Detta Àr en hisnande vacker 3 sovrum, 3 badrum direkt strandboende i North Myrtle Beachs frÀmsta oceanfront höguppstigning - The Mar Vista Grande. Tillbringa dina morgon titta pÄ delfinerna spela i det vackra Atlanten frÄn den rymliga balkongen! Denna 12: e vÄningsenhet har mÄnga uppgraderingar, inklusive bÀnkskivor i granit, keramiska plattor, kronformning och nio fottak, granitfÀnglighet i masterbadkar tillsammans med en stor glasdusch med bubbelbadkar i master badrummet.

Luta dig tillbaka, koppla av och njut av 65-tums Smart TV med DVR i vardagsrummet, 55-tums Smart TV i sovrummet, 40-tums Smart TV i Sovrum 2 och 32 "Smart TV i Sovrum 3, alla anslutna till en dedikerad WI-FI-signal i lÀgenheten! Vi har nyligen ombyggt den hÀr enheten nyligen och ersatt varje stygn av möbler och installerat helt nya rostfria apparater!

En fantastisk mÀngd bekvÀmligheter ligger runt fastigheten pÄ Mar Vista Grande! Njut av solen vid utomhuspoolen och det lata flodomrÄdet, komplett med gott om lounge sittplatser. Molniga eller svalare dagar Àr perfekta för det stora inomhusbelagda poolomrÄdet. Det finns bubbelpooler och en barnpool finns ocksÄ. Ta en frostig dryck frÄn en Hui Hou Tiki Bar (Hawaiian för "tills vi möts igen"), centrum för utomhuspoolen. We had a great vacation to NMB. The condo was just as pictured. Beautiful balcony and view of the ocean. Nice location, close to everything. The pool area was a bit small and crowded during our stay.

Best condo we have ever stayed in! Awesome customer service.

We were looking for a quick get away while our daughter was away at camp and his place was perfection. The building is super clean and "The Hut" makes a great Turkey Panini. We would highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our stay was wonderful - waking up to the sounds of the ocean, watching the sunrise, multiple pools and close to all of the fun things to do in Myrtle Beach. My family loved it and didn't want to leave. The unit is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We will be back for sure!!

By Far the Nicest Condo We Have Stayed in Yet

We have been traveling to North Myrtle Beach and the surrounding area as a family for the past 30 years. We have stayed at houses, condos, and hotels throughout the years and we have never experienced a better building and accommodations. The owner, Chad, was a pleasure to work with. He checked in on us when we arrived and before we left to make sure everything was perfect. The decor is like something out of a magazine and my husband loved the DVR. It was truly like having our home away from home, only better with the views and decor. We can't wait to come back.

Best place!!!!

This property was absolutely amazing! The condo is decorated so nicely with such a modern beachy vibe. The furniture is all so comfortable... from the relaxing balcony to the comfy couches to the restful beds! The kitchen is well stocked and has plenty of everything you need. The owner, Chad, was also great... always available to answer any questions and made us feel like welcomed guests. The Mar Vista Grande was also a great complex with everything you could need... nice size pool, lazy river, hot tubs and even a large indoor pool with an open air feel. The proximity to the beach was great... the pools are right next to the sand dunes with the beach a short boardwalk away. We even felt close to the beach from the balcony... we could yell down to each other from balcony to beach - that is close! We would love to come back here again and again and highly recommend it to all!

This is an awesome location. Close to bars, restaurant, and stores. Many are within walking distance which is nice. The Mar Vista has a resort vibe to it with its Tiki Bar and music playing in the pool area. Our unit was great and the owners responsive to any questions we had. Great experience!

Condo and location were great!

The condo was roomy, nicely decorated and the balcony had plenty of comfortable seating. The view was perfect! Loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything we needed outside the condo was close by. North Myrtle Beach so much better than the south end. Would stay there again!!

Great Unit

We had a wonderful week in this unit. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owners were genuinely interested in us having a good vacation and stayed in contact throughout the week. We found Mar Vista to be very upscale in every aspect. We will definitely be coming back.

Family Reunion

I booked this so my mom and her sister could sit on the porch and see the ocean. My mom passed away unexpectedly before we came down. This condo is perfect for families who want to be on the beach or just at the beach. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable! Covered outdoor pool and hot tub were great for those who burn.

Our stay

Our vacation in this condo was fantastic. The only thing I would say negative would be regarding the thermostat. It’s appeared to be a Nest thermostat and we had issues with ours at home. When it doesn’t sense movement the thermostat temperature increases. So every time we left and came back the thermostat would be set on 75-76. So the condo would be warm. Although it didn’t take long to come to cooler temperature it was a pain to have to turn down the thermostat every time we left the condo. Owners/management was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had while were there.

Amazing complex

This was our third year staying at MarVista and our second time staying in this condo. It's just as beautiful as the pics. It was very clean and host was very responsive. Check in and out process was seamless. Beautiful view of the beach. We love this place!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Simply put, there is not a nicer building in North Myrtle Beach. We are not into the crowds and chaos you find at larger resort type properties and we appreciate the family oriented feel of Mar Vista Grande.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Walk to Main Street or take a short car ride down to Barefoot Landing. There are also eco tours available if you prefer to go kayaking through the ICW!
