EN MILE FRÅN DOWNTOWN BROADWAY! Detta vackra lägenhet med 2 sovrum / 2 badrum ligger mellan vackra Germantown och Downtown Nashville, och är en billig rida-andel från Nashville bästa attraktioner. Perfect for a quick getaway!

The place was meticulous and just the perfect size for our group of 6! Great location fairly close to all of the action but just far enough away! The condo right above us was at times loud due to heavy footedness but we made it work!:)

Great location

17 minute walk to broadway. The place was super clean, beds were soft and we walked everywhere. Under the building free parking was a plus. Favorite non-broadway activity was the farmers market. Yep there was a train but the bedrooms are well insulated and only heard the one night.

Perfect location to hit the Bar's 👌

First,excellent location ,if you plan to visit downtown Nashville and go to the Bars...this is the place.5 minutes with UBER. Kitchen full stuff, even coffee, ànd laundry detergents. Clean and feel like home.

The condo was nice and clean but too close to the train track. It is right outside the bedroom windows and balcony. It runs all hours of day and night. I did inform the owner of this issue after the train horn was blowing at around 2am when we checked in on a Thursday and they informed me that the train noise should get better because it doesn’t run much on weekends but that wasn’t the case here. It went all weekend long unfortunately with the train horn blowing there was no way to get much rest.

Girls weekend!

Everything about this condo was great! The train didn't bother us at all! I brought a small fan from home to use at night and was never awoken from the train! The location is great and we walked everywhere! The extra parking is easy and right out the back door! I hope to be able to stay here again!

Very clean and cute place. It is definitely a 15min walk to broadway which we did not mind at all. Whole Foods store was close by. The only not so great, but not terrible was the train. At first it is kind of loud but then you get used to it. There also were no kitchen towels. But other than that. Great place. Would rent again.

Great trip, place was clean, well stocked and cute….but the train was ……well it was loud, we did not tihink we would have an problem with it, but sorry to say it was crazy, one train was ok, two trains not so good but 4-5 trains, it was nuts! And this was every night… Other than the train and finding a tick in the condo, we really liked this place.

Nashville visit

All the reviews are accurate and it very much depends on the individual. Yes, there's a freight train RIGHT out the windows but didnt bother us. The location is 15 minute-ish walk to both Broadway and Germantown but the walk is very secluded especially in the wee hours. Ubering would be necessary. Otherwise the condo was well appointed (could use dish towels and bathtowel up grades) and plenty comfortable for us. Saw plenty.

Baseball Trip

Saw a lot of comments on the trains before we stayed, and decided to take a chance. The trains do run a lot, and the owner is up front about that; however, we had no issues with sleep, and no issues during the day. Yes, you can hear them, but it’s really not annoying. Not sure how to better describe. They don’t blaze their horns or anything so it’s just track noice. Really not bad at all. Place is a great locale and we enjoyed our stay. Don’t let any negative comments on the trains keep you away.

Great value, beautiful place, so close to all the action

This place is excellent for a short stay. This condo is very close to all of the action. The most an uber costed us was 6, but you can easily walk to Broadway. The condo had everything you need including plenty of towels, kitchen items, and paper products. It is extremely clean and comfortable. It is very spacious. The small deck has 3 chairs and a table and was a great place to enjoy morning coffee. The covered parking that is included was a bonus too. I wouldn't stay more than a few days here because the trains are an issue as other reviewers have stated, but you know that going into this based on the cost. It is less than a hotel for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The price was wonderful and worked within our budget. This place could bring in double, if not more, the rate if not for the trains. They are not occasional as some reviews state. They are about every 15 minutes, and they are loud. This goes on throughout the night. The owners can not do anything about it though, and the renters are told about the trains in the listing, therefore, this place deserves all 5 stars!!

Will stay again.

We stayed for an extended weekend. Everything was as described. Everything was clean. The place is within walking distance of broadway, if you don’t mind about a 15 minute or so walk. We walked our first day and took an Uber the rest of the time since the weather wasn’t ideal weather the rest of our stay. Check in communication was easy and there is additional parking close by if you have additional vehicles. There is a train track right next to the place, but was hardly noticeable when it passed for what little time we spent in the apartment.
