Ooh-La-La är vad du kommer att säga när du kommer in i detta unika strandhem dekorerat med en rolig kärleksfull stil. Det är också en av våra mycket populära hyror. På första våningen finns ett färgstarkt vardagsrum med en bäddsoffa, matsal, ljusa och glada kök och ett badrum (endast dusch). Det finns också en avkopplande veranda med gott om sittplatser.

Den andra våningen har ett kung sovrum med privat badrum, ett sovrum med våningssäng (två tvillingar) och ett tredje sovrum med en king size-säng som delar ett hallbad. Den tredje våningen loftområdet med en dubbel / två våningssäng leder till fjärde nivå utkikstorn med utsikt över bukten.

Denna stuga är dekorerad topp till botten med sydlig charm och en blandning av vintage och moderna detaljer, för att inte nämna den underbara utsikten över staden och viken. Trädgården har precis utökats och har en utomhusdusch, en grill, gott om sittplatser för hela familjen och gäster plus alla typer av charm att spara.

Seaside getaway

However, homeowners collection continues to try to charge me one month after our vacation for charges that were already paid and submitted. I’m really disappointed that they thought they’d get getaway With trying to pull one over on guests.

Immaculate Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay over Memorial Day week 2022. We have previously stayed at Seaside a number of times so we have a good basis for comparison. This property was by far the best we have ever stayed. Newly renovated, cleanest, up-to-date. Great attention to detail, marvelous artwork throughout, a 5 star first class residence. Everything worked properly, could not find a thing to complain about except the gardenias were a little slow to bloom (have to work on that!). Could use a few more blankets and different pillows for those of us who were very sensitive. Back patio was wonderful, OK grill, landscaping excellent, though some outdoor cushions would be great. Outdoor shower very useful with a spray hose that became indispensable. Kitchen well stocked with cooking stuff. My wife is a designer and we are well versed in decor....this property was professionally done and easy to live in. WiFi a bit weak but manageable. Great A/C and hot water availability. Appliances good, but could use better ventilation above the range (microwave vent is poor and bacon can set off smoke alarms). Overall extremely satisfied and would definitely stay here again. FYI, Seaside pricing is now over-the-top, all properties and restaurants are way too proud of their food and services. Quality good, service good, pricing sometimes laughable and we are used to Ritz-Carlton type environments. Expect $500-1000/day for food family of 4.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the houses we have rented from previously in Seaside, this house had plentiful kitchen gadgets, silverware, and pots/pans. My only complaint is that there needed to be more towels (for 8 guests) and starter items (salt/pepper, dishwasher/laundry soap).

Lovely Socially Distanced Seaside getaway to Ooh La La

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is truly lovely - spacious with lots of natural light and a great back patio. It is located very close to the West End Pool, which was being cleaned every morning while we were there and occupancy limits were being enforced by a representative. It is also a very close stroll to the beach using the West Ruskin Pavilion Gate. Likewise, close to the Seaside center where several food trucks were set up for online ordering to allow for quick pick up to avoid lingering in the crowds of mask-less revelers, of which there were many (I am writing this at the height of Florida's COVID-19 outbreak). We had a couple of issues when we first checked in, such as the incorrect wi-fi password and two difference incorrect passcodes to enter through the West Ruskin pavilion to access the beach, but we were able to contact the property management company quickly and they were friendly and responsive. My only critique is that the home was not as clean as I would have liked when we arrived, especially considering that a special COVID-19 "deep clean" was to have taken place. There were fingerprints from the prior occupants *everywhere* and lots of food stains (I am assuming) in the kitchen! So after a 5.5 hour drive we had to spend our first hour upon arrival doing our own deep clean before settling in to relax. But once we settled in, everything was lovely and we enjoyed this getaway immensely. We would absolutely stay in Ooh La La again - I would just request a deeper clean for my next visit.
