Om boendet

Mindre än 10 minuter från stränderna, ligger på en kulle, tyst, denna villa golv på 130 m2 har en mycket bra exponering. Den innehåller ett rymligt kök fullt utrustat (kylskåp, induktionshäll, diskmaskin ...) och en matsal med stor terrass, 3 sovrum med dubbelsängar, ett skrivbord, ett badrum med toalett, ett duschrum med toalett och separat toalett.

Den traditionella poolen på 11x5. 50 m, poolhuset (kök, diskmaskin, kylskåp, TV) och trädgården, uteslutande reserverade för våra gäster, erbjuder ett trevligt utrymme för avkoppling omgiven av grönska ur sikte.
Huset är åtkomligt av en privat elektrisk grind. Trädgården är helt inhägnad och poolen är säker.

Geografiskt är huset idealiskt beläget eftersom det ligger nära motorvägen tillgång, Cannes, Antibes / Juan-les Pins och byar som Biot, Valbonne, Grasse ... väldigt populär bland semesterfirare.
Trevligt är mindre än en 1/2 timmes bilresa och Monaco och den italienska gränsen ca 1 timme.

Golfe Juan, badort, med sina offentliga och privata stränder, restauranger, ligger 5 minuter från huset. På den gamla hamnen tillåter båtar att gå till Lérinsöarna och njuta av de små vilda stränderna.

Inlandet med sina berg, skogar, floder, sjöar, grottor erbjuder många möjligheter till aktiviteter oavsett säsong: vandring, cykling, zip-linje, canyoning, skärmflygning, skidåkning ...

We have a lovely holiday in this beautiful house. Nice and clean. The pool and the area around was great, a nice lounge group to relax in and a lovely garden. The host was really nice and helpful! A beautiful view from the terrace.

We had such a fantastic stay in this lovely villa and all members of the family rate it 10/10!! We really thank Carine and Jerome for being such a great and helpful hosts! A beautiful place with a stunning view! The house, the pool house and the pool area was just perfect and you have everything you need in this villa! We would love to come back soon again!

Amazing stay!! More beautiful in person!

This rental was exceptionally clean and nice. The kitchen had everything that you could possibly need and more. 3 full bedrooms was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 little girls and the location was amazing— we went to Cannes, Nice, Juan Les pines, and Monaco and this was a perfect home base. I cannot say enough about what great hosts Carine and Jerome were!! Thank you!!

Schöner Urlaub mit bitterem Beigeschmack

Insgesamt ist es ein wunderschönes Haus mit einer wirklich schönen Aussicht, aber wenn man genauer hinsieht, gibt es ziemlich viele Mängel. Dazu gehört die Tatsache, dass gesagt wurde, es sei ein 5-minütiger Weg zum Strand, was leider nicht stimmt, es ist eine 20-minütige Autofahrt zum Strand! Darüber hinaus lagen Mosaiksteine lose im Pool, Türen waren schwer zu öffnen, ebenso wie Schränke, die sich schwer öffnen ließen, und es war nachts sehr laut! Bei der Abreise erhielten wir eine sehr enttäuschende E-Mail, in der es hieß, wir hätten anscheinend Möbel beschädigt und Trotz unserer Anfrage einer Abnahme am Abreisetag ist das leider nicht geschehen, weil die Vermieter Keine Zeit hatten. Wir konnten somit im Nachhinein die Mängel nicht mehr nachvollziehen, da wir gar nicht mehr in Frankreich waren.

Great Apartment!

We had a wonderful holiday in this great, spacious and clean accommodation. The property with the pool is fantastic, well maintained and nothing is missing (table tennis, etc.). The hosts are very friendly and available to answer questions. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, and Cannes is only a short drive away. Highly recommended! Thank You for all!

Traumhaftes Anwesen

Das Ferienhaus ist ein absoluter Traum, insbesondere der Pool war großartig. Insgesamt ein sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem Komfort. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und wir wurden mit einem Obstkorb begrüßt! Das Haus ist nur zu empfehlen!

Fantastic property

The pictures of the property do not do it justice. It is a fantastic property very spacious and the pool area is just amazing. Jerome and Carina were great hosts and could not have been more helpful. We came for the rugby world cup and our only issues were getting taxis to and from the property. Other than that we have no complaints. Very close to Cannes.

Une très belle maison avec un mobilier de haute qualité, des lits très confortables et beaucoup d'espace. Tout y est, des machines à laver aux lave-vaisselle. Grande terrasse avec mobilier confortable et table de ping-pong. Mais le tout est surmonté par la sensationnelle piscine et le pool house très pratique. Nous, 4 adultes, étions entièrement satisfaits et reviendrions ici à tout moment - merci

What an amazing place!

If you're looking for somewhere to stay for you and your family in Cannes then look no further. Carine and Jerome are the perfect hosts and are on hand whenever you need them. The villa is beautiful, spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The pool and pool house are fabulous and perfect for the whole family to enjoy. We loved every minute of our stay at Villa Rose and can highly recommend it. We will definitely be looking to stay at Villa Rose again in the future and I think that says it all.

Great Location with enjoyable outdoor spaces!

Jerome and Karine have a beautiful home and we’re excellent hosts! Both Jerome and Karine that is super clean and very well taken care of. The house is in a great location with quick access to Cannes and Antibes. There is a grocery store (Intermarche) within minutes of the Villa that will cover all your needs. The home is very spacious and plenty of areas to hang out after a long day at the beach. The pool area, pool house and amenities around the pool were the best part! Really nice view of the hills of super Cannes, partial sea view in the distance and really nice vegetation throughout the property. Really can’t say enough about how nice our stay was the place is much nicer than the photos show!

Fabulous stay in beautiful Vallauris!

We had a fantastic time in this wonderful house! Great location in order to visit Cannes, Antibes, Nice and Monaco. The pool area is absolutely stunning and a welcome touch of milk, wine & coffee on arrival was really appreciated. Golf Juan is a fun little beach town with lots of nice bars/restaurants. Jerome and Carine are lovely & on hand to help with anything. There is a fantastic supermarket minutes away in the car. All in all, this was a fabulous holiday and we would completely recommend!

Beautiful location

We had a great stay at the location. The house, the great terrace, the pool house, the pool and the neighborhood was perfect. The next supermarket is 5 min walk away. The entrance way to the house is very steep but you get used to it. In the house you have everything you need. A barbecue, table tennis and lot more. Merci beacoup Carine et Jerome

Traumvilla mit Meerblick

Wir waren zu viert für eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Villa hoch über den Dächern von Cannes. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles sehr modern sauber und top gepflegt. Das Highlight war die Poolanlage: Ein kleiner Garten Eden! Die Bilder in der Anzeige sind ja schon beeindruckend aber in der Realität war es sogar noch schöner! Die Vermieter waren sehr sehr freundlich und immer für uns da. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Abreise hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Wir können diese Villa zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank nochmal an Carine et Jérôme

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Der Check-in war sehr reibungslos und sehr freundlich ! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge . Der Pool ist riesig und den ganzen Tag scheint dort die Sonne . Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist etwas steil . Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und fühlten uns willkommen. Tagsüber war es Etwas warm im Haus da die Jalousien kaputt gingen als wir da waren aber das passiert mal . Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub !

Bliss in the South of France

We had a fantastic stay at this property and Carine and Jerome were amazing hosts. They purchased wine and beer and a huge fruit basket on arrival. The pool house and pool area were 5 stars like a boutique hotel with an amazing pool, artwork and enough chairs and loungers for all and no one to share it with !! . The view from the apartment is picture worthy as it is from the pool patio. Cannot thank our hosts enough for how clean and spacious this property was. This has everything a family needs for a relaxing put private vacation. We will return..

Lors de notre réservation, il y avait 26 commentaires positifs sur le site... Bref, relisez-les, je ne peux que confirmer. Regardez les photos. Tout est propre et soigné. Et oui, Carine et Jérôme sont en plus très sympha et gentils... Daumen hoch! 26 positive Bewertungen (zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reservation) lügen nicht. Einen Aufenthalt bei Carine und Jerome kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen.
