Beds are comfortable. House is spacious, in good condition good neighborhood/location. Quiet. Layout is a little odd w/ 2 bathrooms right next to each other, but that's ok. House was very clean. I love the keypad entry - no lockbox hassles.Room for Improvement:-House had no 'guest welcome book' that I could find - we survived, but could have used instructions for a few things.- Minor septic smell in entryway (from an old flood or leak?) Not terrible - only notice it right when you walk in.- I had to access the breaker box multiple times thru our stay; kitchen back b/r lights circuit kept tripping.-The back b/r doesn't have an A/C register. It has a small window unit which needs to be replaced. (Very dirty; it made strange noises, but compressor never came on.)-The house is generally well-appointed, but there is exactly 1 lamp total. Every Queen/King bed should have a bedside table and lamp. Having said that, outlets are few and inconvenient...I'd suggest the property have extensions/multiplugs.-The foosball table is fun, but it's in the way, the handles are too easy to run into in the middle of the night.Last gripe - not the hosts' fault, but VRBO needs to somehow slim down the process for communicating final check-in instructions. For me it was a circular path from the listing page to a certain section on the page, to an email, to another email...finally concluded I never got the instructions. (But the host was very responsive - on Christmas Day no less)
