4**** Cottage - Heated swimming pool with panoramic view

In the peace and quiet of a small, protected hamlet in the commune of Chambonas, 5 minutes from the shops, welcome to Les Terrasses des Sielves. This stone building, which has been carefully renovated and opened in 2019, is classified 4**** (Atout France certification) and has the "Gîte de charme" label.
It offers an exceptional level of comfort and equipment (mobile networks, WiFi, UHD TV, blu-ray players, plancha, barbecue, wood stove, efficient central heating...). The 5 air-conditioned rooms, each with a shower room and a private toilet, can comfortably accommodate 12 people.
The magnificent swimming pool area (heated swimming pool open from 6 April to end of September - salt treatment for better swimming comfort), exclusively reserved for our guests and offering a breathtaking view of the valley, guarantees pleasant days of relaxation around the large flat-bottomed pool with submerged beach, the bowling alley or leaning against the pergola.
Ideally located in the heart of the southern Ardèche and its many rivers, you can enjoy, in the immediate vicinity, its exceptional sites (Gorges de l'Ardèche, Pont d'Arc, Grotte Chauvet, Aven d'Orgnac...), its sporting activities (canoeing down the gorges, mountain biking, hiking, horse riding...), its character villages (Balazuc, Labeaume, Naves, Banne...) and its farmers' and artists' markets...
Contact with holidaymakers: before booking a holiday, we make a point of talking to the people we will be welcoming.
On Abritel, we have deactivated the instant booking to allow this exchange. Thank you for accompanying your request with a short note so that we can get to know each other.
Welcome: to guarantee you a perfect stay, you will be personally welcomed on arrival by the owner, who will be able to answer any questions you may have about the gite or the region. We are not in favour of the "no contact formalities" (key box) advocated by Abritel.
Preparation of the rooms: upon your arrival, the beds will be made. Towels and foutas for the pool are also provided free of charge.
Baby equipment: on request, we can provide you with the necessary equipment to welcome a baby in room 1 (cot + bedding, high chair, changing mat, bottle warmer). Please let us know a few days before your arrival. This service is of course offered.
Weekly cleaning package: 170€ - On request, an additional cleaning service during the week is available at the price of 30€/hour. For stays longer than one week, a change of bed linen and towels as well as an intermediate cleaning can be offered on Saturday.
COVID-19 sanitary safety: we have set up specific reception procedures and reinforced cleaning ranges in the facilities that we make available to you (detailed protocols available on request or can be consulted on the gite's website).
Rental contract: in accordance with French regulations, the rental will be subject to a written contract. Reservations made on Abritel/VRBO can only be confirmed once this contract has been signed.
Please note: Our house is located in a hamlet with a noise sensitive neighborhood. Any event giving rise to noise outbursts is therefore to be avoided. Thank you for your understanding.
