Great place with a short drive to Mammoth Mtn

The condo was as described. Very nice, clean, and spacious for the three of us who stayed there. Cute neighborhood a little outside of town and about 10-15 minutes from Mammoth Mountain main lodge.

Home away from home

Roomy, clean, and kitchen supplies all there. Cloth dryer may need some maintenance (loud and not drying well). Overall excellent place for our family.

Perfect for ski weekend

Location was quiet, easy drive into town and the village. Unit was spacious, clean, well-stocked. No problem with parking. No need to bring any extra blankets. No problems with reservation, instructions, check-in or check-out. We had a great time and would highly recommend this unit.

Very comfortable quiet place great for two couples.

We really enjoyed our stay here for a long weekend with four adults and one two year old. We have stayed at multiple mammoth properties and this one stands out as it’s fully carpeted and that makes it very comfortable and very quiet. We enjoyed the layout of the house with each bedroom having a full bath. The living room and kitchen layout makes relaxing and conversing while preparing meals really enjoyable. We will be back!

Snowcreek Fairway Condo

The highlight of this property for our family was the living room - the trees right outside the windows made us feel like we were in a tree house and the large sectional fit all 6 of us adults comfortably! The view from the deck, which was very spacious, was beautiful. Upgrades in process, overall very nice.

Very Nice Townhouse

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved the deck. There was a lot of room to move and we loved having a laundry in the unit. Unfortunately we had to leave two days into our vacation because of the fires. We would definitely stay here again. I would recommend a new mattress in the master and a DVD player for the main living space. The TV sound box in the main living space did not work and there were no instructions on how to access streaming services. We had to use the TV in the master.

Good location but needs TLC

The property was fine and served our purpose but way overpriced for what it was. It needs maintenance and repairs, as a few things were broken upon our arrival and the place needs some attention and modernization of they’re going to charge as much as they do. When we brought these repairs up with the property managers twice, there was no response. Overall, this house has a good location, has the things we needed, but a bit underwhelming for the high price we were paying.

Good place overall

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for 5 days. Nice place to stay in the snow creek condominiums. Usually we stay some at another rental in the same area, but it was booked. Overall a nice place to stay. Front living room is large and very comfortable where we would watch movies as a family when we came back at night. The bedrooms are also large and very comfortable. Washer and dryer was nice as well. We did have an issue with the kitchen sink plumbing. We called it in and it was fixed right away. The BBQ outside on the patio kept shutting off when I was using it. Not sure if it was a faulty BBQ or just the wind in the complex that would blow it out. Other than that, it is place to stay. Enjoyed my time there.

Heating issues and furniture falling apart

While the place was spacious and accurate-looking from the photos, we arrived at 10p to a busted heater and had to spend the night bundled up in our ski clothes to sleep. The next day, we had workers in the house all day trying to fix the heat while we skied, which made us very uncomfortable. We eventually got space heaters because the heat wasn't repaired. Also, while things looked nice, the minute you handled many of the furnishings, they fell apart. A few dining chairs were broken when you tried to sit on them, and there was no place to hang your wet ski gear. Literally not a single hook in the entire place, so you had to hand your ski gear randomly all over the unit. There was hardly any hot water and the dishwasher was flooded with water and couldn't be used. When I asked about whether they would give us any kind of credit or rebate for the heating issues, I heard nothing back. I understand these things happen, but at least be accountable and offer something for the inconvenience considering how much we pay for the stay and all the added fees. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable, but I wouldn't stay here again. Whomever is managing this place for the owners is definitely taking them for a ride.

Great place - w minor issues

We loved the layout and recent updates. Great location. Only issues were the wifi had been switched and it wasn’t reflected in the in the check-in instructions. The pictures showed a bunk bed in the loft which wasn’t there. The screen to the balcony was completely broken and the BBQ, although it worked, smoked so much we were forced to close the door/windows to use it. All that being said we would gladly stay here again - however those issues should be addressed for future renters.

The management company provided detailed information about our rental unit. They satisfied any of our concerns and when needed, provided quick, professional assistance that met all our needs. The associates were top notch!

A beautiful mountain home

This is a beautiful and cozy place, nicely furnished, clean and well stocked, with a view of the mountain. My friends and me felt totally relaxed in this place. We spent our last morning taking pictures of each other in the interior. Needless to say, we enjoyed it so very much.

Beautiful condo

Easy check in, clean, and cozy for this cold windy weekend we chose. Decorated nicely with very comfortable couches. Condo is up a set of stairs that I wasn’t aware of that my 94 year old grandpa had to climb but he still enjoyed his stay very much. Thanks for allowing my family and I to stay.
