Beautiful view

The room is exactly as pictured, however, be prepared for a really small unit. After the initial shock of the size we decided it was perfect for the 2 of us. The listing says sleeps 4 but I think that would be a very uncomfortable stay. The ocean view is beautiful, we saw the best sunrises of any we have ever seen in 25 years of beach trips. The minimal interactions I had with the front desk and housekeeping were good, very polite and friendly staff. We would stay here again on a return trip.

Fabulous location right on the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love this little unit- has all you need for a nice getaway. Area is so fun to explore as well. Staff very friendly and any issues were resolved within 5 minutes. Only suggestions would be to get a new toaster, air conditioner is very loud, should have a separate switch for a fan vs. light in the bathroom, and Febreze the bed. These are small suggestions that would make it perfect! But really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend booking this unit.

Girl's Getaway

Wonderful view!

View of beach was beautiful! Easy access to beach! Staff were friendly and helpful. However I would not stay here again. There was no covered area to unload and load vehicle. So if its raining you and your luggage will get wet. The bedding and sofa were worn out uncomfortable and need replacing. The condo itself could use some updating. The coffee maker was only 4 cup very small. The coffee maker and toaster worn out dated also need replacing. However view was amazing!

Room was comfortable for an older facility. Tv in bedroom was limited to only five channels for some reason. Everything you needed in the kitchen. And all the staff was very personable! Condo was clean. Thank you for sharing this condo with us. Another thing, USB & phone ports needed updating.

Labor Day Weekend 2023

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Waking up every morning to the sunrise and enjoying the roar of the ocean and all of its surroundings was a joy. The size of the accomadations were like being in a tiny house so if you know that going in, just think of it as like camping in a trailer yet you are inside. It was very clean and well kept. One other thing we wanted to bring to attention. We had left honey out on the counter by the coffee pot and range and it drew tiny ants out. We of course put the honey in the fridge and disposed of the ants. Just wanted you to be aware in case you need an exterminator to get on top of that. Thank you for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Perfect Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My best friend and I decided to have a mini girl’s trip in late June and we stayed at Beacher’s Lodge. I liked it so much that I decided to bring my family for a few days to see how they liked it. We all loved it and already made reservations for next year. Usually we go somewhere on the gulf side for vacations like Panama City or Destin. But we are now in love with this place and plan on making this our go-to vacation spot. The room was very clean and the view was gorgeous. The beach is also very clean and the people were very friendly. Also, the staff here are amazing. So kind and anytime we saw a staff member they would ask if we were enjoying our stay.

Family Visit

Nice condo for a few days visiting family. It is small but very manageable for two people. Bad time of the year for enjoying the patio. The misquotes were all over the walls and roof of patio. Could not sit out and enjoy ocean front at all. Other than that, very nice stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This particular unit is a bit tired and could use some updates. The couch wasn't very comfortable to sit on. When we checked in we discovered that the previous renter had broken the screen slider so there was no screen and the seal was broken on the glass so the door wall was totally fogged up glass. The kitchen had adequate cooking utensils. The king sized bed was comfortable but the dresser was in the closet which made using the closet tricky. The bathroom was adequate. There was also a funky odor in the unit (mold?? musty??) that unfortunately came home with us on some of our belongings. The views from the balcony are magnificent and as always the Beachers Team is awesome. We have been staying at Beachers Lodge 30+ years and the kind people that are employed there NEVER disappoint. We will be back next year but in a different unit!

Perfect beach view. Small but very nice

Loved sitting drinking coffee in the morning on the balcony while watching the waves and sand below. Short walk on private beach entrance- pool was very nice. Everything was clean- would rent again-
