Första våningen charmig lägenhet, som har alla bekvämligheter som du letar efter: fullt utrustat kök (diskmaskin, spis / ugn med huva, kylskåp med frys, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, mixer),, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, satellit-TV i 2 rum, trådlöst internet, stereo, bärbar DVD-spelare inkl. DVD, altan inklusive matsal och lounge.
Sovrummet och gästrummet kommer med en dubbelsäng. En sömn soffa (dubbelsäng storlek) finns i vardagsrummet. Alla rum öppnar upp genom franska dörrar till Juliet balkonger! Badrummet har en dusch samt ett badkar, två fåfänglighet och en handduk / förvaring garderob. Lakan och handdukar ingår. Värme och luftkonditionering i hela lägenheten ska trösta dig under alla årstider.
Från den 1 januari 2011 kommer vi att erbjuda en säker garage parkeringsplats, 3 minuter från lägenheten (ingår i hyran).

Barn är mycket välkomna i vår lägenhet. Vi erbjuder en vikbar baby-säng, sängkläder och sängkläder, barnstol, leksaker för stranden etc.

Absolutely perfect stay! The location cannot be beat. We spent 11 days here getting to know Antibes and it was a perfect base. Old town Antibes and the surrounding beaches are an easy walk, and the apartment was well equipped for a most comfortable stay! Jenni is an incredible manager - easy to communicate with, warm and friendly with insightful information about Antibes. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

Antibes apartment

The apartment was immaculate and well stocked with everything one could possibly want or need. Check in was a breeze. The location was just adjacent to Old Antibes and was within easy walking distance of all points of interest, restaurants and the waterfront. I’d reccomend this place to anyone contemplating a stay in the area.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location, lovely apartment with lots of room. Nice kitchen with all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, dishes. It was especially nice that the property manager Jenni kept in constant contact with us when we arrived in Antibes, met us at the apartment, and showed us how to operate the washer, dryer, dish washer, and internet, and again met us at the apartment for check out. Antibes is a beautiful town. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to the train station for those who want to explore other towns along the Côte d’Azur, like Nice, Cannes, Menton, Grasse. There are a couple of nice beaches nearby, and there is a bus stop five minutes from the apartment for the bus to Juan Les Pins, which has a long stretch of public beach. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

One of the best equipped accommodations we have ever stayed in. Great French feel. Well located for old city and walking distance to everything we wanted. Such lovely, helpful hosts. Very clean and comfortable. Our car was too big for the included car spot so we paid to use the nearby parking station and it was very convenient to the apartment. There was more noise than expected due to the bus stop located outside the apartment building but we are not used to city sounds and I can see how the bus would be very convenient for guests without a car.We were there during a heatwave and the air conditioning was wonderful.

A gem

My grand daughter and I , we have spent 15 day in this Antibes apartment. With a great location ( minutes away from shopping, train station and buses) this apartment is nice, warm, well kept and has all necessities to make any stay pleasant. Clean with good beds, this apartment is very nicely decorated. I want to thank our hostess for making our stay very pleasant! It is a gem!

Thank you so much for a truly wonderful stay! This has been one of the best vacation rentals we've ever experienced. The apartment is so thoughtfully set up for travellers—we appreciated every detail, from the little sewing kit (which I actually used!) to the well-stocked cupboards filled with a great selection of coffees and teas.The welcome basket of chocolates and chips on the beautiful wooden table was such a kind touch, and the chilled bottle of rosé waiting in the fridge made our arrival feel extra special.The decor is warm, stylish, and comfortable, with a beautiful library of books to enjoy and a lovely terrace that made our time here even more relaxing.We’ve had a wonderful week and will carry very fond memories of our stay in Antibes. Wonderful apartment!

Mrs. Schumacher has fitted out this apartment with everything anyone might need including 3 different ways to make your morning coffee. The apartment was also beauty and it was a joy to just be there.

Repeat Stay

This is my third time staying in Waltraud's apartment and I could not be happier. It is remarkably well and thoughtfully equipped down to the little details and in plentiful supply. I like the location a lot with everything you need a block away and the beach a ten minute walk. I plan I staying here on future visits to Antibes.

Another amazing stay at this beautiful apartment

This is our third time staying in this beautiful apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a truly wonderful holiday. It is close to many beaches and is in the heart of the Old town of Antibes. We have two teenagers, one slept very comfortably on the sofa bed and the other in the second bedroom. Wonderful apartment in Antibes

We have stayed here several times in the past and once again were not dissapointed. A bakery very close by for morning croisants, aMonoprix across the street for groceries and just about anything else. and shortwalk from the market and beaches.

Had a fabulous stay in this quintessential french apartment. Very near train station and old town which was perfect. Stayed a week. Slept well and felt very relaxed and was able to watch tv and enjoy my morning breakfast and evening snacks with a fully equipped kitchen. Also loved that I could do laundry. Highly recommend this gem of a place.

Very pleasant winter holiday

Very comfortable, spacious, clean, well-equipped. Instant access to all Antibes has to offer. Town centre with busy bus stop directly outside, useful for excellent bus service to access surrounding area with no need for car. Friendly helpful manager.

Perfect apartment

Really lovely apartment, everything you need - like a home from home. Very clean, I think it was the cleanest Vrbo we had ever stayed in! Great location for exploring Antibes on foot Buses and train station nearby. Great Aperol Spritz at Cafe de Glacier ehich is 1 minute walk in Place de Gaulle. Cafe Pimms just 1 min further on down the main street towards the old town is great too. Many boulangeries nearby, restaurants, supermarkets and take aways.

Splendid stay in a lovely furnished apartment

Very cosily furnished apartment which offers everything. Our favourite apartment in Europe

We have rented apartments in Rome and Avignon. This apartment in Antibes is easily the best. It is very well equipped with an excellent kitchen, laundry (washer and dryer).. At Place de Gaulle (a less than one minute walk) there are bank machines, a coffee house and a restaurant. The train station is about a 10-15 minute walk. The marche Provencal (a covered but outdoor market) is also a short walk. We hope to return to Antibes next year and this apartment, if available, will be our first choice.

Absolute perfection!

Everything about this property was perfect. The apartment is beautiful and the pictures really don't capture it all! The manager Jenni was so helpful and available to us for any questions. The location was right off one of the main squares and everything was within a close walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Antibes and would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking to explore the area. I hope to come back soon and stay for 2 weeks!!

Beautiful apartment and amazing location.

This our second stay in this wonderful apartment. The apartment is spacious, amazingly clean, stylish and has everything you need for a great holiday. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace and the apartment is big enough for the four of us (including two teenagers!) The location is amazing, walking distance to a number of beaches and the start of old town is a couple of minutes away. Easy communication with Jenni, who is lovely and helpful. A fantastic holiday in stunning Antibes.
