Awesome location, average comfort

The best thing about this property is the easy access to the beach! The property manager is also easy to access and quick to respond. We had to have the back of our toilet replaced during our stay and it was done promptly and without intruding on our time and space.This place is ideal for short trips - the beds aren’t super comfortable, towels aren’t absorbent, and there wasn’t good space for hanging towels or storing sandy items.

Little get away

We loved this condo! Having a balcony from the main bedroom was wonderful - listening to the waves is a great way to sleep! There was great communication from the hosts. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Great spot for a relaxing family trip

We had a great week. This unit was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed. We loved being able to see and hear the Gulf from our balcony. The pool was heated, which was great. The beach service was so convenient. We walked to a coffee shop every morning, and rode bikes to dinner most nights.

Not our first time in this building, but our first time in this condo. Benchmark was easy to work with when issues arose. Pictures are accurate. We requested mattress topper for the master bed that made our stay much more enjoyable.

Wonderful Weekend Trip

My mom and I had a wonderful weekend get away. We have been vacationing on 30A my whole life but this was the first time we have stayed at BeachCrest. We loved the location and access to the beach. The unit was nice and the beds were comfortable. We will be back again!

Great time overlooking the beach

Beautiful view. Enjoyed the free beach chair and umbrella setup. Pool was a great temperature. Not crowded. Good food options nearby.

Enjoyed this property. Our unit could use a little furniture updating, but loved the balcony, view.

Would definitely rent again as a 2 bedroonm condo. balcony view, beach access, beach chairs, pool. Great!

Great location!

Great location, super close to Seaside. Everything was easily accessible. Have to grab chairs by 7am or they’ll all be taken. Only complaint at all is the bedroom doors don’t shut. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view and location.

904 at Beachcrest on 30A was overall very nice. The master bathroom needs an updated toilet and some of the doors need adjusted so they open smooth and stay on track. But the cleanliness was spot on and had all the household items you would need while staying. The view is breath taking and the beach chairs are added plus. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay again and recommend as well.

Bigger then expected

The living room kitchen area was bigger and nicer then it appears in the pictures. The place was very clean and the view was amazing. We loved leaving the sliding open so we could hear the waves.

Gorgeous condo!!!

This condo was gorgeous - immaculate, comfortable, and amazing gulf front views! If you like to cook, they have new, plentiful, and everything you need cookware! Plenty of towels - which is rare, comfortable bed, washer dryer and chairs and an umbrella in the unit! The building itself is great - never felt crowded - everything was clean - pool is great!

Beautiful beach

Area is very family friendly, but very congested. Thankfully most were gracious to bikers and those walking. Property was nice, but could use a little maintenance. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

Easy access to beach, and eat check-in/out.

My husband and I can for the week and enjoyed our stay at Beachcrest. Everything was nice but the one piece of feedback I’d give is that some of the furnishings are worn out. For instance the barstools had worn edges and the sofa was stained from wear and tear. The toilet paper holders were rusty and there was a corner wall missing trim and trim that easily fell off on another corner. None of these would cause us to not stay again but I think they are worth mentioning.

Great stay with my family.

The condo was spacious, had all the essentials and the master bed was very comfortable. I was particularly impressed at how active the on-site staff was. They were constantly sweeping, vacuuming, and keeping the common areas very tidy. The best part about the place was the guaranteed beach chairs. There was never a rush to reserve them and they were spaced apart very well. This place is a great spot and we will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location on 32A. Seemed to be a little less busy than some of the surrounding areas. Easy parking. Great view of beach from 9th floor. Super access to beach where they set up 2 chairs and an umbrella for 2 people. You can rent additional chairs if needed. AC worked great. Unit has minimal towels, garbage bags, paper towels, TP, etc. We like to cook so be advised no small items either like salt and pepper or coffee. Nice to know before you get there if you’re buying groceries on the way. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent space, well managed, but oddly damp

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a Parkinson's patient I need extra help, & all of the people always provide it willingly. 904 is well equipped and works well. This time, the 2nd bedroom was unaccountably damp. The floor was actually wet at times with the fan on & the outside doors closed. Not a leak, just extreme humidity. Odd. We didn't need the space, but if we had had someone who wanted to sleep there it would have been a problem. We didn't report it and should have. An excellent unit otherwise, and Benchmark is an excellent co. Its people care and offer help cheerfully. Location is great. We'll continue to use them, but this time there was an unusual situation.

Not bad but not great

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was good and the communication with the property manager was good. However the condo was very dirty. The rugs where dirty, there was hair in the bed sheets, frond of the refrigerator was dirty, and the couches were disgusting. I ended up buying laundry detergent and washing the rugs and bedding myself. They only provide one roll of toilet paper too per bathroom. For a week with four people that is not enough. So if you stay here bring an extra roll with you. Oh and there was mold in the master bathroom on the ceiling. They did come and clean it after we complained.

Not at all with the pictures look like!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental was very disappointing for the price that we paid. There is paint coming off the wall, there are stains all over the furniture in the kitchen as well as the living room and the living room carpet. The retractable shades do not work and actually have sections missing. The wall in the first bedroom had absolutely no Decour, and there was mold on the ceilings and some of the rooms. The wash and dry area was missing a door, and the Master bathroom sink had a constant drip. The outside of the unit is very dated and the patio furniture was a run down and not safe to sit on a couple of the chairs. The trash dispensers near the elevators were constantly full, and overflowing on a regular basis. The mattresses on the beds are also very uncomfortable. I reached out to benchmark management to try to move to a different condo or home and nothing was available. I wasn’t even offered a discount for all of these inconveniences. I would definitely not recommend staying in this unit or this facility, as Seagrove has too many other places in better condition for the same price!
