Just what we needed

While the room itself was a bit small, it was the perfect place to stay for access to the hidden gem that is Crescent Beach. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great Mini Vacation

We will definately go back as this was a clean great experience. Quiet get away and close enough to St. Augustine to see all the sights.

Needs a update

Everything in this unit needs to be replaced. The furniture is old and very uncomfortable. It could also use a deep cleaning, especially the floors. There was also a lot of noise outside all the time.

Sadly this was a disappointment! The shower was about 2 minutes of hot water and then cold only. The inside was completely outdated. The tv had about 3 channels, gross smell inside, the chair and couch completely sunken in along with the bed . If it wasn’t for the view of the ocean, we would have left the first day .

Everything was clean but the bedroom window is right where people step off the elevator. We were woken up several times during the night. The front office staff were very friendly.

Our stay

Overall our stay was very pleasant and the view was perfect! The bathroom is very small but other than that we enjoyed it. One other suggestion would be to add another high top chair on the patio. With the shorter chairs your eye level is right at the railing which affects the view. Would stay again!

Nice location

The location of this condo was great and the community is nice. The apartment is smaller than it appears but for two people it is fine. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. However, I would probably rent again.

Great choice

Great view, interior warmly decorated, well stocked kitchen- very clean. Only two changes- Mattress and topper so thick- bottom sheet falls off… and only 13 basic channels, DVD player not connected properly, even maintenance guy couldn’t fix it…

Clean Throwback To An Older Florida

The staff was great, super friendly, our little room was clean and had a nice view of the ocean. Our dog’s fun and comfort is very important to us, she enjoyed an early walk with the beach mostly to ourselves before people started arriving.

Hide a bed mattress had mold on it and worn out. other minor issues not worth mentioning. staff was fantastic, location great!

Great location, dirty old condo

The location was great. Staff and property owner were easy to reach and helpful. Condo was old and dirty. I now see many have pointed out how trashed the furniture is and furnishings. Floors, corners and paint are dirty and sticky. If stay in the complex, but not this unit. The bed was also old and the topper didn't cover it up enough. The sheets continually came off. Location and view were great.

Great Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Extremely nice beach. Flat and firm enough near water for easy walking and even biking. Good for young children, especially at low tide with large wave protected pools. Bleachers is an older condo and shows some wear. That said it was clean and even though small, large enough for a couple. Also condo and beach are dog friendly with a reasonable pet cleaning fee. We stayed in a silver rated condo, maybe the golds are more recently updated.
