This charming 800 sq ft newly remodeled bungalow style suite located in historic Willow Glen, San Jose. It is an independent unit doesn’t share any space with others. Private entrance, close to restaurants and shops in downtown Willow Glen! Brand new kitchen and bathroom. Hosts are fully vaccinated. Stylishly decorated modern home with Wifi, Roku streaming, easy access to Caltrain, LightRail, bus, SJ airport. Close to downtown San Jose developing technology center. Very safe and high end neighborhood.
The space
Newly remodeled. Brand new bedding, bathroom, kitchen. Very clean. Fully vaccinated hosts make sure safe and sanitized stay for all guests. Very close to historic downtown Willow Glen, San Jose with restaurants and businesses reopening.

Shared driveway with our other Airbnb listing guests.

Yard maintenance crew, cleaning crew and host will be around to help maintain the house. You'll probably see them in and out periodically.

Other things to note
This guest suite is on a busy street so some street noises are expected. The noises wouldn’t be an issue as long as the windows are closed. Guests have designated parking. Absolutely No smoking, no drugs and no party!

Cute clean, comfortable. Excellent location with access to San Jose, both sides of bay, etc. Easy quick trip to Saratoga and Mountain Winery for concerts. Easy access to Big Basin Redwoods State Park, and even to Santa Cruz and the ocean. Had a great time, was a great place to unwind after a long active day.

Perfect family getaway

It was perfect for a family of 4. Even though it was right off the main road, it was never hard to get in and out. My son broke the shower handle and the host was very nice and friendly. He was quick to respond and assured us not to worry about anything. It was fixed by the time we came back in the afternoon. Awesome!! We will most definitely stay here again if we ever come back to San Jose.

it was ok. Needs a chair in the living room; well worn sofa. Outside could use some maintenance...plant cleanup and lots of spider webs.Bench is wobbly.

Great Spot in San Jose

The location was perfect and made getting around easy. We were in town for a friend's wedding and it was great to each have our own room and a washer and dryer. The bed sheets were sooooo soft. I'd definitely stay again!

Für uns perfekt

Wir waren zu Besuch in den USA, konnten dort aber nicht wohnen. Das kleine Haus war perfekt mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Der Vermieter war super nett, immer erreichbar und hat alle Wünsche schnell erfüllt (1Heizlüfter im Bad 1 Dosenöffner, die Reparatur des Geschirrspülergriffs etc - dabke !

Perfect for what I was looking for

My cousin and I were visiting friends in San Jose, and this was the perfect location. The house felt exactly as advertised. Close enough to friends, but also not too far of a drive to explore other parts of the Bay. It was great not having to worry about parking and having a cute place to come back and relax at. The owners were incredibly responsive and friendly. I would definitely book here again!

Mixed Review

This is an older home that has been renovated and it isn’t as upscale as it appears in listing. Excellent appliances, big eat-in kitchen, but no central heat. The room heaters took 18 hours to get to 75 degrees because the house was so cold for our January stay in a rainy week. Uncomfortable sofa and that’s the only seating in living room. No instructions for TV, appliances or check out. No vanity or counter space in bathroom for our cosmetic bag and shaving kit. No dressers, no luggage racks, but there are lower shelves in the bedroom closets. Outdoor space is a tiny front porch and a little bench near the busy street. The traffic noise was not a problem indoors. Off street parking is great. Then you need to back out carefully to the street. Nice neighborhood with park nearby. Personally, we would not choose it again, but we are a retired couple who spend a lot of time in our rental unit and it might suit other travelers better.

Great place

We had a quick 2 day stay here and it suited our needs just fine. Beautiful gardens greet you as you enter and exit. The hosts are very responsive. Easy and delightful.

Overall a great stay

We chose this unit because we were visiting family that lives in Willow Glen, and this location was excellent. The unit was very clean and we would stay here again. Two suggestions - there was no bar soap for the shower, so we had to get some from our family. One of the mattresses was way too firm for us, so you might consider adding a mattress topper. Otherwise, the unit had everything we needed.

Great Stay

Exellent hosts. Location is great, close to downtown Willow Glen. On a busy road, but surprisingly quiet inside the house. It's a lovely home. My kids enjoyed staying there.

Convenient location

We enjoyed our stay in San Jose, primary to visit with a son and his family. The house is in a nice neighborhood on a busy street. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bed is comfortable. (There are two bedrooms and we used just one of them.)

Great place to have as a base of operations for our vacation.

Host is great at communicating and super helpful but also great at not being intrusive. Place was in good condition and beds were comfortable (one soft and one firm so you can pick your preference). Was nice to have a working kitchen to keep our costs down. We would definitely stay here again if we come back into town.
