Brand New Listing! Newly updated 2 Bedroom plus Loft, 3 Full Bathrooms, this three-level spacious Mammoth townhome boasts plenty of room for your entire group! Sleeps up to 8 people. Just steps to the free town - red line bus stop.
The layout downstairs features two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and a good size storage closet.Both bedrooms have king size beds, which is comfortable for you to relax and rest! Head up to the third level for a large sunlit loft with plenty of room for additional sleeping or a kid's hangout!
The loft has a twin over queen bunk bed as well as a couch with a queen - sleeper sofa pull out bed.
The living room features an open floor plan for friends and family to gather, vaulted ceilings, and an additional third bathroom. in the winter months, stay warm with the recently updated pellet Stove/Fireplace. The living room space also has wall speakers and a nice subwoofer for movie nights or to play music. The main floor features a laundry closet with an in- unit washer and dryer.
The kitchen is fully furnished with everything a modern cook would need to whip up some delicious snacks or hearty meals and 4 stools for dining in at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig Coffee Maker, we recommend bringing K-Cups! There is no drip-style coffee maker in this unit.For those that love to grill, a propane BBQ grill is located on the balcony. Grill while enjoying the outdoor landscape with tall pine trees and fresh mountain air! During summer, community picnic tables are placed on the grass area by the complex management for all guests to enjoy.
Two well trained pets are welcome!
Parking notes: Outdoor parking for 2 vehicles is available in the assigned stalls. Parking passes are located at the home entrance.

There is no parking on Mammoth Lakes roads from Nov. 1st- April 30th (due to snow removal). Anytime outside of Nov. 1st - April 30th you could park on the street. This complex does not allow any RVs or trailers on the property.

Be Bear Aware: Bears have an extraordinary sense of smell and are able to pry open car doors and windows with their claws. A miscellaneous food wrapper, food scrap, trash or sight of an ice chest is enough for a bear to break into your vehicle. Keep your car clean and free of anything scented, including non-food items such as air fresheners, lotions, toothpaste, hand sanitizers and wipes.
