Detta hem ligger på öppen utsikt över ökenlandskap, i ett charmigt lugnt område. Denna pittoreska stuga omfattar estetiken i den naturliga öknen, den öppnar ut mot öken bergsutsikt, otroliga soluppgångar och mörka stjärnklara nätter och mer. Du kan njuta av en avkopplande naturstig som ger fantastisk utsikt över den öppna öknen och natursköna bergsutsikt. Ett stort sovrum med öppet takhöjd, som fångar dess tiders design, 1950-talet. Ett badrum med badkar, ett stort öppet vardagsrum med 360 vyer. Som en del av vårt hållbara turismarbete stöder vi vårt lokalsamhälle, därför är denna stuga uppkallad efter, en berömd lokal konstnär och världskonstnär, Chuck Caplinger. Hans signaturkonst visas i kabinen. Dessutom presenterades en serie av hans målningar i Southwest Art Magazine och hans ”Tribute to Marilyn” väggmålning ställdes ut i Hollywood Entertainment Museum i Los Angles. Denna pittoreska stuga är dekorerad i sydvästra toner, i färg och estetik. Den här egenskapen är inte lämplig för högljudda fester eller stora grupper. The Perfect Desert Cabin!

My husband and I took a Road Trip from the Olympic Peninsula of Washington down to Twentynine Palms, CA for our Christmas Vacation this year. I found Chuck’s Cabin on the vrbo app and the interior and location of the property fit our needs perfectly! We loved this place! It is cozy, warm, clean and brightly painted, in a wonderful location. The desert scapes and mountains are incredibly soothing and the night sky is black, littered with constellations! We enjoyed watching the birds and wildlife, too! Everything a guest could want or need to prepare meals is provided. There is a washer and dryer on the back patio if you find yourself in need of such. Other thoughtful amenities include: a Weber gas grill, extra blankets, sufficient towels, nice bath toiletries, a Smart TV and library chock full of vhs videos to watch. Our hostess, Ash, is a delight to work with! At my request, she provided a fully lit and decorated tree for our Christmas pleasure. She is very accommodating, to be sure! Our destination point was Joshua Tree National Park. We are both retired NPS rangers and were in awe of the beauty of Joshua Tree. A truly amazing natural wonder of the desert and one not to be missed. The cabin is only minutes from one of three entrance stations into the national park. The price is perfect for a wonderful cabin all to yourself. Yes, we would definitely stay again! Thank you so much, Ash, for everything. Wishing you much success with your vrbo rentals. Wonderful Home Base for Joshua Tree NP

Chuck's Place hit all of our marks: Clean and Comfortable; close to the National Park; a well-appointed kitchen (we prefer cooking in to dining out); and a responsive host. The home has got this sweet desert / southwest decor, and lots of modern amenities. Chuck's Place would also be very comfortable for 2 couples. Great views of the northern boundary of the park. Thank you for a wonderful home base for our trip!

As you host, I am delighted you chosen the home that I manage for your vacation or work stay. Together with my teams our intentions are for you to have a comfortable stay, that is enjoyable and relaxing in a quiet desert neighborhood. I have been part of this community for almost 15 years , I love hiking, and cooking . I am South African in nationality. My origins are east indian. 18 years ago, I emigrated from South Africa to the US. From childhood, I understood the dynamics of a small business, as my mum, uncles and grandparents were successful small business owners, in South Africa. Since moving to the US, I have developed a career in property management. I enjoy my work as I get to meet different cultures and people from all over the world.

The property is located in a rural community of the Mojave Desert on the edge of Joshua Tree National Park. It sits in a charming quiet neighborhood on open vistas of desert landscapes. This quaint cabin embraces the aesthetics of the natural desert. It opens out to desert mountain views, incredible sunrises, and dark starry nights. Enjoy a relaxing nature trail picnic overlooking the desert landscapes. Or perhaps, enjoy a glass of wine while stargazing.Chuck’s Cabin is approximately 1000 sq ft. Built in 1950, it is designed as a mid-century cabin hence all rooms have high open beam ceilings. Furthermore, the décor is in traditional southwest style. The entrance is through the living area, which is a huge open plan room overlooking the kitchen and dining area. The dining area opens out to the back patio with breathtaking scenic views of the Mojave Desert and Joshua Tree Mountains. In one section of the living area there is a queen size day-bed for guests to sleep on. Likewise, guest may find themselves lounging there to watch a movie. The livingroom is furnished with couches, amoire with entertainment components, such as a flat screen TV and sound system. From the living area, to the right there is a small hall-way entrance to the bathroom, and to the left the huge master bedroom with a king bed. This bedroom leads to the outdoor patio. All the rooms have heating and cooling.

This cabin rental accommodates 4 people with a king bed in the master and a queen day-bed in the living area.

The cabin rental rates for Chuck’s Cabin differs according to season, length of stay and number of occupants. Children under 6 stays for free with an accompanying adult. Children between the ages of 6-12 extra $12.00 per child. Thanksgiving holiday requires a two-night minimum stay. During the winter holidays from 12/24/ to 01/02 of each year the rates and required minimum stay will adjust. Total occupants with children for this cabin is 4.

Has great rural feel, but is close to amenities such as grocery store, and restaurants and the downtown of 29 Palms.
