Great Quick Trip

This house was perfect for my family & in-laws. House is a little dated but for price & proximity to the beach/bridge this didn’t bother us. Appliances all worked perfectly, kitchen well stocked, linens clean & comfortable, had everything we needed. Will definitely book again.

A week at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very pleasant time had by all! Both of our grown children came down, with their dog, and 1 grandson with his mother and it was truly enjoyable to be there with the kids. Had a very good time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice family vacation home in a fantastic location! Our family very much enjoyed our stay in this nice, clean, spacious home! The house was a short, easy walk to the beach as well as local restaurants and shops. A good grocery store was also only a few minutes drive away. We enjoyed visiting the beautiful Isle of Palms area as well as downtown Charleston, Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant, and Fort Moultrie which were each conveniently located within a 30 minute drive or less. The property management company was also great to work with, provided helpful information, communicated well, and had an office closeby incase needs arose. We would definitely stay in this home again and only wish we would have extended our trip longer!

Good location

We enjoyed the location and that you allowed pets. However, the kitchen could have been stocked with staples like salt, pepper, and coffee filters. Overall, it was a good stay.

Great location!

This house was in a great location, only two blocks to the beach and 4 blocks from restaurants and shops. The end of the island this beach access is at makes it much less crowded than further down the beach where the public parking is located. The house is spacious and has a great porch to sit on! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beach house

Great location, beautiful and quite. Wonderful for a relaxing day week away. The house is a bit dated and, since it is an older beach house, not a everything is perfect but very comfortable and a good value.

Location, Location, Location!

The neighborhood is super cute and the proximity to the beach (2 blocks) and coffee/restaurants was amazing! We appreciated the beach cart provided as well to help lug items to the beach. Family Beach Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great - walking to beach and restaurants on IOP. The house itself was fine, lots of space and comfortable. The company could do a better job of cleaning- the floors were black when wiping with a towel and there was a dirty dish in the sink. Otherwise, fine stay and nice weekend.
