Our family had an enjoyable and relaxing vacation and we really felt right at home in this condo. It was very meticulous, clean, and had the necessary essentials to start our stay, stress free. The pictures really don’t show off its unique features and charm as you will experience in person. This condo accommodated our family of 9 well with plenty of room to spread out and it very much felt like home away from home. I would definitely recommend this without hesitation. The host was passionate, responsive and available as needed. Great get away place in North Myrtle!!

Beautiful Condo

Our family of 8 had a wonderful time in this beautiful Condo. Plenty of room for all. The large balcony was a Great place for afternoon cocktails. The owners were so easy to work with and check-in was so easy. Will definately use this condo again.

A wonderful getaway!

If you are looking for a fully stocked, elegantly decorated with great pool and beach access this is the place for you. We traveled with our 19 and 5 year old and this condo fit them both. If you are looking for lunch and drinks poolside, the tiki bar is excellent. If you need the quiet lunch and nap it is the best of both worlds. Thank you for the wonderful stay we will be back!

A North Myrtle Beach Gem

Well kept, nicely furnished and spacious layout on the 14th floor. Easy in and out access. Right on the beach. Indoor and ourdoor pools plus a lazy river poot and hot tub. Indoor pool was a big hit and life saver with grandkids when weather turned bad. Very close to US Hwy 17 and lots of restaurants. Grocery stores close by. All the amenities without all the loud noise noise of Myrtle Beach.

Best we’ve ever stayed while in Myrtle Beach

Best we’ve ever stayed while in Myrtle Beach. This condo was extremely clean. All the furniture was very comfortable and the perfect size kitchen. Four elevators were sufficient that we rarely had to wait any length of time to get them. I loved that the parking was covered and that the trash chute was on the same floor as the unit we rented. Much better than having to go to a curb and throw it in the dumpster.

Immaculate

This place was a perfect setting for a family vacation. Easy access to the beach. The check in and check out directions were very detailed and clear! We weren't left trying to figure anything out on our own. The place was very clean and decorated beautifully. We felt very much at home during our family vacation. The only thing to be aware of is that while the master bathroom has a walk in shower, the other two bathrooms have a tub/shower that has a very high step in height. This was a challenge for my parents, but we made everything work without any major issues. If I were to return for another family vacation, I would rent again without hesitation. Thank you, May for sharing your home.

An Outstanding Property

Our Unit 1403 at the Mar Vista Grande was exceptional, and exceeded our expectations. It was a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath with plenty of space. The unit was tastefully appointed, and in excellent condition. Everything we needed was included, up to and including the best find of all the appointments - a built in ice machine for all of our trips to the white sandy beach fronting our condo. The view from the balcony was a side building view looking both at the adjoining condo building, but also a view out to the ocean. It was large enough for our whole family to hang out and snack and decorated with two awesome rocking chairs, 2 lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table with 4 chairs. The elevators (5) were the fastest servie I have experienced, and the staff were very friendly. The pool was fantastic and just right. If I had one suggestion, it would be that there be more signage regarding parking restriction on the ground level (it was reserved for high top vans and trucks, but many cars would park there and take up valuable space that we in large high trucks needed - we couldn't go to the higher level parking floors due to height restrictions) . However, kudos to the management as they put notes on those cars and requested they move their vehicles out of the restricted area and up to another level. My owner answered promptly any questions I had and was extremely helpful in the process. I would definitely recommend Mar Vista Grande to all!

Lovely place with beautiful furnishings. We loved the location but were somewhat disappointed that we were not directly facing the ocean, but had a side view. Very quiet.

Our family felt this was the best location we have stayed in all our visits to NMB! Perfect space from top to bottom. We cooked in the kitchen, relaxed on the balcony and slept like babies! It was exactly what you hope for when booking...Clean, clean, clean...including the lobby and hallways...elevators and pools. Definitely 10/10 recommend

Amazing Condo!

Even though the weather was not ideal, this condo exceeded our expectations! Do not hesitate to book this one. We would definitely stay here again. Everything from checkin to checkout was perfect. Extremely clean and well appointed.

We are a retired couple from the north who have vacationed in this area for 35 years. Now we spend our winters and part of the fall in North Myrtle Beach at our beautiful condo. We are the original and only owners of Unit 1403 and are committed to keeping the condo and Mar Vista Grande a premier location for us and our guests.
