Everything was as advertised or better. We were within walking distance of the French Quarter and all the most popular activities, and yet far enough outside of it to have quiet evenings and nights. We always felt very safe both within the building and on walks to and from. Unit was very clean and bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again if and when we return to New Orleans.

Beautiful studio in a nice building

We enjoyed our stay at the refinery. The studio was beautiful and quiet. Close walking distance to lots of good stuff.

Modern Luxury at a great price!

We had everything we needed and more! Quiet location within walking distance of just about everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and spacious with a surprising amount of storage space, a full sized refrigerator and an in unit washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to those looking for an upscale/modern space in a safe and quiet location. Lockers were available by request, free of charge to store luggage before check-in and after check-out. 3 amazing breakfast spots (1 sit down, 2 quick serve) just around the corner on Girod St.

Beautiful, exactly how it looks in pictures, but...

As we entered the property we realized 2 things immediately. First, the property was beautiful. Without a doubt one of the prettiest and well-appointed places we have ever stayed. The other thing was, oh boy, there was a musty mildew smell. Not just a slight whiff, it was pretty noxious. Which was surprising because the place was so clean! If you dont have a great sense of smell, then I recommend it. If you do, it will be more than a little noticeable.

My wife and I were extremely impressed with the accommodations. The thoughtful inclusion of coffee and creamers
 an extra touch that was classy. The facility was spotless and the location was so walkable to everything we wanted to see and visit. A home run to be sure for our New Orleans excursion!!

Fantastic location near the convention center for a conference we attended. Included amenities like coffee k-cups and snacks, great full kitchen, washer/dryer was helpful. We were comfy and it was walkable to everything. Definitely recommend!!

This is a beautiful property and looks exactly like the pictures. The lobby is BEAUTIFUL!! Everything was clean and comfortable. The area was walkable to the French Quarter. There is no designated parking but we were able to park on the street close to the rental.

Amazing Spot in Warehouse District

We were thrilled with our weekend stay at The Sazerac! The location was perfect - central to EVERYTHING! The apartment was roomy and well designed. Great Stay for a last minute trip!

I was grateful for this spot to be available for me. I had a meeting that I was coming I. Town for and decided to make a weekend of it in New Orleans. Everything was easy. The place was immaculate and in a great location . It was walking distance from several restaurants and a convenience store to purchase a few things. Snack, cold drinks, and water were provided and access to wifi and direct tv . I would definitely use this location again.

Apartment was clean and wonderful decor. Safe and secure. Within walking distance to Bourbon street. Nice extra was the bottled water, coke, snacks and coffee.

Wonderful spot!

Our stay was clean, comfortable, and memorable. If nearby parking is important this place may not be for you, but we understood it going in. Many nearby restaurants exist within short walking distance as well as shopping. This place met our needs and would not hesitate returning again or recommend it.
