EN MILE FRÅN DOWNTOWN BROADWAY! Detta vackra lägenhet med 2 sovrum / 2 badrum ligger mellan vackra Germantown och Downtown Nashville, och är en billig rida-andel från Nashville bästa attraktioner. Dessa lägenheter ligger bara några minuter från Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheatre och The Ryman Auditorium. Detta är verkligen ett utmärkt läge för Nashville-upplevelsen.

Easy Breezy

Cute lil neighborhood in Germantown and a close Lime bike ride to downtown or walk to stadiums. Cool eateries very close by property. New, clean, nicely decorated. Has all the basic amenities necessary to enjoy a quick trip. The trains reminded me of my childhood and definitely helped lull to sleep. Would absolutely come back

Great Spot

About a mile from Broadway but close to the minor league stadium. Breakfast spots near it and the ability to walk into town without any issues was a major plus.

CMA fest

Amazing long weekend in Nashville at CMA fest. The condo is in a great area for walking, restaurants & even the minor league baseball stadium. We walked to Nissan Stadium & Broadway daily with no issues. Will definitely stay here again!

Clean comfortable if you like trains

Place was clean and comfortable. Good location. Walkable to Broadway and restaurants. Only downside is the trains going by all night long!

The perfect spot to stay in Nashville with a short walk to broadway area

Absolutely loved this stay! Everything was clean and looked new. The location was perfect for a relatively short walk to broadway (also super close to the food market which we loved). Other reviews made mention of the trains coming through as a distraction, but they didn’t bother us at all. Host was communicative and helpful, would absolutely stay here again. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer as we had to move on to another city on our vacation.

Great location!!!

The condo was the perfect location for us! It was a mile to Nissan Stadium and a mile to Broadway. The trains were unexpected but it was wasn’t a big deal. Condo was super clean and the host was fantastic!

Nice stopping point

Stayed 1 night. Clean, great parking, and a nice walk to downtown and restaurants. It IS right next to train tracks, but with doors and windows closed, the noise was dampened enough to not bother us. Great restaurant on the block.

We stayed here during our road trip to Colorado to drop my brother off at his duty station, and it was an incredible experience! The host gave us a warm welcome, and the place was spotless, comfortable, and conveniently located near everything we needed. It truly made our time in Nashville even better. Thank you so much for having us—we’d absolutely stay here again

Nashville Weekend

The property and proximity to Broadway was good. There is a train track that runs behind this property that is very active at night. Tough sleeping. Outside of that, ok!

Great place in Nashville

This unit was clean and felt safe. It’s right at one mile from Broadway (within walking distance), and also has some nice places close by. Loved having breakfast right done the block at Tostique. Main down side was how close the RR tracks are and the trains were noisy. The tracks are literally right outside the windows. No views to speak of if that is important to you. Light sleepers may have an issue with tithe trains.

Experiencing downtown

The accommodations were really good, we had walk-in closets and two very nice bathroomsYou can walk to downtown Broadway, but the Uber rides were cheap enough. They were only about 15.I will probably rent it again

Long weekend in Nashville

Super convenient, parking included, clean and roomy for our family of 4 to enjoy a long weekend in Nashville. We hit all the kid friendly sites, even ones on Broadway (daytime!), the science center and zoo. All easy drives or uber rides and we could walk to a few restaurants for breakfast and dinner. I did see comments about the trains, which didn’t bother me personally but they are close. Very easy check in and out, stocked kitchen and bathroom/bedroom linens.

Nice clean newer property. Great parking.

Great parking in covered, open garage. Train runs partly along the property. The 2 beds are twins, which was fine for us, because it was 2 grown adults and we both had our own bedroom suite!! Not sure why at least 1 wasn’t a queen, at least?

Very clean and nicely decorated

Location was a bit further from downtown than we expected, but we could walk it without issue. Everything was well maintained and very clean. The only negative was the proximity to the freight trains, that run several times a night.

Road Trip to Nashville

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Nashville. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We really appreciated being able to park our car in a safe space. It was an easy walk to Broadway and the Tennessee State Museum, Capitol Building, and the Farmer's Market. Two things to be aware of. There is a railway line right outside the window and the freight trains due run throughout the day and night. And while there is space to sleep for 6, there is one well-equipped bathroom accessible through one of the bedrooms. Just food for thought when booking your stay. We were VERY HAPPY with the space and with our stay in Nashville. Thank you to Nate for hosting us.
