Nice apartment close to everything. Definitely heard the trains but knew about them before we got there. Great restaurants and bars within blocks!

Enjoyed our stay

Condo was suitable for our family (3 adults). The only downside was the trains….that run none stop however you do get adjusted after a few days. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Easy to access, safe area, close to downtown. Very clean and appears new. Mother/daughter and both grandmas were super comfortable and very impressed with this property!

Great place to stay!

We had a great time! Check in was super easy. We felt safe at the property day and night in fact never saw 1 person near us! Walk to broadway was easy in the morning. We always Uber back just bc we were tired. Clean place, great coffee! Comfy beds. Trains are close but didn’t bother us bc we come from a town with a ton of trains. We would stay there again.

Thanks for hosting us we enjoyed the stay in Nashville. It was clean and comfortable. Train passes thru a few times a day/night but it isn’t too loud.

Great Stay!

My husband and I, along with our two children (4 and 6) loved our stay at this place. We walked to Broadway during the day. Walked and ate dinner around the corner at Jonathan's Grille. The property was very, very clean and instructions were very easy to follow. The train behind the place only went by a few times during our stay but it wasn't a bother to us.

Nashville Comfort

My fiancé and I stayed here with my brother and his gf. We loved the unit, it was very nice coming home after a night out and having a “homey” feel. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The only downfall is the train does run frequently right next to the unit. Overall, loved the unit and area surrounding.

Nice property

Property was very clean and quiet during the day. Only drawback was being so close to the train tracks. You could hear the train going in the evening and late at night, often waking us up. Otherwise it was close to downtown and we walked everywhere.

Great stay

Plenty of space for 4 adults. Our 5 night stay was great. The train noise every two hours took some time to get used to but overall it wasn't bad. The place was clean and had some cleaning supplies and paper goods.The only real complaint was the oven... 1 hour preheat was a little crazy.

Cleanest + Location = Outstanding

One of the best places we have stayed. The places is spotless and completely up to date. The location in Nashville….well it close to everything. The owner communication was immediate and responsive. I can’t find any negatives about this place, we will most definitely stay here again. Simply OUTSTANDING!

Great roomy and clean place with a well stocked kitchen. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Unfortunately the first night of our stay the train was very active and made for a restless night. Second night the train was very quiet and didn't wake us till 7am or so. Great place but that train was tough the 1 night.

Great Place

Saw a lot of complaints online about the trains, but owners explained in listing. Yes they run a lot; however, they never kept us awake, and they never really bothered us. Was great to be close to everything.

Work and play

We were a group of allergy nurses from Pennsylvania in Nashville for a conference on Friday and then we spent the rest of our time exploring all of the amazingly fun spots in Nashville. We loved our location to Broadway and the Gulch. We would highly recommended this rental…..everything was great!

Girls trip

We had a great time! Everything is walkable or a quick Uber ride. The train is right outside of the apartment, though, and it is really loud all times of the day. It didn’t bother us too much but we were startled a few times. I would stay there again! We enjoyed our time.

Nashville weekend getaway

Accommodations were great. Clean, updated condo in walking distance to Broadway. Condo located directly next to train tracks. Sort of loud in early morning hours but not a deal breaker! Kitchen fully equipped including coffee Maker and coffee. Nice touch! Would definitely recommend!
