Koppla av och njut av en fantastisk panoramautsikt över vidöppna vattnet från däcket i detta vackra Suttons Bay hem. Beläget på en lugn privat enhet, är detta ett utmärkt läge på Leelanau-halvön, 14 miles norr om Traverse City, nära vingårdar, shopping, stigar och cykelavstånd till centrala Suttons Bay.

En kort bilresa är allt du behöver för att besöka Leelanau, Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes och Mission Peninsula.

5 sovrum, 4 fulla bad, sover 12-16 (10 i sängar plus utdragbar soffa och extra bostadsyta)

På andra våningen hittar du en stor master suite med queen size-säng, sittgrupp med utsikt över Lake Michigan, master bad inklusive en stor dusch och stort jacuzzi-badkar. Det andra och tredje sovrummet är åtskilda med en jack och jill badrum med en stor dusch med utsikt över sjön, båda med queen size-sängar.

Golv till tak fönster omfattar bottenvåningen bostadsyta, öppen spis, rymligt öppet kök med plats för 11 och gå ut till det expansiva däck. Tvättservice och badrum finns också på huvudnivån. Sovrummet på bottenvåningen sover 2 intill ett badrum.

Källaren har ett extra familjerum med en utdragbar soffa. Ett bra utrymme för ett spel med dart, kort och umgås. Dessutom innehåller källaren sovrummet en queen size-säng ansluten till ett komplett badrum och ett träningsrum som innehåller en elliptisk maskin, cykel och tv.

Excellent House

This house saved our summer family vacation! It was clean, airy, had lovely access to the water where we played all day, and was very comfortable inside. I loved that there was a washer dryer and two stand up paddle boards available. I'm also thankful to Courtney who accommodated our last minute reservation. It was a great place!

Beautiful lake house

Easy check in. Quick communication with management. House is lovely, clean, well outfitted with everything we needed. Amazing view of Sutton ‘s Bay. Lots of outdoor activities and wineries nearby.

Great Experience in Sutton's Bay!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this lake house! It was close enough to enjoy Traverse City but still have a private personal lake house experience. Day trips included wine tastings at vineyards, golf, charter fishing, private boat rental, sand dunes hikes. The spacious five bedroom home easily accommodated our group of 8 people. Highly recommend this wonderful setting.

Beautiful Lake Front Home

This beautiful home exceeded all our expectations. The house was clean, very well stocked and was the perfect size for our family of 11. Courtney was wonderful to work with and the check-in process was extremely easy. Everyone agreed that the pictures on the website did not do justice to the beautiful views from the deck and the dock. This place is as good as it gets.

Place is perfect!

My family and two others just stayed hear for a week. The house was perfect! The morning sunrise and the lake views out the huge picture windows never gets old. There is plenty of space we had 6 adults and 9 kids. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful the private road is a plus with the kids. Place was very clean and minutes from the town of Suttons Bay. Would highly recommend this place and plan on going again!

Another perfect weekend here!

This is our second time renting this lovely home. Plenty of space for our family, both for gathering and for privacy. The deck and dock are perfection. Enjoyed the paddleboards and those amazing sunrises! Great distance to restaurants in Suttons Bay and Traverse City. Very peaceful. Thanks! We will be back again.

FABULOUS!!!

This is the perfect beach house for a vacation in northern Michigan! We have a large family and this place accommodated all of us very comfortably. We had a couple small issues and the property manager was so friendly and easy to work with to provide quick fixes. One thing the listing does not describe is how shallow the water is. It is perfect for the kids! Our teens were able to go out pretty far from the dock and still be only waist deep without worry of boat traffic. It was like having our own slice of paradise right in the backyard. We will be booking again next year for sure!!!

Family getaway

This home is simply perfection. So well appointed and extremely clean. Courtney was very responsive and kind. The views from the deck and dock are second to none. Our family enjoyed getting up each day to watch the sunrise. Great restaurants very close. And an easy trip down the road to Traverse City. Hope to stay here again next summer!

Great Time in Suttons Bay

My kids, grandkids and sister and brother-in-law from Marrekech had a week to cherish forever. Courtney’s house has the location, the space, the style and accoutrements of a five star hotel. We wanted for nothing and the weather was outstanding. It was sparkling clean whe we arrived with niceties in the refrigerator and pantry. Beds were extremely comfortable for a family with assorted back issues. In short we all loved it and thank Courtney for allowing us to share last week.

Beautiful home on beautiful bay

We had an amazing time at the house. There were 11 of us staying at the house and we all fit very comfortably. The backyard is spacious and we enjoyed sitting on the dock, hanging out on the deck. We brought kayaks and bicycles and Courtney left us paddle boards. The kitchen is fully supplied so it was easy to cook there. The location is ideal. We went to the Hop Lot brewery, sleeping bear dunes, Leland and a gorgeous beach. We hope to come back next year.

Great Property!

What a fantastic house! Was a group of 8 adults and we had plenty of room to spread out with bedrooms and bathrooms on every floor. The location on the bay can't be beat. It is quiet with hardly any motorboat traffic and it is shallow enough for an adult to stand at least 500 feet from shore. Centrally located on the peninsula, so easy for wine/cider tastings and visits to dunes and cute beach towns. Kitchen was well-equipped and spent every night by the gas fire pit. The view really can't be beat. Hoping to make this an annual trip.

Exceptional Waterfront Vacation Home

We had 12 people ranging from 1.5 years old to 72 and everyone was super comfortable in the home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor. The expansive patio space made for amazing mornings watching the sunrise and relaxing evenings overlooking the beautiful crystal clear water. We brought our kayaks and loved trying out their two paddle boards they made available to us. Sutton’s Bay offered some great dining options and were only an hour from Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful lake house

The pictures of this lake house do not do it justice at all. The house was beautiful and spacious. It fit me and 11 of my friends very comfortably. It sits right on the water where we got to watch the sun rise every morning. It’s on a quiet street so we had complete privacy. Courtney was very quick to respond to me and also helped with recommendations on what to do. If I come back to traverse, this will definitely be the house I stay in!!

Summer vacation week

We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. Our adult kids enjoyed swimming everyday. The water was beautiful. The house met all our needs. The 2 extra bedrooms upstairs were quite hot at night even with fans. The house looked clean but we did notice our socks were black at the end of the day. I think the carpets need to be cleaned. They appeared clean but they are not. Other than that we had a wonderful time. We would come back again, as the house held all nine of us easily and the living room worked great for night time board games, which we did every night.

Amazing getaway

We had such a wonderful week at this gorgeous home just outside of Sutton’s Bay. The house was better than listed with so many amenities. Just a perfect spot for a family getaway.

A much needed getaway!

My group and I had a wonderful week staying here. It is nicely secluded but an easy 8 minute drive to Suttons Bay. We spent a great amount of time on the back deck and swimming in the bay. The house was clean and very comfortable for our group of 10 adults and 1 child. Courtney was a fantastic host and was very quick to answer all of my questions. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for some downtime in a beautiful place!
