This is a beautiful property in our favorite location. The view from the patio and the proximity to the beach are awesome. We didn't go there to watch TV or surf the web, but the internet speed and TV service in the living room are not great. But again, the property and the location are great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been vacationing at Seagrove for 11 years. It was our first town at The Palms. The units location was fabulous. Most of the unit was outdated but clean, and that’s most important. The guests above us changed while we were there. Both were very noisy but unavoidable in a bottom unit. There were musty smells in places which concerned me about moisture. The couch and chairs were nice and comfy! Two main disappointments: the internet went in and out our entire stay. Lagging every five minutes or so. I text about it once. Benchmark told me to resent the router but it wasn’t where she said it was so we just went to bed. Also the king mattress was very worn on the sides. I was in pain during the night and felt crippled after sleeping on it each night. Too soft for us.

Amazing location

Overall this was a great place to stay. Easy checkin process and perfect location. I did try multiple times to contact management through email and received no response and that was disappointing. Outside of that it was great.

Disappointed

The property is very nice but the unit itself was not as clean as previous stays. The bed was absolutely horrible, bedroom blinds were short of giving privacy by 2 inches, bath towels were sandpaper and looked unclean, only one wash cloth, never had a wifi connection the entire stay and the steps to the outside need to be painted 2 tone before someone breaks their neck, my husband suffered a twisted ankle and scrapped shin and the guy in building C did the same thing. Didn't even stay for our third night because of music through the walls and door slamming. Won't chose A3 again.

We came for the view which was not what we got - disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positive: Clean and good location. Negatives: ocean view shown in photos is non-existent due to overgrown hedges- nothing like Brixmor advertised. No smart tvs- very weird in 2023- there is inexplicably a VHS player, wifi isn’t sufficient for a zoom call, bathrooms outdated and one has no towel rods, old refrigerator side compartment arm fell off when opened, these “small” things add up but the view was biggest disappointment. I have rented many times from Brixmor and this is the first property I can say I would not recommend. I messed up choosing this one - we had a great time on 30A but didn’t want to spend much time here -fortunately not much rain!

Needs a little TLC

Dryer needs drum bearing replaced, very noisy while drying clothes. Fridge has broken and missing shelf on door. Too many remote controls for main TV to use especially for older people. Had a great week, enjoyed our stay very much and have booked for next year already but a different unit at The Palms A building. We have stayed several times at The Palms and love the place.

Central location

The Palms at Seagrove is centrally located on Hwy 30A, half way between Destin and Panama City.Our condo facing thr gulf was beautiful and quiet. Deer even came to browse around the vegetation. I highly recommend the Palms and hope to return in the future.
