Detta är en hisnande vacker 3 sovrum, 3 badrum direkt strandboende i North Myrtle Beachs främsta oceanfront höguppstigning - The Mar Vista Grande. Tillbringa dina morgon titta på delfinerna spela i det vackra Atlanten från den rymliga balkongen! Denna 12: e våningsenhet har många uppgraderingar, inklusive bänkskivor i granit, keramiska plattor, kronformning och nio fottak, granitfänglighet i masterbadkar tillsammans med en stor glasdusch med bubbelbadkar i master badrummet.

Luta dig tillbaka, koppla av och njut av 65-tums Smart TV med DVR i vardagsrummet, 55-tums Smart TV i sovrummet, 40-tums Smart TV i Sovrum 2 och 32 "Smart TV i Sovrum 3, alla anslutna till en dedikerad WI-FI-signal i lägenheten! Vi har nyligen ombyggt den här enheten nyligen och ersatt varje stygn av möbler och installerat helt nya rostfria apparater!

En fantastisk mängd bekvämligheter ligger runt fastigheten på Mar Vista Grande! Njut av solen vid utomhuspoolen och det lata flodområdet, komplett med gott om lounge sittplatser. Molniga eller svalare dagar är perfekta för det stora inomhusbelagda poolområdet. Det finns bubbelpooler och en barnpool finns också. Ta en frostig dryck från en Hui Hou Tiki Bar (Hawaiian för "tills vi möts igen"), centrum för utomhuspoolen. Om du är i humör för att bli bortskämd, kolla in det fullständiga spaet, som erbjuder skönhetsbehandlingar och massage. Det finns även ett barnklubbsprogram som erbjuder roliga aktiviteter för de små som du tar med på semester!

Condo and location were great!

The condo was roomy, nicely decorated and the balcony had plenty of comfortable seating. The view was perfect! Loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything we needed outside the condo was close by. North Myrtle Beach so much better than the south end. Would stay there again!!

Great Unit

We had a wonderful week in this unit. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owners were genuinely interested in us having a good vacation and stayed in contact throughout the week. We found Mar Vista to be very upscale in every aspect. We will definitely be coming back.

Family Reunion

I booked this so my mom and her sister could sit on the porch and see the ocean. My mom passed away unexpectedly before we came down. This condo is perfect for families who want to be on the beach or just at the beach. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable! Covered outdoor pool and hot tub were great for those who burn.

Great family vacay

We had a wonderful week at Mar Vista Grande. The unit was just as pictured and very nice and clean. We will definitely be going again next year. From check in to check out the communication with the owners was excellent.

Our stay

Our vacation in this condo was fantastic. The only thing I would say negative would be regarding the thermostat. It’s appeared to be a Nest thermostat and we had issues with ours at home. When it doesn’t sense movement the thermostat temperature increases. So every time we left and came back the thermostat would be set on 75-76. So the condo would be warm. Although it didn’t take long to come to cooler temperature it was a pain to have to turn down the thermostat every time we left the condo. Owners/management was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had while were there.

Beautiful, well appointed condo in very safe/clean/quiet building. Booking and check-in/out process were seamless, which is always appreciated. Views from the balcony were spectacular! We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing complex

This was our third year staying at MarVista and our second time staying in this condo. It's just as beautiful as the pics. It was very clean and host was very responsive. Check in and out process was seamless. Beautiful view of the beach. We love this place!

Great Stay!

I had a great time staying at Blue Haven-Luxuriously Appointed Ocean Front Condo. The property was very clean, there was a great view of the ocean and the property manager was very responsive if I had any concerns. Will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful family spot!

We stayed here for a week for our annual family trip which consisted of 6 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant and it was a fantastic fit for our family! The check-in process couldn't have been easier and communication with the property owner and contacts was great. I would definitely come back to this property in the future!

Condo was amazing and secure. Not super walkable. Ubered to most things . Golf cart good for groceries and close things. No postings that renters could have golf carts had to park it off property. Still overall an anazing vaca.

Our unit at the Mar Vista Grande was incredible! Direct oceanfront 12th floor beautifully decorated spacious comfortable! Hated to leave but we look forward to going back and staying there again in the future

Varför värden valde detta boende

Simply put, there is not a nicer building in North Myrtle Beach. We are not into the crowds and chaos you find at larger resort type properties and we appreciate the family oriented feel of Mar Vista Grande.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Walk to Main Street or take a short car ride down to Barefoot Landing. There are also eco tours available if you prefer to go kayaking through the ICW!
