We had a great stay at this lovely studio in Willow Glen. It's super close to Lincoln Ave so you can walk to grab a meal or just have a nice stroll in the neighborhood. In addition to everything you would need inside, including a very comfy bed and excellent full kitchen, you have a very private outside garden where you can enjoy the California sunshine! I would recommend staying here!

What a beautiful stay. Even though we really just slept there, the place was so very clean with everything we needed. Lots of snacks that we loved when we got back late at night. Very nice patio and the bed was very comfy. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful guest house!

Great location and the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with full sized fridge, oven/range, microwave, utensils, etc.It was prefect for my needs.

Studio in Willow Glen

Great location in a charming WG neighborhood, walkable to all that Lincoln Avenue has to offer. Very comfortable and stylish studio, would happily stay here again.

Great Location!

We were in town visiting friends and needed a place close in the neighborhood. This place is walking distance to many restaurants and small shops. It was very clean and cozy, definitely will be back next time we are in San Jose.

Amazing place to stay in Willow Glen area

Excellent place to stay, very comfortable and so close to downtown Willow Glen area of San Jose. The studio was decorated nicely and the bedding & pillows were so plush.The neighborhood was so quaint and charming!I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to stay in the Willow Glen area.

Willow Glen Guest Hous

Stand alone guest cottage with private entrance and all the amenities. Comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of street parking. Will return!

Quiet Clean Comfy

We our excited about this vrbo just 7 minutes drive from our Daughter’s house. We actually changed our trip plans to match an availability for this studio apartment and are so glad we did. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood in easy walking distance to shops on the main street. Street parking was always available and easy access to the separate entry with a key code.

Teri did a wonderful job communicating with me about the pertinent details about the property. House rules were clear and reasonable. Would definitely come back to stay when I visit San Jose again!

Quiet neighborhood

Three of us girls stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. Everything was close by within walking or driving distance. The house is clean and well stocked. I recommend Coterie winery, it's not fussy and great wine/service.

Lovely Little Guesthouse

We enjoyed our stay very much. The guesthouse had everything our family of four needed. We appreciated the full kitchen and air bed. The little garden area with a table and umbrella was enjoyed in the morning and evening. Location...in walking distance to the restaurants in Willow Glen...was perfect. Thank you Bruce and Teri for a lovely little place to stay.

Cozy cottage :)

What a perfect cottage with its own private entrance and fenced in yard. Just there for one night, but couldn't ask for anything more. Thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffee at the outdoor table listening to the birds. Also saw some cute restaurants just a block or so away - an easy walk. You won't be disappointed staying here!

Cozy place for two

This place was perfect for the two of us to stay while visiting our son in the area. Private courtyard and entrance made it feel like our own little place. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts added some nice personal touches with snacks, water, and drinks. The location is excellent. It was a short walk to Willow street where we found good restaurants and stores. We would recommend this place for any couple.

Perfect location

This property is a perfect location for downtown Willow Glen. The room it's self is quaint with all the Amenities. There are few things future travelers should know. 1. We had problems entering the code to gain entry after returning from dinner, it was late and not being able to gain entry was a little scary. But After jiggling the door a couple of times the code worked. I mention this so future visitors won't stress as we did. 2. There is a list of chores to do before you leave, take the sheets off, take the garbage out as well as the recycling, turn the thermostat to a certain degree, etc. this is all good but they also charge a cleaning fee. This is just another FYI. I mention the list above not to deter future travelers but to keep everybody informed👍🏻

Great little studio!

Loved this place! Had your own access to your own private yard that is well kept and sitting areas. I was able to ride my bike and keep it secured in the yard. The studio was clean and cozy. Kitchen had some oils and spices. Plus owners provided snacks, a couple mini wine, a couple beer, half and half, and water. U could stay in and cook there. You could also walk to the main strip in Willow Glen a block away and eat at some great restaurants. So convienant. Whenever I sent a message to Teri she responded quickly. I did not need any assistance with working the lock, heater, lights as she provides detailed instructions that are simple to follow. I have one small suggestion. There is enough room to add another small table/nightstand on the other side of the bed and give a small walkway for that person. I like to have water by me all night and sleeping on the side against the wall I had nowhere to put my water. Also need to climb over partner to use the restroom. I definitely recommend this place and will keep it in mind whenever I need to stay in town. Thank you Teri!

Private Guesthouse

I like that this guesthouse was private, quiet and the location was ideal for me. The neighborhood is safe and there are plenty of restaurants close by. The check in was very easy. I would highly recommend this.
