close by! I'm so glad that the house met all your expectations and allowed you and your family to fully enjoy the area. Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review! Robin

Hi Margie, I'm glad your family felt they had the space they needed. It is a great layout for family gatherings with its combination of large spaces for everyone to be together and smaller spaces to provide some quieter, down time. Thank you so much for taking the time to provide a review. All the best, Robin

Hi Keeley, So glad you enjoyed the location! For vacationers, the property itself is vital to a great vacation, but the location can take it to the next level. The neighborhood is wonderful, the beach around the corner is quiet, and the quick drive to either downtown Narragansett or Newport is so convenient. We hope you will consider returning one day! Thanks for the review! Robin

Hi Sean, So glad that the house worked so well for your family! That has been the goal for this house. A place where families, often spread far and wide, can gather and enjoy the entire vacation together - including the downtime. There is so much to see and experience in the Narragansett/Newport area, then after the outings and back at the house, there is all the family 'down time' to enjoy. Cooking dinner, playing in the pool, crashing on the couch for a movie, or gathering around the game table for cards are all part of family time! Thank you so much for the review and we hope that you and your family will visit again! Robin

Hi Beth, So glad you enjoyed your stay and found the location of the house to be, not just convenient, but nestled in such an idyllic, quiet neighborhood. This year did see a slow start to the summer season due to cool, wet weather, but we hope you will return in the future to enjoy the pool when the weather warms and cool ocean breeze invites! Thank you for taking the time to write a review! Robin

This is a great house for the family members to gather and enjoy the holiday season. Getting far-flung family all together in one house makes for a truly festive, enjoyable and memorable time. I hope you got to visit the Newport Mansions while they were all decked out for the holidays! I look forward to your return when you get to sample everything the house and area has to offer during the summer season. Thank you for your review! Robin

Hi Joyce, So glad you and your family enjoyed the house! It is such an excellent location in the midst of a beautiful neighborhood and so close to downtown Narragansett and Newport. Families never run out of things to do! Thank you for taking the time to do a review! We hope you will visit again! All the best, Robin

Hi Jeremy, Your families certainly made the most of the area - awesome to hear! So glad you found the gems of the neighborhood... our little beach, the trails, even the historic cemetery. Thank you so much for writing a review and we hope you will find your way back again sometime in the future! Warm regards, Robin

Hi Beth! I'm thrilled that your autumn stay was so enjoyable. Each season provides something to enjoy in and around Narragansett. The fall colors combined with our outdoor space makes for a memorable time with family. Hopefully you and your family will consider returning at another time to enjoy holiday activities during the winter, the gardens in the spring, and the beaches in the summer. There is always something going on! Thank you for taking the time to write a review! Robin

Hi Nicole, We know what a difference it makes to have an equipped kitchen! We want our guests feel like they are in a home away from home. Equipped with many of the things they would regularly turn to in their own home. Thrilled that you and your family enjoyed your stay. We would love to hear from you again in the future! All the best and thank you so much for leaving a review, Robin
