Regarding the early check-in fee and bicycle credits, we regret any disappointment caused. However, our early check-in charge is clearly communicated in our guidebook link sent out to all guests to eliminate any surprises and hidden fees. We resend this information one week before arrival and on the day of arrival. We strongly encourage our guests to pay special attention to all the helpful communication we send out.
