Perfect Place to Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was the perfect size, everyone could spread out and enjoy their selves. The condo was spotless. Thanks to Riley (staff member) was very helpful. The balcony is so big, there was room for all of us to sit at the table to eat. Also the inside Dining area was large enough for use sit. The bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfortable. There are 2 beach chairs and umbrella included with the room. Overall it was a very nice place to be.

November 2025 Stay

Our stay at Tropical Winds was amazing! tThe parking was perfect!, the pool was was clean, the dog park was very well maintained. Most of all the four master bedrooms was perfect for our group…saved time for getting out and ready for all our activities. i would recommend a hand bar in showers , Thanks Riley for being such an awesome Host!!

Great property

Our family had a nice stay at this location. Convenient location and perfect access to the beach. No issues with internet, parking, or beach access. There were a few dirty pots and griddle in the kitchen, and seems like walls, door handles and baseboards need a dep clean. Overall very nice.

Overall enjoyed everything! We would definitely recommend to our non-smoking friends. It’s definitely a pain in the rear to step off property if you are a smoker. Staff we saw are friendly.

Awesome location with average condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We vacation in Florida about 10 times a year so I’m basing my review on other condos in this same price range. The location to the beach is amazing so this condo will always stay rented if I had to guess! Upon arrival the glasses were greasy & the bathroom door was off of the hinge! The fridge was warm! Management said it would be cool by day 2 which I wasn’t happy about since we had just spent $700 on groceries! Luckily it cooled off but condo is still very much in need of all new appliances since the fridge takes forever to cool, the ice maker is super slow so we had to buy bags of ice daily and has cracks on the interior. The dishwasher only works ok and the stove smells like burnt grease and set off the fire alarm by simply boiling water. The dishes were all chipped & the pot holders were shredded! I was surprised these weren’t thrown out! Dollar tree has cheap, better dishes & kitchen hand towels than the ones provided! The AC works amazing! The water pressure is just average! The balcony is awesome with beautiful sunset views! The pool is on the side of the building with half inside so not on the beach side. The sofas are small so seats 4 comfortably. A dining chair was missing but we used the desk chair! I just feel for a condo to stay competitive the furnishings & appliances need to stay in good condition. Location & AC AWESOME! Everything else was on the cheaper side & needs an upgrade!

Dear Guest, We appreciate you allowing us to host your stay and are glad you enjoyed our condo's balcony, proximity to the beach, and found the AC to be amazing. Regarding your dissatisfaction with some elements of the condo, we feel a need to respond. We want future guests to know that we are on-site every day at this building and available to help any guests with an issue. We spoke with this guest about the refrigerator and explained that when a refrigerator is cleaned on the same day of your arrival (doors open, cool air escaping while cleaning), it could take up to 24 hrs to cool back down after being filled with warm groceries. This is the case for any refrigerator and is also explained in our Guest Guide which is provided to every guest prior to arrival. We followed up with the guest that night to inquire about its cooling and was told by the daughter that all was good. Regarding the glasses, nothing was ever said or reported to us, we would have been happy to replace them. The guest never mentioned anything to us about a worn pot holder or a chipped dish. We would have been happy to address this as well. The bathroom door was as simple as tightening 3 loose screws. It was not hanging loose off the frame. As for the ice maker, the refrigerator is a a standard household refrigerator just as you would have in your home. When 10 people are occupying the condo during the heat of the summer and constantly using the refrigerator, it can only produce so much ice at a standard rate. This is to be expected. Our guest guide informs everyone to perhaps buy additional bags of ice. Please know that our condo is a guest favorite and stays booked while consistently receiving 5 star reviews. We regret that this guest had the issues mentioned and didn't take advantage of our daily on-site customer service. Had we been notified of some of the issues she would have had a much more enjoyable stay. We will be reviewing the issues mentioned for future guests.

Although we never took advantage of the great amenities because we traveled to PCB for the Jazz Festival and that is where we spent our days howeverit was great returning evenings to our 'home away from home'.

Perfect!

The layout is WONDERFUL for us (4 adults; 4 kids). Who knew a condo could be so spacious?! It was CLEAN, and comfortable. The indoor parking spot is great. The oversized balcony is perfect - we spent lots of time just staring at the ocean. I had a couple of silly questions because of overlooking information, and management was still so kind and responsive. Truly a wonderful stay!

25th anniversary celebration with immediate family. Condo worked perfectly for 4 couples. Finding 3 king beds is very hard. Excellent choice by owner. Beautiful beach. I reported a few minor issues to the on-site manager. Reported a few minor issues tomanager. .

Great family trip

We enjoyed our stay! Loved the large balcony. Good location. Owner helped us get a third park. Enjoyed having beach chairs included. But we had to go down and reserve them each day. If we paid cash for them, they would hold them for the week. Didn’t make sense to me. But we made it work. It was great to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Overall a great family vacation!! Thanks!

There are only 10 spots for "Open Parking" and they are always full......... We won't be back because of this issue

We sure wish you would have called us with any parking issue, we are on-site and ready to help. This particular condo comes with 2 reserved spaces and there are close to 30 additional open parking spaces. You visited our area during the busiest week of the year when every room is rented and no vacancies exist. We always advise our guests to bring as few cars as possible during the July 4th time period. An over abundance of cars and vacationers is to be expected and applies to any resort in any beach town in Florida during July 4th week.
