Overall great stay cleanliness could have been better.

My family and I booked this home for new years and to celebrate my anniversary with my husband. We loved the home, exactly like listing. The cleanliness could have been better tho, the pool was dirty, which is understandable to an extent BUT the beds definitely needed to be rewashed or replaced. We didn’t trust the beds, they had lint on them

Great place

I enjoyed the place. Had lots of fun. I just wish I had control when it came to turning the spa on and heating the pool. I’ve stayed at many places in the past and always had control over the spa and pool heater. The pool was cold for most of the first day until it finally got warm. Something to think about.

Nice house to stay near Palm Springs

Nice property with decent amenities for all ages. We enjoyed our stay at the property. The outdoor swimming pool was heated and there wasn't any extra charge unlike other properties who charge extra to use. Host is very responsive and made sure that we were able to enter the property without any issue.

LOVED THIS PLACE!

We all loved this house! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! I would give this house 6/5 stars if I could! Everything was great and the owner was timely in his responses. The home is well furnished and has a spacious kitchen that’s perfect for cooking. The pool, hot tub, and beach area combination made me feel as if I was at a five-star resort! If you’re going to Indio with family, friends, or both - stay here! One of the best vacation decisions I have ever made!

Large fun spot in Indio

This house was great for the family when we were attending the Indian Wells Tennis tournament! It was 7 minutes away without traffic. The house was clean, spacious and the primary bathroom was quite luxurious. The outdoor area was great to relax in and had plenty of seating. Matt was very responsive when we needed some help. I would recommend it.

Palm Spring trip. We really like our stay here in this house it was clean and neat when we got there

Weekend getaway

The house was spacious yet cozy and perfectly accommodated three small families. The home was clean and well stocked. The beds were pretty comfortable as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and was big enough for several of us to cook and prepare meals. Many stores are nearby and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We all enjoyed our stay!

Spacious, comfortable, clean

We had a lovely group getaway to Matt’s place in Indio. Beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. The open floor plan is great. Well-equipped kitchen. Pool and hot tub were great. Matt was very prompt and responsive in all communication. Definitely looking forward to a return trip.

INDIO

The property is lovely especially the backyard. The pool is beautiful and at a warm enough temperature to allow for swimming even with the weather in the 60s. The hot tub was easy to use and the additional sand area was a bonus for the kids. Linens were abundant. The decor needs a bit of a facelift. It was clean but "tired looking". There was issues with the toilets and an oven that didn't work. Again we had a great time and Matt was very accommodating.

Conveniently Located Desert Getaway

Our immediate family stayed at this property for a week and found the house to be perfect for our stay-cation. Especially during this pandemic, it had everything we needed to be entertained, have fun and be safe. We sat outside in the lounge area each morning and evening, enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and barbecued! Having two living areas allowed different groups of people the space to either watch TV or play pool or socialize without feeling like we were on top of each other. Most of all we liked the location. We were a short drive to grocery shopping, good restaurants and beautiful walking / biking trails. The house has everything you might need in the kitchen or around the house. Our host was attentive (we had challenges with the pool but he immediately responded to texts and sent over a service technician who fixed it). Hope you have a great time too!

Wonderful Property

Celebrated my 30th birthday in Indio due to travel restrictions with COVID. Myself and 8 other women stayed in the home. Very quiet neighborhood so be sure to honor quiet hours after 9. Beautiful home very clean. Hot tub worked perfectly, got a little cold our second day so we didn't utilize the pool. Loved the backyard seating. Matt was very great with communication. Had a mishap with the door lock but he handled it quickly. Also couldn't find the spa controls he quickly responded with help. Overall great experience. Will book again.

Clean and spacious

We rented this property for a bachelorette party. The entire house was very clean and spacious - perfect for our party. The pool was missing quite a few tiles (which you can't see in any of the photos) so just something to note if you plan on taking photos in the pool. The property manager also charges an extra guest fee (for each person) if you have more than 6 people so something else to keep in mind while booking as this was noted after we made the reservation request. Other than that, we definitely enjoyed our stay at The Playa!
