One tub didn’t drain. Iron didn’t work. Info about having a kcup coffee maker was wrong. Was not given keypad code. Had to call for it. But house was clean and comfortable and host did answer the phone immediately when I called. Clean the drain. Replace the iron.

Great house and location

We have used this house several times for our annual golf trip. It is perfect for our group. It has plenty of room, is always clean, and has a wonderful location. We’ll be back!

Golf outing

Great location, house, host!!!

This is a great property with an excellent location! Host was always prompt when messaged. Plenty of cookware to make meals at the house. Lots of space to spread out if needed. We have use this place four years in a row for a golf trip and continue to use in the future!

Great property for NW Arkansas

Very clean, nice, and comfortable property. Fantastic access for everything NW Arkansas offers. Multiple bed configurations to support families. Hosts were very communicative and our family enjoyed the stay.

Outstanding Home!

We have stayed several times. The house is perfect for our golf group. It is extremely clean with all the amenities. It is in a great location with a beautiful view of the golf course. We will be back!

Great Location for Annual MTB trip

This is the third time staying at this location and have not been disappointed. This house is my first choice and will continue to use as long as it is available. Perfect location to all the bicycle trails we ride.

TP & kitchen

There wasn't enough toilet paper provided. The kitchen wasn't well stocked. The bathroom trash cans, and garage refrigerator were filthy. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and beautiful views from the porches. The upper porch railing is a bit wobbly. Overall, everyone enjoyed the house. We would consider this property for our next reunion. Thank you.
